Very fast service. The gentleman that worked on my car was very nice. He also said he has experience working on BMW's so he gave me his card. Tire was fixed and I was charged $6 for the plug. Price is awesome compared to past experiences paying 15-20 dollars for same service.I would definitely recommend.

Got the tire and a week later I noticed dry rot. Paid 100$ for a tire that did t last long at all

Good attitude, very helpful but unfortunately was too busy and I had to have vehicle back sooner then he would be able to work on it. Still recommended for the nice vibes and willingness to take time to look without me even really asking or expecting and bother to mess with my car even for a moment despite being busy. That's a rare experience these days.

We were broke down 4 hrs. From home and Newman rescued us. He got us safely back on the road just as soon as the parts arrived. I was expecting to be taken advantage of due to the situation, but the repair price was more than reasonable. I left feeling like we took advantage of him. Even though we didn't have much I tipped him the $50.00 cash I had on me for being such a hero to our family. If I ever come up again I'm gonna stop by and have something done just to thank him for his workmanship and compassion in dealing with us.

I went in to have a tire fixed and it was done quickly . And Friendly I used them 2 years ago and he fixed something to do with my time rod on our 2003 Ford Escape before we left to go to Charleston things where good till 2 days into our trip something else went wrong I call Presnell's and they were able to tell them everything he done so the shop in Charleston could get up back on the road

Presnell Tire &Auto took my 99 Audi in and they did an excellent job...I'd give a 100 stars I will take my car back.Honest,Reliable and trustworthy.Thank You so much you are Audi certified by me .Thanks again
