Terrible service!! They were very childish didn t call me about my lug nut after the manager lied and said he did. Very disrespectful staff. Chandler through my stuff around in my car parked my car all the way by the front of automotive where the door isn t working. Samantha young lady lied and said she saw the manager call and my phone was disconnected. Then spoke to Lorenza and he helped but the staff back there weren t very worried at all. The same folks who had a problem with doing my car still did it through my tire in my car and my jack without even placing in the right dedicated space for the spare tire. I felt retaliated against and I will never come back. Also they called me back but of course I ve called back and can t get in touch with the store manager Tiffany.

I came from Florida to buy a car in Orangeburg. Took the car to this Wal-Mart for new 17 tires. The young lady was very kind . so we to went subway . Before we were done eating they had my car done. Very good unlike our Wal-Mart at home in lake city which is terrible!

I arrived as the Auto Care Center opened on Sunday, June 5th. I needed a tire replacement as I experienced a blow out the day before( 6/4 ) on route 26..Philip, Dwayne and Mack were wonderful. I think the tires were rotated as well.. What a fine group of employees. Please reward this team as they richly deserve it in some significant way. Thank you, Mary.Service: Tires

My husband recently bought 4 new tires for his truck. He was not happy with being ignored when they stopped in the middle of helping him to answer phones. Employee did not say to him, "Please excuse me while I take this call". It felt intrusive & like someone was jumping in line ahead of him. He did get good tires at a good price but had to go there 2 days in a row. Two tires had to be ordered as it wasn't in stock. One employee told him initially that they were in stock but a second employee after looking in the back said they weren't available & had to be ordered. It is always VERY busy in the auto dept. - feel they need more staff to handle all the incoming calls & in- store customers & to lessen the stress for employees & customers.

Only gave this place one star because giving zero wasn t an option. I called on a Wednesday and asked if they had four tires in stock that would fit my car. I was repeatedly told yes, that I could come in tomorrow and have them put on no problem. I come into the shop, after 20 minutes of waiting to even be spoken to, the cashier in the auto section very rudely informs me that there are 3 other cars ahead of me. Alright I tell her, I can wait. Then once I tell them what I am needing done, she exclaims that they may not have those tires in stock, I explain to her that I have called and asked and was told they had them, which I immediately thought maybe they had been sold, okay things happen. But when I ask the woman were they sold today she says no they weren t. Then she tells me hold on and walks off from the desk, leaving me standing there for 30 minutes, I presume she is going to double check for the tires, maybe there was an error in the computer, when she finally returns she sits down at the computer turns around and says nope don t have them! Both women at the counter very rude and unprofessional, wouldn t do business here ever again, total waste of time.

On this day, I purchased a tire from online which I do on a regular basis. The issue I have is the lack of customer service. Meaning, the person back there has to be present in order to serve but that doesn't happen. Having a nonchalant attitude doesn't help either. Now, ended up having to get another tire based on my situation. First it took entirely too long, the guy put the wrong tire on and forget my tire cap in the process but luckily I checked behind them. This whole entire process took way too long. Hours on top of hours. Walmart has to do better as a hole and stop trying to save money being a multi billion dollar company. You can't have you're cashier stocking while customers need help. That's a major disappointment on Walmart. I wasn't happy then and I'm not happy now. Improvement should be in order starting with stores procedure. In order to be better you have to do better!

Update from a year ago still 1* because it's the only way to leave a comment. Even with new management this auto center is awful. I request for tire rotation and balance, still not convinced they rotate because the tire I asked them to check for a leak is still in the same location yet they didn't bother to check tire pressure or add air. The worse is all these requests are part of the warranty I have on the tires. Never again will I buy tires here or use their service. New management is wack.Service: Tires

The wait is always horrible. They NEVER finish in a timely manner. Something as simple as an oil change could take 2 hours. I went to get a flat tire fixed and dropped it off around 12:50. I run errands with a friend and come back to see if my car is finished around 3 o clock, and it still hadn t even been pulled into the service station. Apparently they forgot I had even dropped my car off because there were no cars in the tire station being worked on. It s definitely the worst Walmart tire and lube I ve ever been to.

