My company was in the market for a new fleet vehicle and we have had good success with Dodge RAM Promaster models. We normally purchase our vehicles from another Dodge dealership located closer to our office in Myrtle Beach. Unfortunately this year, the salesman at that dealership abruptly stopped communicating with our office. This forced us to look elsewhere for a new vehicle. I searched Dodge's website for the exact make and model we were interested in purchasing and found a matching vehicle at South Strand Chrysler in Pawleys Island. I made my first phone call to South Strand Chrysler on a Friday afternoon and spoke with sales representative, Bill Hamilton. By Saturday afternoon, the vehicle was titled in our company name after completing the purchase process at the dealership. From the first phone call with Bill Hamilton, to him shaking my hand and proffering the keys, the entire buying process was handled with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Bill had all of the paperwork ready when I walked in, had the vehicle parked right out front, and seamlessly navigated me through the entire process. Bill handled in less than 24 hours what has taken other salesmen days to complete. We requested that a sealed bulkhead be installed behind the front seats so that the cargo bay is separated from the driver's compartment. Also requested was a thick rubber mat custom formed to the floor of the cargo bay. Our company vehicles carry heavy equipment and chemicals that can be dangerous if mishandled. Bill coordinated the installation of both the bulkhead and rubber mat for me. Five days later, Bill Hamilton personally delivered our fully operable vehicle right to the front door of our office.I cannot express how simple the entire purchasing process was at South Strand Chrysler. It is refreshing to work with people who take pride in what they do, stand behind their words, and make it a point to exceed their customers expectations. Thanks to Bill Hamilton and the rest of the stellar team at South Strand Chrysler, they just earned our business for the foreseeable future. First time customer here as I am also new to SC. As soon as I pulled onto the lot, Jason was the first to greet me with a smile and a handshake. When I told him what car I was there to see, he led me right to it, offered me a test drive, and was able to answer the questions I had about it. He was very patient while we worked out the details. He wasn't pushy, didn't use any typical salesman tactics, and respected my opinion and knowledge about cars. Being a woman, I appreciated that. The entire process of buying the car I came for was as smooth as any car buying experience can go and I would recommend this dealership and Jason to anyone looking to buy a new/used car

From beginning to end our purchase was so simple! Fred Cecil listened to what we were looking for and was able to accommodate us in every way, from our monthly payment to having our car delivered straight to our house, 3 hours away! Bill Hamilton was wonderful to work with! Everyone we had contact with were knowledgeable and helpful, it was probably the least painful car buying experience I ve had. I came in looking for something for the family and the very first vehicle he brought out for me was the one I fell in love with.Prices are tough right now everywhere and they came up with a great plan for leasing with the option to buy, and my payments ended up being under my requested amount!Needless to say, I love my new Limited Jeep Grand Cherokee L.Highly recommend Bill to anyone, but especially to people not quite sure what they want but needing certain qualities.

This morning I picked up my used Cadillac XT6 from South Strand. I had an incredible salesman, Fred Cecil, that happily answered all of my questions and never applied any pressure on me to purchase. I've walked out on salespeople before but Fred was absolutely looking out to make sure I got the right vehicle. During this experience, Josh was also extremely helpful in making this a very smooth transaction. I would highly recommend checking out South Strand when you're in the market for a vehicle.

We drove to South Strand from the Charleston area after checking out the inventory online. Our salesman, Jason, was friendly and professional in spite of the oppressive heat that had us all melting! Man, I gotta say I had a great experience here. Abe is a heck of a guy. Didn't waste my time with any of the other tactics that sleezy car salesman usually pull. He actually listened to what I wanted, helped me find exactly what I wanted, in the price range I wanted, and even gave me a couple of options to go with. I was treated like a friend that stopped by, not a paycheck, and that speaks volumes. This will be the 7th vehicle I've bought from a dealership. But this was the FIRST time I actually enjoyed the experience of buying a vehicle, right down to the fella in the finance office. Now, maybe I'm biased. But I believe you won't find a better person to work with than Abe, nor a better place to come to than South Strand Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. I highly encourage anyone that's looking for a vehicle to come here. You won't regret it.

Travis was our salesman! This was a pleasant experience all around for me especially since I was dealing directly with Travis for Kelly whose work schedule made it impossible to do all the stuff that goes along with getting a vehicle! They got me right in, let me drop my vehicle off early due to having plans and then let me pick it up after hours and did exactly what I asked of them with no hesitation or problem. They also text me with a quote about some extra service I inquired about. They have great customer service and serviced my car with no hassle what -so- ever! Super fast service! Waited for my new jeep to get the oil change done and tire rotation. It was done in under an hour. Super impressive for a dealership. The only complaint I have is being my first time I wasn t quite sure where to drive to let them know I was there. There s signs for service and arrows but nothing saying to wait here or stop here to come inside and check in. So for anyone going for their first time pull along side of the right of the building. Pull through the bank looking computer and go in that door. Service is on the right.

Finally took the step to buy a car all by myself. Everyone was so nice and I felt very comfortable there. Travis Elliot took on the challenge to find me exactly what I wanted, which probably was not easy. But, he came through and I can not be any happier with my Jeep! I am in love! I would defiantly recommend South Stand Chrysler!PS: He could have taken a better picture
