I absolutely loved the experience of purchasing my Ford edge with JP Auto Sales! I started my search online and it was such a hassle. I was going from a smaller sports car to a bigger SUV and when you re 4 9 I needed to be able to test drive it! We saw JP had it on the lot and took a shot calling to see if they were open Sunday. Well, they are not typically open on Sunday s , but the owners went out of their way to accommodate me and my husband. I drove away one very satisfied customer!! They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to all my friends.

I just recently purchased a SUV from JP Auto Sales and It was an awesome Buy!! The owners are very nice and Helpful they asked me what I wanted and I got Just that!! I am VERY pleased with my experience and I will definitely Be back and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle :)

JP stopped me at the gas station and offered to put air in my tires. He said shop was down the road and he would be happy to help me. I told him I had a air pump in the back but thank you. He give me his card so a few weeks later I stopped in to ask about my AC not cooling. Donna told me it would be $$ so I said thank you and left. I called yesterday and they got me right in and called to let me know what was going on and by 4:30 she called and said my car was ready. Donna, Steve, Sherri and JP were so nice and friendly to me. Steve even fixed my fuse problem so I had my radio back on to play my tunes. JP even called me after I left to check on me. I would highly recommend JP Auto Sales to anyone that needs a vehicle or just a tune up. I was treated with a 5 star staff and now JP has a new customer for life. Thank you again to the staff and JP for making me feel like home.

I recently bought a car from here and I have never been so well treated and have had such an easy experience with any dealership like I had with JP s auto sales. Sherry was beyond helpful and went out of her way to help me make sure I got the car I wanted. I love my car and I highly reccomend them!

Just plain excellent service and a genuine family run business! We recently bought our daughter a car from here and what a great experience. Sally, Donnie and Danny were super friendly and zero pressure. They checked the car out and addressed some minor items before we bought it. They even put it on their lift and allowed me to inspect the underside for leaks and wear. I just got a good feeling working with them and will definitely go back again!

My car blew out a tire.I was in an unfamiliar area. This shop was a block away.It was late in the day ,for their work day, right before close.Helped me with getting my car towed...they towed itAnd finding a tire that would work last minute in the garage so I could have my car back.All within an hourThe team was sympathetic and so awesome.The owners really made me feel like they cared that I was in a pinch because they do care about people.Nothing but excellent customer care given.If I could give more stars I would.

I can't even find words to describe how great this place is, as far as the people there, the service, the inventory ... everything! The atmosphere is like walking in to see family. They treat you like that and you can just feel the care. I came to know JP's because I was in an accident, naturally was more than a bit shaken & they made it more than all better. Sherry is very experienced, listened to me with a concerned ear & gave me great advice, as well as encouraging words of wisdom. She got me back on the road with another car, that was in my budget & took care of all the paperwork for me, including dealing with my insurance company. When I walked out the door everything was all done, I had a great new ride, with all documentation done. Now that is above and beyond! Sherry also told me, in a year I wouldn't even remember the accident but within 3 days she had taken all the upset from it away & what JP's did for me I will never forget! What a feel-good experience!

Even though we didn't actually do business with this company I feel I just have to relate our experience with Kevin (not sure if he is the owner or manager?). As we were on our way to start our vacation our vehicle broke down when we stopped in at a store in Pawley's Island. Kevin just happened to stop in where we were stranded and was SO nice and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. The concern and generosity he showed to us (complete strangers) speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. Thank you Kevin.

Was looking at several different Z71 Tahoe's online for my wife. Being that I am in the car business myself I didn't want to play games with anyone and wanted someone that was going to shoot me straight. I live over 4 hours away from them and made the deal over the phone with in a few hours. They also sent me pictures that I had requested of the underneath of it. Would recommend anyone in the area to check them out when they are looking for a pre-owned vehicle. And to top it off the owner even came in on Sunday when dealer was closed to do the paper work, so I could take delivery of my new Tahoe. The experience was excellent and good to know there is still good used car dealers out there that don't crap people. Thanks again for all your help, my wife is loving her new Tahoe Z71- Scott

I was a challenge case to buy a car...Sherry went above and beyond to work with me to make sure I had a replacement car after my kid was in an auto accident that totaled my old car out. Didn't get the car I was hoping for, but Sherry made sure I got into a decent car and for a good price/payment. I would recommend JP's Auto To my family and Friends.

I purchased a truck from there about 4-5 years ago and I am still driving it today. I just recently purchased another vehicle from there for my wife and we both are very happy with their kind honest and non pushy sales. They have the nicest cleanest low mileage cars and trucks you will ever find.

