One of the best shop to go to.They are always available when I walk in and ready to make my day a lot lighter. Very friendly staff, clean environment, comfortable seating area, even have a kids area ! I have been here multiple times and they have not disappoint at all. Very affordable pricing and they are so honest about their work and experience with cars. This is one of the best car shops around. Marvis is an honest authentic company that doesn't try and get money from you they legit tell you why, how, and the causes that led up to the issue and the effect it has on your vehicle. I love an honest company! They will always get my business.

I had the BEST service I have ever received. I am a young female so I don t know much about cars, but Randy (and a few other workers, I m not sure of their names) helped me tremendously. I did not feel like they pushed me to buy anything at all, and I could tell they really wanted to help me make sure I was safe, but also understand what was going on and how to fix it. They did an amazing job teaching me about my vehicle/what it needs without being condescending whatsoever. They were extremely nice the entire time and made sure I understood what was going on. They also offered that I could call them with any car related questions and they re hold help me figure it out, since I mentioned I did not know much to begin with. Also, I got a great deal for a great price. I will absolutely be coming back here and recommending it to EVERYONE in the area. If you are a young lady who is intimidated/nervous about receiving service on your car I would absolutely recommend this place!

A few weeks back a came with a slow leak due to a nail in our SUV. Quick and easy repair was done for such a low cost. I m back today with a nail in my pick up and again received prompt and efficient service. Both times a scheduled this online. This will be my go to place anytime I have a tire need. Thanks guys!

Ran a flat on 85 and was looking for a trustworthy place to get my tire repaired. I called Mavis and talked Thomas. They were fast, polite, and did a great job. Highly recommend if you needed a trustworthy company check them out!

I came in with the intentions with just getting my back passenger tire replaced and i got on the topic about having to get my oil changed, not knowing that they did it here, they offered right away to change it along with my tire! The two guys at the front desk are very welcoming and kind and i like how they check in with you every so often while you re waiting! Overall it was a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

First experience at Mavis and last. Arrived at 8:45am for my 9am appointment. Guy at the front desk checking me in seemed annoyed I was early and stated the mechanic was not in yet. At 10am I was informed the mechanic was still not in and they would refer me to another store. While doing so the mechanic walks in. They laugh, small talk and that's it. I asked that he go ahead and complete the job - I didn't care to drive across town. Big mistake... At 12:30 I ask for an update. I was told maybe an hour. A few minutes later I hear the front desk guy asking another store to deliver a tool so they could complete the job. At 1:35pm I am told there may be a problem... a broken "pin" was causing the issue. The guy wouldn't look at me when saying this. I eventually get out of there at 2:20pm.FYI... you can get a free patch job from this place. All you have to do is leave a 5star google review before leaving the store and the $24.99 job is on the house. I heard this a few times during my 5hour wait.Avoid this place at all cost.

Went here to have my tire patched. They had me in and out in 15 minutes!!!! Very knowledgeable and went over the process with me. A-1 service 10/10 definitely recommend.

Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable! Store is super clean! They got me in right away and they even gave me a great price on brakes! I will definitely tell my friends and would not hesitate to come back for other services!

My first experience with Mavis in Powdersville was not good. Circumstances made it necessary for me to give them a second chance. This experience was totally different. The guys at the counter were friendly and got me in and out in good time. The technician doing the work checked with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted. My only disappointment was the alignment machine was down but the service I received will bring me back again.

Mavis is great! Had an appointment for 1pm, but they saw us 2 hours early. Had my quote to me within minutes, and everyone was extremely kind. Got my brake pads and rotors changed, excellent job! Thanks again!

Great customer service both times I ve been to this location in the last year. Fast and courteous. One time to replace four tires on one car and the next time to fix a small issue with another one.

Had a nail in my tire on the sidewall that wasn t patchable, sadly. Was in a pinch on a Sunday and needed it fixed. Stopped in here as it was the closest place open and the entire experience was great. Thomas at the front was incredibly professional, honest, and easy to work with. The crew in the back got my tire on no problem and had me on my way quickly. I ll definitely return here for any tire needs I may have in the future.

I can highly recommend this location. Service was fast, comprehensive, and the price was competitive.The employee running the front desk worked on my issue himself when one of the mechanics failed to show up. Mavis Corporate, if you get a chance to see this review, Joe deserves a raise.

I made an appointment for my 19 year old son to have a free tire rotation and I couldn't go with him but he stayed on the phone with me the entire time and the employees were honest and explained why they didn't feel comfortable rotating his very worn down tires. They explained in detail why bald tires were dangerous especially going into the wet winter months and recommended he replace them. They put 2 brand new tires on the front and also checked a few other things and only charged 208 with labor and taxes and 2 tires. Those guys were amazing that Saturday morning and I have been in customer service for 25 years and was ecstatic on how polite and thorough they were to a teenager! I have raved about Mavis to everyone and send as many people as I can to them. Great job on the entire experience and see u in 2 weeks for the other 2 tires!! Well done guys keep going 150%! It's nice to know there are still amazing kind and knowledgeable people out there! I can't thank y'all enough!! Superb!!!

Very happy with service. Ordered my tires and came in within a few days.Fast and friendly. Will definitely be back. Thank you!!Update: I initially had five star review at this place.. but after I got my car home, I realized that my tires didn t hold air because they didn t replace the valve stem correctly so I had to go back and get that fixed.. The guy who fixed it didn t even know how to fix it or how to find the leak. My husband had to physically show him how to do it.. in the process, my door got bent on the bottom and now has to get replaced. Unexperienced people work here. Now I m waiting on the insurance company to call me and I have to now wait 3 months before this can get fixed.. this is a waste of my time and my doordoesn t shut properly now.. talk about annoying..

Today has been incredibly long! I had intended to leave early, and I did, with the plan to drive to Charlotte, drop my daughter off at school, and then head right back. However, my plans went off track when my back tire started causing problems. During a pit stop in South Carolina, I had to assess whether my tire needed a repair or a replacement. All of this on a Sunday afternoon! Luckily, there was a shop open just half a mile from where we stopped. On first site it didn t seem to be busy; it took a while for them to acknowledge that I was there but overall the outcome was pretty good. They didn t have my size tire, showed me where the tear was (probably came from the CONTINUOUS CONSTRUCTION ON 85 ) and patched the damage and recommended to replace it once I got home. Good service, fast (once they took possession of my car) and pleasant!

First off, it would have been easier to talk to the block wall behind the desk than the guy working it. He had the worst personality. I brought in a rim and tire off a new Grand Cherokee. It had a huge hole in it. I also had a brand new tire. Guy straight grills me about if it has a sticker on it and if I had a receipt. I m like come on dude, I have the receipt from ATD in my back pocket. We put tires on everyday at my shop but we were having problems with the tire machine this day and I needed it done. Then he walks out in the shop while completely ignoring me. Comes back to tell me the price and then says they don t have time right now I ll have to leave it and he ll call me later. They weren t busy at all. Would have taken less than 10 minutes, dismount, mount, and balance. Just an awful experience. I would never treat my clients that way.

Was driving this afternoon and my tire blew out! Thankfully I was able to get to Mavis Tire this afternoon and they were able to find a replacement for my Honda 2013 CRV back right tire and properly mounted and balanced it before they closed today! It took less than 30 minutes and I was safely driving back to my home!
