Freaky fast service. Drove in, got seen, and new tire replaced in less than 30 mins. Also Hank the shop dog was the best general manager.

I have nothing but great things to say about Bill s. They have an excellent team who works hard, is always willing to help, and are quick to do whatever they can to please their customers. Bill s isn t a place trying to talk you into buying things you didn t ask for - they show they care about their customers over making an extra dollar. If you re considering going to Bill s, I d tell you not to think twice. They ve come to my rescue multiple times when my car had me stranded and when I was desperate for a tire patch or a new set of tires. They ve always been quick to help, having me ready to go in 10 minutes at the absolute longest! To the team at Bill s, thank you for all that you guys do! You have a customer for life from me.

I thought I was experiencing a "Nascar Pit Crew". LOL. I have driven by this place numerous times. My young neighbor started working there so I told him I would come by. I was given a fair price and the speed of service was great. I will use them again in the future. And yes, I just had to take a pic of the Office Manager while I was reading other reviews.

The guys at Bill's Tire Center of Pelzer, SC, are top-notch. I stopped in early this morning with T.P.M.S. issues, and they were able to replace all four in less than thirty minutes at a very reasonable price. Thanks, Miguel!

Pulled right up to this place in need of an all terrain tire for my pickup truck. A nice gentleman greeted me. He looked at the damaged tire that I needed replaced, told me what they had in comparison, gave me a price, and replaced my spare with the new tire within a half hour! I was so grateful for Bill's Tire Center for helping me out in a pinch!

He knew we were coming and we got there a few minutes before they were scheduled to open. They were finishing up with a customer ahead of us! They changed the tire we knew had a nail in it PLUS they found a nail in the second right side tire and showed it to us. We were in there and back out in about 40 minutes with two tires! I was very impressed and grateful.

My foot didn't even touch the ground. I pulled up, someone greeted me in my truck. They had the trailer tire I needed. Four minutes later I was set and on my way. Thanks for getting me out of a jam fellas

I had two tires replaced for the first time on my new car and saw that the wheels had been scratched and chipped. I never had any issues in years prior, so I was quite frustrated when the manager told me that the damage was there before he touched them (conveniently only on the wheels that he had touched to replace the tires). After going back and forth for two days they said they would fix the damage with polish and touch up paint. Only to be frustrated again when they could only polish them due to not having the paint in stock (even after given 2 weeks notice). So if you have beat up wheels and wouldn't mind the extra damage then this business is a good bet. However, if you have newer damage-free wheels and would rather not be told "they won't stay new forever because you'll curb the car at some point" then look elsewhere.

Had a tire leak during the work day. Needed to get back on the road fast. I was in and out in 5 mins. Great customer service .

I called in the morning to ask if they had the tires I needed, they let me know quickly that they did. They told me to come at any time and they could get them changed out for me. That's exactly what I did, they greeted me right off the bat, got me in and back out in a very timely fashion! I was surprised at how quickly they worked. I'm happy with the service and my new tires. This place was recommended to me by a long time customer and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else!

Got a great deal on 4 new tires . And then I Returned later for a free tire rotation . They also sold me replacement lug nuts that I've desperately needed for a while now . Also their bulldog was there and that's a plus too .

These guys are so helpful & they go out of their way to solve your problems ~at great prices!.We go here when we have tire issues because their honest with you & they work hard for everyone who's come in for repairs while I've been there.

I would like to give a big shout out to Bill's Tires for being so kind to my son today. Kindness goes along way. I will continue to do my business at Bill's Tire. It is worth the drive to receive fast, friendly and quality work. Bill's Tire is the only place to go for tires hands down.

I have to take my sub in a couple times a year because I have an extremely ba habit of getting nails in my tires. Service is always quick and professional. I've been going here for years!

My low beam was out so I bought one stopped there and asked if they could put it in one man told me we don't have any tools. Hmmmmm tire place with no tools what tire shop doesn't have tools???

Great place, they even spotted a bad bearing on my wheel before it fully broke. Thank goodness for these guys. Quick in and out service, I love it.
