Prestige was amazing to work with. I contacted Honda not being local, and they said Prestige was their certified repair shop so I didn t hesitate to take it there. My car had more damage maybe and the repair took a while. But Jason kept me up to date through the whole process and was completely transparent about timing and everything involved. I had no questions about the status or what was going on the entire time. Then to top it off the work done was superb, you could not even tell it had been wrecked. Then when I picked it up it was super clean inside and out, cleaner than when it was left. They re the best and highly recommended!! Being from Charleston, SC I would travel to bring my vehicle here if I ever needed the services again(hopefully not lol). Thanks Prestige team!!!

At eighty-one years of age, I can honestly say that Prestige Collision Services is the best automobile body shop that I have ever dealt with in my life. The work on my damaged vehicle was absolutely first rate, the price was reasonable, and the turn-around time was far better than I had expected. Most importantly, the management and staff were highly professional, friendly, and extremely helpful to me throughout the entire process. In this regard, I want to give a special tip of the hat to the Shane (the owner), Jason, and Casey. To those looking for an outstanding body shop that will handle vehicle collision issues with utmost competence, friendliness, and professionalism. you can't find a better place than Prestige Collision Services.

These guys are phenomenal! Jason kept us updated throughout the process of when parts were ordered, received, and when the car would be ready. My daughter had only been at Clemson for 3 days when she was hit by another driver. We had no idea who to use or where to go. The Google reviews said it all and that's why we chose Prestige Collision. The reviews were 100% accurate! These guys do exceptional work and treat you like family! Thanks again for making a bad situation a lot better and for doing a great job on my daughter's car!

My experience with Prestige Collision has been excellent. Jason Owens did a great job explaining the process to me at the beginning. And he called regularly with updates, letting me know the current status of my car repair. Cassie, in the office, was also very friendly and wonderful to work with. I picked my car up this afternoon, and it looks like new! I am so pleased with the work the crew at Prestige did. Not only did they repair the damage, but they also cleaned and detailed my car before returning it to me. I would highly recommend Prestige Collision Services!

Precision did an amazing job when I brought my car in for repair in August. I'm not from the area originally and didn't know what shop to go with but the impressive reviews did not lead me astray!Now I'm bringing it back to them for a second time this year because I was rear-ended because people in SC don't know how to drive! I trust this shop and they're great about communication and the repair work is stellar!

Jason and Nico did excellent work on my Civic Type R after we hit a road kill. The car looks like new. Cassie in the office was friendly and helpful. We had to wait for an appointment but it was worth it. I recommend Prestige Collision Pendleton, SC without any reservations. They are professional, punctual and take the stress out of your repair. I have had two accidents and both times I took my truck to Prestige. Hopefully, it won t happen again but if so, I ll go to Prestige. Jason Owens and Cassie Meacham are exceptional. Cassie will get all of your paperwork, etc expedited and make sure your experience is as smooth as possible. Jason Owens will keep you informed of your vehicles progress and make sure everything is done professionally. Both great folks. I don t know the folks that paint and do body work but they are exceptional. I would give Prestige 10 stars if I could. Wrecked my truck and reach to these guys about repairs. After that all I had to do was show and picked my truck up. These guys took car of all the towing to sending a very detailed quote. Jason was always following up and Casie was a pleasure to deal with as well. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Dropped my Honda Accord off the week before Christmas at Prestige. They had to repair & paint both bumpers, hood, and front fenders. Considering the work being done around Christmas, they completed the work quickly and the car was ready to go in the middle of the week after Christmas. Jason was very professional during the process and elaborated in detail on the repair process after completion. Prestige also was able to work directly with the insurance company for a new estimate and payment without much involvement from myself. That in itself is worth its weight in gold. Prestige fixed a dent in the door of my new Accord over the summer. Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Jason answered all my questions and worked with the third party insurance provider to get everything covered. The car looks great - absolutely no sign of the dent. Worked with Prestige Team (Mike, Allen, Austin, Mark, Shane). They were all awesome bunch to work with, extremely professional and timely response. Even though, we are in TN and had to get the work done there due to wreck, they were all very accommodating, knowledgeable on insurance side of things, and made it seamless for us. They kept us informed throughout the process, and even agreed to get us our vehicle after hours. Thank you Prestige Team.