First, it doesn't make sense that you go to an auto car center and they are ALWAYS short staffed and management is walking around like they don't care what's going on in their department. They NEVER have enough of the requested tires needed, wait time is pretty much your WHOLE day, and customer service is . Two stars for the couple of employees who attempt to show they care!

Waited one hour to get car even looked at with no one else there. After another half hour with the hood open guy comes and says that my oil plug is stripped, so if he removed he doesn't have a new one to put back. Then he asked what I wanted to do. Easy answer I left. Was so mad. Only went there because my normal place was busy. Thought I would give them a chance. They blow it. Went to my normal place later and nothing wrong with the oil plug, they did they change in 20 min as they always do and checked everything else.

Figured with it being as hot as it was I would treat myself and pay to get my oil changed. So using my time wisely I decided to go to wall mart and do our weekly shopping. Forty five minutes after we got here they finally pulled it in the bay. Now take into consideration there was only two cars in the double bay we we got here. So after shopping and waiting in front lines over 30 minutes I go to pay for my service. The lady tells me it fixing to be pulled in. I said it been on the rack for over a half hour now. She went to check. Other customers complaining about the wait. A mechanic told a lady waiting that a hour and a half for oil change is fast for them laughing. She did not find it amusing nor did the rest of us.

Without a shadow of a doubt longest tire change ever. 2 tires took 6hrs to change. Office staff was nice, but you could tell they were at a loss for words and clueless to what the mechanics were doin and why it was taking so long. A woman was there and very aggravated, it took 6 hrs for her oil to get changed and they didnt complete the job. Very very disappointed. I WILL NOT COME BACK HERE!!!!!

I only use trust one person to work on my car and that's Mr. Johnson. If it's not correct the first time, I go back and they ways fix the problem with no issues. I usually go in the morning because they are a bit slow. Other than that, I'm always satisfied. The cashier back there is amazing as well. I never get her name but she's always there.

We we're traveling through South Carolina and hit some debris, we ended up needing a new tire. Even though they were not able to change the tire, Howard and Mycierra, we're so kind and called other local places to find us a tire! Howard put the spare tire on, wrapped the wheel in plastic so we would not have to unload the car again! They have no idea how much their kindness meant to us!

The hours listed are 7-7. I showed up 3 days in a row, and they were closed. The Wal-Mart management didn't even know when a technician would be there, so they didn't know when it would be open either.

They open at 7? Came here at 9:45 and not a worker in site. Nobody was in the service area, all doors were down, and nobody at checkout counter...lights were off...There was no notice or indication there were close or why...Also a few others were waiting on them or came in looking to get help with there vechical. Tried to call the store to ask about but all circuits were "busy". Would have went up front to customer service but was on a time limit to be somewhere else.

They have good service just be prepared to wait a while. Does not seem to have enough mechanical workers in the service area to handle the daily load of customers. But all in all the service when completed is good and fair.

Went in today to purchase tires and was told my a gentleman that it was closed due to waiting on a member of management to open the doors. This was at 9:00 am, which the hours to open is at 7:30. Am I missing something???? How can this be?

Excellent service went for a oil change and they actually do their checks plus they told me that I needed a new air filter which was put on and didn t charge extra for some bogus labor but did I mention that they also vacuum your car this is the only place I m getting an oil change from now on

The girl Justice at the register is not friendly at all. She needs some customer service training. Even to the elderly customers she is very rude

I went there to get replace bulbs for very common automotive bulb. The display was 3/4 empty with zero cross reference for replacement numbers. I had to search on my phone for a guide and finally found the last one out of a dozen possible replacements in stock and there are now only 1 of those left in stock.

Get new tires from Walmart. Then one year later one of the tires went flat had less than 8,000 miles on it and I pay extra for road hazard. It was under warranty but I had to buy a new tire because they said the warranty was expired. They said the tire was put on at 111,111 miles (when I first got the car it already had 178,619 miles on it) current miles on the car is 191,938. So do not go to Walmart for auto care. Go to Frank's discount tires or Firestone, Monroe. Just don't go to Walmart. Thank you

This by far the worst place to go for anything. It takes them entirely to long to do service. I believe it would take 30 minutes to buy a car scent from back there
