I actually had a battery issue, not a tire. They were able to squeeze my car into a busy schedule, find that it wasn t actually my battery, and worked with my van until they found the issue. Great communication, good prices, very helpful.

New local resident. First timer with nail in tire PTC told they would work me into a full schedule. I was fully prepared to spend half a day there but was in & out in 45 min with the best news possible a patch! Thrilled to find an honest, quality & local small business to take care of my car! Highly recommend

They do great work, but their customer service is sloppy. No one called me to tell me that my tire was ready even though they said they would, so my car was an amputee for four days when I could ve been driving it the same day.

I called and explained I needed a subframe adjustment to fix the camber issues I have with vw. They responded sure it's only a little Volkswagen. $90 later, they didn't fix it.

Had Joey and Zac down at Pendleton Tire install a brand new set of AMP research steps on my 2015 Chevy 2500HD High Country and man did they do an outstanding job!! Extremely fast turn-around time as well dropped the truck off in the morning and they had it done before lunch and extremely professional with the wiring harness being tucked away and hidden and tied into the battery very clean and highly recommend for any Truck/ car needs or repairs!!

Typical parent here with a kid in school at Clemson. She had a flat and always had parents to take care of her problems. The staff at Pendleton Tire was top notch service. It was like dealing with a neighbor over 100 miles away. They took care of replacing my daughters tire at a very fair rate and treated my freaked out daughter so kind and made the experience smooth. I will use them again if ever needed and recommend to anybody who would ask for a great local tire shop!

Very friendly staff. Drove over a bolt and happened to be within a mile, so I drove it here with it still audibly leaking air. They pulled my truck immediately into a work area on the side and had the tire patched and ready to go within 10 minutes. Definitely recommend!

I love this local business! Academic research shows that women get quoted higher on car repairs, so I am always skeptical of anything I am told I need to do related to my car. I have NEVER felt like I have been treated anything but fair at Pendleton Tire. For example, I have been asking if I need new brake pads/brake rotors for the last three times they have rotated my tires (which they do for free if you buy the tires there) and they have told me not yet each time, saying that I still had miles left on the ones I have. Similarly, when I do need something done and compare the pricing it is always in the lower end, so very competitive. They also are super fast too. It is such a peace of mind to work with an honest, local, and caring company. Thanks Pendleton Tire!

These guys are great. One of my tires looked a little flat so I went to the QT on Rt.76 in Pendleton to put some air in it. In several tries at the "Free Air" station, the psi was going down, not up. Afraid that there was something wrong with the valve or tire itself, I drove over to Pendleton Tire to see if they could help.Let's say they weren't surprised when I told them what had happened at QT: apparently I wasn't the first to have this issue. One of the employees checked all the tires, put a little air into the one that needed it, and told me I was good to go.What really impressed me though is that when my car was brought around and parked in front, it was backed in to make it easier for me to drive away. That small touch says volumes about this company.

Called in on 8/25 and spoke with Zach Garrison about my daughters car. She hit something in the road that knocked the bottom engine cover loose. Once she arrived Zach and his team jumped right on it and had her out the door in no time. Very friendly and professional. My daughter is from Charlotte NC and is attending Clemson University. Its comforting to know theres someone locally I can call and trust. Thank you Pendleton Tire Company!!

Found a nail in my tire after TPMS kept showing low PSI, stopped in to have them take a look, took me right back and fixed it while I waited. Great price, great quality, would recommend to anyone. Thanks for the help guys !

Recently had to get new tires for my truck - the owner is a great man. Quick, effective service at very reasonable prices. Will definitely be back. It s hard to find small, privately owned shops that are reliable but I am thankful we have this one!!

Extremely pleased with Joey and the guys at Pendleton Tire Company, I'm very picky about who I let work on my vehicle(s) and I could tell they paid attention to detail. I was in town from Charles Town, WV (500 miles away) and preparing for an 8700 mile road trip, so I looked up Pendleton and saw they roadforce balance and align just to make sure the car was smooth.Turns out my front two tires were worn on the inside edge and needed to be replaced, but I was scheduled leave for St. Louis the next day (a Saturday) at 5am. I'm a pretty savvy shopper but couldn't find a better deal or availability at such short notice. Joey was proactive and called me with a solution (Two NT555 G2s at 255 instead of 265 wide) and set it in motion that day. Traction control would still be happy with the diameter difference so it's not an issue.I'm very impressed with the quality of service and understanding nature of the guys at Pendleton Tire Company. Coming from a mechanic, that means something!

