A-tech services is one of the best place to take your trucks or trailers! They have a wonderful staff that really care about your experience, from scheduling your appointment, all until they are finished and you pick it up. They stay on top of calling you when they find a problem and the techs that work here all all polite and professional. I would 100% recommend A-tech services to my friends and family! Thank you!

Great customer service! Love the staff here. I am always welcomed and treated with kindness. They are always full of business. The owners take pride in their work and it shows through their superior service and their strive for perfection. If you want the job done right, this is the place for you! 24 hour road calls, 7 days a week. If you are stranded, they are there! Great company!

Really liked this place at least guys that work there seem great. Will give you a good set price on fixing your truck. Then once they got your truck pulled apart. They will find a lot more things that must be fixed. Start making up prices then. And if you don t pay them they will try and keep your truck. Be very careful. They will run all over you. And won t fix what they charge you for!

this place is a joke and I wouldn t recommend them at all to anyone and they should be ashamed the way they do business. all I can say is test drive your stuff before paying because soon as you pay and drive off they don t stand behind their work. went in with my brake dragging just to leave with the same problem and was told it was fixed! They charged me five hours for Nothing. Sad to say I had to drop it off at another shop day afterService: Brakes

HORRIBLE!!!!! Do not waste your time and especially your money! They charged me a ridiculous amount and didn't even fix the problem. I drove my RV 5 min down the road and had to have to towed elsewhere! When I called them to tell them my issues the response I got was "Well it cranked didn't it." I did not pay over $4000 to just have it crank!!! The manager Dan has no customer service and no clue as to what he is doing. Owners should be embarrassed on how they conduct business!!!

They work on our company trucks and trailers they always do up awesome job And when they service the truck you don't have to check behind them they make sure they hit every grease fit

I brought in a pole trailer and requested a quote for repairs. I did not receive a quote. Instead, I received a call that all repairs had been performed at a cost of $2300. There was no explanation offered as to why they proceed with the work without approval... only a shrug of the shoulders. I paid only to then connect the trailer to the truck and have the trailer brakes seize up. I spent another 2 hours while the technician attempted to make the repairs. I was told I needed another adaptor at the truck and was sent on my way with no way to test the work they had performed. I bought the adaptor and experienced the same issue with the trailer brakes seizing up. I took it back for them to fix it. They finally fixed it by replacing what they installed with another connector. In the process they cut the line too short, which added to the repair time. They then charged another $140 in labor to fix their mistake. The technician at one point even commented that the price was steep.This place is a scam.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Listen, at the end of the day there are some companies that shine like stars. And this is one of them. Unbeatable customer service! We broke down on the side of the road and And Mike with after hours road service dispatch helped us out so much.We had travelled up from Atlanta to do some emergency work, and it was a super long day. We finally got the day done and we're pulling out to go home and are trailer broke down. Mike pointe us to someone who could help us find the parts, and then on top of that once we got the parts fixed on the trailer we needed to replace the trailer tire, and all of the shops were closed. He made some phone calls and helped us find one.I'm so super thankful for guys like this. It's not always about profit, but about helping people. And Mike helped our disaster relief team get home to their families tonight.Five stars across the board. Thanks Mike! Me and my whole team really appreciate the connection and the effort that you went through.

I'm a retired women from Texas traveling in a 1988 motor home with a chevy 454 engine with what i thought we had replaced everything that could or would break, wear out or just stop working before i left texas because of the age no one wants to work on it even when they find out there is only 50,000 miles on it. I had an issue with the fuel pump and called and search several places before someone recommended this company. I called them and they said if I brought it in and I had the parts already.they would do the work. I drove from Ashville nc to greenville sc hoping when I got there it would not be one look and they refused to work on the motorhome. When I got there I spoke to Brody the service manger and checked everything out and agreed to do the work but not for 4 days because they had other work already in line he showed me where I could leave it and they would call me it was done. I told him I couldn't do that this is my home and I would find a place in the area to park and be back when they were ready to do the work. He did not realize I was traveling and living in it. Brody and his crew went above and beyond. They rearranged their schedule to do the work that evening, letting me and my little dog stay in their a/c lunch room while the work was being done, checked on me to see if I needed anything and kept me updated on what was happening and most of all did an excellent job to where I have not had any problems since I left their lot. That is the best service I have ever received and the whole crew was polite respectful and did their jobs well. Thank you Brody and your crew. I think everyone deserves a raise!!!!!

Friendly and helpful. I called this morning to get my trailer in for a brake job , left a message and got a return call very quickly. Setting up for drop off today and service tomorrow. Very impressed so far!

Excellent service and competitive prices. They fixed the problem, dealt with me very professionally. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for and they do good work. Very Happy I would Go there again.

we recently had the pleasure of meeting and utilizing a-tech!s facility in greenville sc.they were all very pleasant and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. friendly, courteous and quick service you cant ask for more, it is worth going out of your way to utilize this companies expertise.

Dont diagnose nothing right. Keep going up on rates for parking was 100.00 a mnth now 125.00 shop old and dirty not up to code. Lousey mechanics slow as hell all a bunch of liars and thieves

I have had several commercial vehicles over the years and these guys always keep me running and they can pretty much do anything with regards to heavy trucks

We use A-Tech as our semi truck shop and pay them monthly for a trailer parking spot. We are VERY happy with their proximity to our house, hourly shop rate, and monthly parking rate.

I think anyone that is unhappy with the work they get done at A-tech doesnt know what quality service costs. I highly recommend A-tech if you want the job done right.

They worked on a truck of mine and didn't fix the very thing I pointed out. they also were very rude and replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced

Really slow don't seem to know how to diagnose anything! Would never go there again even if the work was free.