I have been familiar with JP'S Auto Sales for over12 years and have found them to be family. All of my vehicles have been purchased there and have had no problems. They will always stand behind the vehicles they sell. Great management.

This is about the Pennzoil oil change section. Sooo disappointed. New to area and keep looking for a place to service my 3 cars. Had daughter take car here for oil change and told her to get Synthetic Blend. So they mistakenly (daughter actually believes it was not a mistake) put in Synthetic and tried to charge her for it. She strongly explained that she requested the Blend as she did not want to pay double for the synthetic. They made her wait 20 minutes for someone with authority to come back. This person explained how the car requires synthetic and my daughter simply said the car has always used the Blend and that is what she asked for. I'm told the woman was not very pleasant about it as well (remember they made the mistake). Now if this is not bad enough this woman said if she brings the car back they will refuse to put the Blend in the car ..... great so they messed up, tried to charge her for their mistake, took an attitude with her and then basically threatened her.

***Caution*** BE CAREFUL BUYING A CAR FROM HERE. I bought a car from here about 6 months ago. Before buying my car from them I asked several times if there was anything wrong with the car. To which Jps responded that it had just come off the lift, gave it an oil change and inspected the whole car where they found no problems with the car. About a month after purchasing the car I started having problems with the car. The car started leaking fluid from the AC unit and car shaked uncontrollably. To which I took to the dealership multiple times for repair. Then not even six months after owning the car my fears were confirmed. The previous owner of my car had destroyed the front frame of the car and a massive amount of rust covered the piece and the whole frame had to be replaced. The mechanic told me that I'm order for the frame to look like it did it had to have been broken for at least a year to a year and a half. I contacted Jps about the issue and told them that when I bought the car from them that they (Jps) did an inspection on the car before I bought by it. You know what they told me that they had no record of the inspection and they're was nothing they could do except try to contact the previous owner to which they could not reach. I spent about 3 thousand dollars in repairs on the car for my car when Jps ensured me that there was nothing wrong with it. I will never buy another car from here and have already informed and influenced my fellow community members to refrain from purchasing vehicles from here because they will be broken and jp doesn't stand behind their products or word. Also I saved the parts and the mechanic took pictures for me. And I told jps that they could see them if they wanted and that the mechanic invited them to come see the car before repairs. Sherry (the owner of Jps) said that she wasn't interested . So community members from pawleys island and surrounding DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE YOURE GONNA END UP PAYING MASSIVE FOR REPAIRS FOR YOUR CAR.

My daughter bought a car and within 20 days it was running hot. Taking it back they said it was the water pump and a belt and quoted $750. After talking with Josh about the repairs & it was less than 3 weeks old, he informed my daughter there was nothing he would do. She took the car to her regular mechanic and he said he would do all repairs for $400 & that a visual inspection told him that the corrosion around the water pump should have been a sign to them that it was out before they sold the car. THEN he inspected further & found that wasnt even the problem she was complaining about, but instead the gaskets needed replacing, which JPS didnt even notice. He did all repairs for $700. Another week passes and now it is leaking oil!!! Less than a month and already had over $700 in repairs and JPs attitude is basically too bad, so sad. Very, very unhelpful. The reason my daughter bought a newer car is so she wouldnt have to worry about repairs. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS! JUNK! JUNK! JUNK!

I've had a great experience at JP's Auto Sale. I went in kinda aggravated because sometimes shopping for cars and getting financed through a bank isn't easy!! With the help of Ms. Sherry she brought hope back to my lifeagain. She's the most gorgeous person on earth!!! Thank you Ms. Sherry and the JP's Auto Sales Team!!!!!

I was driving back from Pawleys Island and one of your flatbeds came right up to my bumper. I had a small car in front of me and two compact cars on right. Your driver of the flatbed keep flashing his high beams and getting as close to the back of my car as possible. I was unable to move to other lane due to the traffic. He is not an Emergency vehicle that I MUST move out of the way. As we got to 707 he went into the white striped area of the road and ran the red light. A few seconds later the light changed and I made the left hand turn. Your driver wad parked on Mink road at the minor accident. He could have caused a bigger accident thru his actions. I will be also reporting this to Horry and Georgetown Police. Your drive SHOULD NOT be on the road.Linda McCarthyI DO NOT EVEN WANT TO GIVE HIM ONE STAR>

My son bought a Truck from them the truck breakdown within 12 hours and they refused to fix it. I'm sorry be careful, custom services good. But be careful what you get.
