This is the second time I've been to this location. As long as you're getting something they can ring up fast and get you out the store they are fine. But I bought some windshield wipers and asked if they would put them on for me. The girl said yes but it would probably be a 10 or 15 minute wait cause they were busy. Which was I fine with & I understood that. But after 20 minutes I went in to ask how much longer it would be before someone would get to me. When a different lady named Sheila rudely told me that I would have to wait until they were not busy. Because it was only a convenience thing they offered & the other customers in the store came first. Now don't get me wrong I understand they were busy at the moment. But the whole time I waited, it wasn't as busy. Plus there's no need to be rude to a customer who already spent money in your store and has be waiting patiently in my car for over 20 minutes. When all I did was ask a question. At least when the manager came out to put my wipers on, he apologized for rudely I was treated.

I came in to this location last night and received the best service ever from Tim. He really went about the call of duty to help me. He really made my night just by being so kind and so willing to help me. I do appreciate him and all of his hard work. Thanks again, Tim.

This is the second time I've been to this store and again had great service. I went in for brakes I and got the pads. They didn't have the rotors in stock so they ordered it for me to pick up today.I went in and asked for my order, they brought it to the counter, scanned it and I was on my way. Great service!

Several weeks ago I purchased an alternator with the extended warranty and of course it failed within a week. I purchased another one from NAPA and put the failed one in the Napa box. Today I attempted to return the failed unit not for credit only to keep it out of the landfill. I had already trashed the box and receipt. The young man was confused by the box and called over the manager who said we don't touch that stuff it's Napa. I showed them the label on the unit but the insisted it was a Napa unit. I tired of arguing with stupidity and threw it in the dump. Every time I shop here I feel smarter.

Staff never answers the phone. Most of the staff is not knowledgeable about cars. Some of the staff are rude and don't like to answer questions or check prices on parts. Last few times I've been they didn't have the part I needed in stock.

Tabitha and Summer went above and beyond to help locate the product I had inquired about and right before closing time! They were extremely accommodating, courteous, and helpful in locating the perfect replacement to my hard to find item! They re professional and patient with a great attitude and smile!

My son s car wouldn t crank outside of the Pickens AutoZone earlier today. I couldn t get it started even after trying to jump it off. After several attempts, I elicited the help of Chris and his co-worker (sadly, I can t remember his name). They discovered the source of my problem was a broken positive terminal and worked tirelessly in the scalding heat to solve the problem even though they did not have the required part in stock. They managed to make a different part work well enough for us to make it home. After all that work, they wouldn t take any payment not even for the supplies they used to create the temporary fix. I can t begin yo tell you how much that meant to me. Though I wasn t able to reward them financially, I sincerely hope this testimony will act as some small measure of gratitude for their kindness.

This place is a laughing stock. Can t even get basic and non specific items and parts without them depending on the computer. The teens and young guys here working are useless and lazy. As a customer when I go in, I always hear them in the background complaining about customers and laughing at them and joking around behind their back instead of taking matters seriously or at least professionally. As a business person I seriously hope the internet, Amazon and other companies wipe out these cheap and useless stores. Can t depend on anyone to help you out nowadays.

Love the girls working at the Pickens AutoZone. It's rare to find women working in a parts store and I loved it , they knew everything about everything. We were broke down in the parking lot on 5/27/22 and they were extremely helpful with getting everything we needed and they even had a cart of tools for customers to use. They were very patient with us as we had to make many trips in and out of the store , they even came out to check on us quiet often. We got our vehicle up and running about 15 minutes before closing and even though they had gotten ready to close up they still let us use the restroom to get our hands cleaned up ,and we made sure not to leave a mess behind us for them to to have to clean. Best experience of my life in an parts store , those ladies deserve a raise

This is the worst place to get anything there website has parts on it for one price and when you go in to get it it is a completely different price and they will not honor the price that there website says it is they are a joke and always check anything you get before you buy it my son bought a brand new clutch from them to find out it was used and they wanted to give him a hard time returning it my best advice is to just go anywhere else but there

Bought calipers. Got into the thick of it and realized it was the rotors. Went back up and purchased rotors. Fixed car. Brought brand new calipers back to store to return. Employees refunded price of both minus one core charge. Then proceeded to argue with us about not being able to refund the core charge without us returning the core. They were unable to understand the basics of a return. Took TWO trips up and a ridiculous amount of time to get the last $35 back. The entire time my husband was trying to get his money back - an employee stood behind the counter sharpening his personal knife. Not creepy or unprofessional at all. If you buy something new and return it unused with the receipt, the return amount should be the exact same as the purchase not rocket science.

Easley location called the store to ensure the part was actually in stock and available. After the Easley employee was on the phone for about ten minutes if not more, it was stated that the customer is on their way now. Arrived at the store, driving a big rig bobtailing, for the employees to have locked and closed the store doors by 8:30 pm Not to mention the employees then approached the rig "What's up bro," "Oh I thought that you had a delivery for me," with me telling them "No, it's only me a customer that the Easley location had called for to make sure that the part was in stock and available." The female employee laughs and says "Oh well," and then walks back across the parking lot to make sure that the doors are locked. Really I had called the two telephone numbers for the District Manager Swartz and the Regional Manager Cooper without a return call whatsoever and it now being 1:00 pm the following day, I'm just not understanding how busy the Managers are, and the employees didn't have any other work to be done so the store location 1036 had and was closed early that night

IDK the name of the young lady that works there at the moment but I hope she don't quit any time soon. She's absolutely fantabulous. The best service I get there comes from her. I'm an auto zone fan mainly due to the fact that they tend to only got people who give the best quality service.

Web site states the store is open until 9pm, at 10 minutes til 9pm store doors were locked and employee inside stated "we started closing early a couple weeks ago". Very frustrating as I had pre-purchased brake pads to install and was unable to complete my repair.

The Salesperson that help us was such a great guy. And kind to us out-of-towners. Even recommended a place for us to paddle a class 2 rapids near by.

Because it's better than I'll just save the other competitors in town and staff is helpful and tells you what specials they have but aren't too pushy about them because I don't like that and the prices are we see online or call about and get a different price like somebody else I know