They patched a tire for me and had it ready for pick-up in an hour (without appointment). Transparent pricing was a huge plus - everything is listed on the desk.The patch actually didn't stick due to the texture of the tire, but I brought it in the next day and they got me two new tires (and credited me for the patch). They did this for me even though it was 4:30 or so (once again, no appointment). That's why the 5 stars still stands.

Joey Welborn knows how to run a business!! I made an appointment with Austin to repair a puncture in a tire. I walked in 5 min before my scheduled appointment, and walked out 25 minutes later with a repaired tire. Also, they balanced it for me at no extra charge!Thanks, guys!

Great team. I recently needed to get brakes for my car for a trip the next day. Unfortunately, they didn t have time in the schedule but were able to recommend another shop to me. Really appreciate it!

Recently had a bolt puncture my tire. Pendleton tire were extremely friendly and helpful. Got me right in, atched my tire, very reasonably priced I might add and had me out the door in less than 30 minutes.

I called early in the morning to get fit in day of and they were more than happy to oblige! After calling 5 garages to have a flat fixed they were the ones who got the business! My tire was fixed within a couple of hours despite how busy they were. I ll be happy to come back if I have more tire problems. Thanks again!

It s so reassuring that a place local to Clemson University would take such good care of my daughter who is a student.My daughter just got a new tire and they treated her promptly, respectfully and professionally.I would recommend this shop to any and all people local to the Pendleton/Clemson area.

Great group of people who work there. Everyone is polite and respectful. They also go that extra mile for their customers. Wouldn't think about going anywhere else for tires and/or accessories. The only draw back is, they stay busy which speaks highly of their prices and staff. I have never seen anyone get mad and storm off. Give them a try and they will earn your business. Place was good for tires. Robbed us blind on brakes. $400 for brakes? Because it s standard practice for this shop to resurface rotors for brakes so intact they questioned if they needed to even be replaced. Especially if you are a woman who is not super familiar with cars, please watch out!*Prices were not mentioned during our phone call and the word rotor was never said. I specifically authorized brake pads during our conversation.*

Honest folks. They were the only tire shop willing to clean fix a flat tire sealant from my wheel in the area. Charged me less than what they told me over the phone. Very professional staff. They were very busy and still serviced my tire in half an hour the same day I called. They are very fair and honest with their pricing which is probably why they get so much business.

I am a student at Clemson and I m so grateful for Pendleton tire! It s super stressful being away from home and having issues with my tires etc, but this place is close and provides the best service. The two men that help upfront are kind, organized, and knowledgeable. Both times I ve gone with tire issues they ve gotten me in and out super quick, even while busy. They are a top choice for me for sure and I ll keep coning back during the rest of the time I m in Clemson! Thank you guys so much!!

Dropped my vehicle off for brakes, they were just starting to squeal. Told them it just needs front brakes. The guy behind the counter said ok we will do brakes, i said brakes only, he said i understand. My car has 60k miles on it still almost new. The sign in the shop says $65 for front brakes and $65 for back brakes, $409 is what they charged me. They told me i was told they resurface rotors with every brake job, which was not mentioned. I specifically mentioned front brakes only. That it all it needed. Services rendered... got screwed. Will not be letting that happen again. Everyone needs to know up front before any extra work is done. I have never brought my vehicle anywhere where they do not tell you what extra work they are doing to the vehicle. Thats ok though they wont take another dime from me.

These folks are just fantastic. I had a tricky tire that had already had a faulty plug from another shop, and they fixed it within an hour. The lobby is comfortable and the service is fast, fair priced and courteous. I ll be going back here to get my tires rotated!

This place is jam up. Joey the owner and Zach was very helpful. Joey helped me pick out the rims and tires for my 2021 Jeep gladiator. Once picked out he ordered and scheduled a date for install.Love the results and professionalism from these guys. Turns out a good bit of my family and friends use Pendleton tire for their needs. High recommend this place for any of your tire or lifts needs.

I had an incident during my travels on vacation where I hit a deer carcass. It ended up being a blessing and a curse as my tire had a nail in it and that's how we learned about our tire leaking. When we arrived at Clemson I tried a few other tire shops that for one reason or another couldn't help us. Pendleton tire and their staff were straight forward and ready to help. For about $25 they were able to repair my tire and we were off down the road again. Thanks so much for being helpful I'd absolutely come and see you again let's hope it's just for a visit.

The staff here are amazing! Service was fast and friendly. They were very helpful in answering questions, without making us feel stupid for not knowing some things. They're prices are completely affordable. The office area along with work area, are completely clean and family friendly. We will DEFINITELY be returning when the need arises! Thank u PTC for the awesome job done today!
