This store has always had a large surplus of all supplies needed for any DIY automotive project. Though warm and helpful this particular location has some younger staff I'd steer clear of if asking for knowledge. Besides this awesome place

Please...Don't even bother going here. The staff is young and mostly incompetent. The mgr Amanda is by far the rudest, demonic acting hostile, unaware and searingly arrogant woman I've ever met. This place needs an overhaul.

The staff was helpful, though prices where higher than I d like, when in a pinch it s good to have immediate access to the parts I need.The staff helped me with a quick test of a motorcycle battery, and had the part available there for me to replace that day.

This shop was amazing! Professional and polite. Super helpful, kind and conscientious in stalling my daughter s car battery. I want to thank Evan and all staff for their professional help. We need more people like YOU in the world of business! I recommend this location to anyone.

They don't deserve 1 star I came in the store to return some product and then the racist lady TOOK my product and told me to call corporate so when I called corporate office they put me on hold and came back two minutes later and said the lady stated no one came in to the store so Mr orelly if you read this I want my product back or the cost of my product because I will not stop until I get satisfaction even if I have to take legal action

Very friendly and professional. I needed a utility trailer hitch. Upon 'guessing' what I needed, the customer service rep inquired about my purchase and what I was hauling. He asked if I had the right size and installed receiver. I am very thankful because I had no idea what I was doing. I left with less of an expense I had anticipated and left with exactly what I needed. Thanks!

Went to the one in Seneca they didn't have the parts to fix my battery ( so they said) sent me to the one in Pendleton. I paid for the battery he goes out to the car pop the hood says he can't do it because it's a custom order. ( Came from the factory) I got my money back but they were not happy to do that. You guys don't want to do something just say you don't want to do it instead of making me waste my time.

The Pendleton, SC store has been great. They are well managed and always a big help. Normally has the part when the other nearby stores do not.

It was the worst experience ever I was having car problems in the parking lot wow whoever was working in there the other friends were behind the counter but nobody work there nobody could help me with my problem it was very embarrassing if I own a Riley's I would fire whoever was wrote working in that store hi have witnesses it was just terrible I'm a senior citizen I'm a disabled veteran I tried to buy some stable for my outboard motor nobody could help me with the stuff nobody had the time to talk to me about what I wanted or needed and in the meantime I had a flat tire in the parking lot I would be ashamed if I owned that place in the people work for me I will never be a customer there again

Had check engine light... they hooked it up and read the codes said had a couple sensor errors.... cost was about $180... looked online was about $65... just going to buy online

The counter staff really needs to be trained and understand that if I'm standing there in the store got up off my couch and came in I am priority don't let me stand there and wait while you pick up the phone in the middle of our conversation to help somebody on the phone very rude uneducated staff
