I called Jeff on Monday of this week he did not know me, he came by to pick up my mower in less then 30 minutes. He repaired my mower had it running great, cleaned it for me had it back to me Wednesday evening. The repair prices were excellent too! I would highly recommend Tuning Point to anyone who needs their mower or small engine repaired. Jeff is a really good guy!!

Jeff was quick, professional and got our 1951 Ford 8N tractor firing up and fixed other things we only hoped could be fixed. Price was reasonable. He will be our go to guy for tractor or small engine repairs from now on! Thanks Jeff!

Jeff walks you through the entire process. The thing that stood out with me when inquiring was he listened to what I explained about the zero turn and immediately knew and thoroughly checked for an ongoing problem or something that may be causing the issue.It was quite obvious in his discovery that the place I had it before didnt check anything other than the issue at hand. It took them a week and a half and they stock these parts in their store plus I had made an appt. I couldn't get clear answers and felt jerked around by them in fact I had to call back to chase it down. Thats a worry when you have a whole lot to mow.Jeff was honest, communicated well, explained everything thoroughly and even helped to guide us to things we can do to keep our mower running smoothly. He was quick and fair as well.Service is so important and seems rare today. In fact, I called two other local small businesses and didnt hear back till a couple days later, one I had used before for a push mower and chain saw and one was a mobile business. Its good to know you can drop your mower off somewhere (actually it was picked up and delivered), get it fixed thoroughly, in an efficient manner, gain a little knowledge and not have to worry all while paying a fair price. He cared enough to get it back the next day. My 6 acres and dog are happy and smiling. So am I.

Jeff worked on our old 4 wheeler that need some repairs and it is running great now. He even washed it for us! We will definitely use him in the future for any repairs for our 4 wheeler or lawn mower.

Excellent experience! Jeff has worked on our lawn mower, golf cart and weed eater. Every item was repaired quickly, cleaned, and works perfectly. He knows everything about engines as he is an engine SPECIALIST & ENTHUSIAST. Most importantly, Jeff is honest and hard working with very reasonable prices. Only Jeff will work on our engines from now on! My husband and I highly recommend Jeff as you will not find anyone better than Jeff to handle your repairs!

Jeff s is Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He gets the job done quickly and accurately. I am very satisfied and will return for any other repairs I needI recently brought my lawn tractor to Jeff to have it aligned. There was no adjusters to align it so Jeff had to cut the tie rod and weld it to make the adjustment. While there I ask Jeff if he could fix the lights on my trailer. The trailer needed new lights and wiring. Jeff installed the wires in conduit and soldered all the connections. I am very impressed with Jeff s work and would highly recommend him.

Jeff was quick, detailed, friendly, and very skilled in diagnosing and repairing my sons dune buggy that three people before could not. His prices also fair and reasonable and above par on all fronts! We will use Jeff for all our future small engine repair (and clock repair) and I will highly recommend his services to anyone/everyone!

Mr. Trubey is a true professional. His prices are reasonable and his turnaround times are great. If you want something repaired right the first time and not just patched up Tuning Point is the place to go. My uncle and I are very satisfied with his work on several mowers that he has repaired for us. I m glad Tuning Point was recommended to us by another satisfied customer!

Jeff is a standup guy who s integrity shines through from the moment you meet him. Everything he told me happened exactly as he said it would. I had a simple winter tune up and a few little adjustments, he treated me like his best customer. Finding a business like this is rare. I can t recommend highly enough.

Fantastic experience with owner Jeff. Very quick to respond, arrange pickup and delivery of my garden tractor - and excellent service. Mower came back not only serviced to like-new, but also filled with fuel, and cleaned inside and out. Just finished cutting the yard - mower ran so smooth, and sharpest cut I've had since I bought the mower. Great guy, great service.

I spent a delightful morning at Tuning Point as my riding mower was being repaired. I was invited to have a seat, to enjoy the beautiful countryside, and to get to know the owner as he made the repairs.As he worked we talked. I took my lawn tractor to Jeff and he diagnosed the problem quickly, got the parts ordered and fixed it within a few days. He is very good, clean and friendly and very reasonably priced. He recommended other services to be performed on the tractor at a later time which I appreciated. Jeff apparently works on all sorts of small engine equipment. He is a little off the beaten path but not hard to find and well worth the effort. He is located between Six Mile and Pickens. Thanks Jeff I will be back soon.

Only mechanic I ve ever had that s left my machine in worse shape than I left it!!!! My front drum break is gone on July 7th Mr Trubey picked it up then called me on September 27th that s nearly 3 months!! He set that precedent, I didn t know he wanted clients to rush to pay when he s not rushing either!! He also diagnosed it then said he s not the right fit to fix it after a 3 month wait! Told me that because I didn t call him, he was in order to bring my moped to the dump!I have all our calls and messages I ve never received a response and there s never been a lapse in my coverage, because my phone bill is automatically deducted!I paid the fee I expect the machine to be in the same shape I left it in. This is bad business. He s blocked me after I simply asked if he knew anything about it. On Christmas of all holidays, STAY AWAY!

My wife an son took this mower here we weren't sure what was wrong with it he got them in very quick showed my son some stuff taught him about the mower very pleased you cant find someone willing to do these things very impressed
