The visit wasn t for me personally. The service tech was great and fixed the problem in a timely manner. The main problem was first locating a phone number. When called it was like a call center, I helped my mother make an appointment at nearby location and was told tires would be delivered to the store. Once arriving at the location, the you man said nothing was delivered and no appointment was made. Any who, the young man checked for tires in the back and we were in luck. Car was done in about 1.5 hours with 4 new tires. Only two issues; tire cost and call system.

I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!! I went here back in February of this year for a oil change. Not even a month later there is something wrong with my car, come to find out there s no oil in the car. This is the second time that this has happened, will never go back. I m gonna stick to Take 5 for now on.

Mist experiences l have had were very good. The last one on Saturday 9/30/23 not so great. The guy at the front seemed a bit sarcastic when l was asking for advice. My question was if my vehicle was safe to drive to the next location down the street because he said his 4 mechanism were busy. Maybe he was ready to enjoy his Saturday but way to go professionalism, not so much!

Good at seeing what s wrong with the vehicle and giving quotes but providing the actual service/parts, they fail. Basically give you a big run around and can t follow through with the services they say you need.

Scheduled an oil change for the next day and then ended up with flat (from a nail) but when I went to appt, Logan was great and they plugged the tire at the same time as my oil change! They also took a look at my moms tires. She had a blown out tire and only a donut to drive home in because she has bigger tires and no one had them in stock for same day. They made sure everything was safe for her drive. Thank you guys so much!

Went to the Orangeburg location with a hoopdie I recently picked up needing a bit of TLC; and found out it's maintenance was far than up to par. Nathan and Craig truly overhauled the brakes at an exceptional price! I would recommend them to anyone! A truly positive and uplifting experience to what I thought would be a financial nightmare! 100 s!

I've never had a complaint until today... No tv... It's always good to have especially when they're busier than usual... I always get great customer service... Never had an issue with the guys at all nor services rendered... Respectful and knowledgeable... But this No tv... not going to work... It keeps you occupied even if you don't watch TV at home... Sitting in the lobby bored... Please replace the TV for the customers sake... Awesome Experience once again with great customer service...

Thank you for your assistance! I arrived early (first customer) and stated that the tire needed to be checked for a slow leak. I also mentioned that I had to attend a meeting in the Upstate. Tirechoice was able to fit me in first and repair the tire right away without any delays. I am so appreciative of their efforts to help me arrive on time for my meeting. Thank you again!

Every time I bring my car for an oil change a new light appears on the dash board . Then the tech broke my tire sensor and threw it at me and told me it was my job to replace it. Very unprofessional and I will no longer return. If I could give -0 stars I definitely would.

I live in Atlanta and while driving home, I had a flat. I pulled into Tire Choice just as they were about to close. They were very accommodating and stayed later just to fix my tire. They went above and beyond. Customer service at the highest. Thank you very much for serving our needs.

I visited this location yesterday and worked with Bryan Warner and Noah. They were both so awesome! Bryan was my service advisor and provided outstanding communication and customer service! Noah was my tech and he displayed a great attitude! I strongly recommend both of these individuals and Tread Quarters to others.

Found out we had a bad tire halfway between North Augusta and Charleston, and it was in too bad condition to continue driving on. We called Caleb at Tire Choice and he had the right size in-stock. We dropped it off at the store and 30 minutes later, we were on our way to the beach with a new Goodyear. Caleb gave great customer service over the phone and in person, and despite being obviously busy, managed to service our van in less than an hour with a quality tire at a reasonable price, and on short notice.

My experience is always amazing here! Manager Bryan Warner has to be the most helpful man on earth. Super nice man! Always works with me to give me the best and most honest opinions and prices. I Dont trust anyone else to touch my vehicle other than them because of the service and help that this man provides! Highly recommended!!

I work long hours and really appreciate it when I call and they are able to squeeze me in. Keith and his staff even stayed late to do a little extra work my aging car needed. I never expect to be in and out in 20 minutes, (I work for a doctor, and it's the same with us), especially at the end of the day, but the staff is always pleasant and the waiting room comfortable. I get caught up on emails or wander over to Lowe's while I'm waiting. Great location and quality service!

My mom lives about a hour away from me and had a problem with her car. She had a dead battery and needed 2 tires. I saw that they were close to her and had great reviews. Joe was very helpful and took care of her quickly and professionally. As I couldn't be there to help, I appreciate that he understood and handled everything for me. She'll be back in the future for her next oil change and any other issue if it arises. Glad to know there is someplace that I know will take care of her. Thanks again Joe for the help

Anywhere I get great customer service I give a fair review. The professionalism and prompt service is outstanding. The staff and the manger Keith was extremely helpful and friendly. Keith thoroughly explained the differences in the oil prices and process. I highly recommend this location for your automotive needs.

The manager, Bryan Warner, is hands down the best at both making sure your vehicle is in great shape and making sure you receive fantastic customer service. You never have to worry about being pushed something unnecessary for your car, and you can always trust that the service you agreed to is the service you receive. Bryan has passed down his way of doing things to his technicians, and they do a great job as well. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience here! I came in last minute with a couple repairs they were able to fix everything that needed to be fixed, and I even asked if Bryan who s at the front desk to show me how to put on windshield wipers so I can do them myself next time. He even stayed later than everyone else to check my fuses for my break light! His customer service is amazing. While in the waiting room I saw him express great customer service to other customers. He is amazing! If you ever go talk to Bryan he will make sure everything is taken care of even on busy days!

Went here after checking with another shop nearby who didn't seem to want my money. Was very pleased with the service, Bryan Warner and Noah helped me out and did an outstanding job. Will definitely be back. Knowledgable, polite and reasonably priced, these guys are great and deserve 10 stars.

Called this location while waiting for service at another company. I was received with such pleasantness and professionalism over the phone that left where I was and drove over to Tread Quarters. This is a holiday so staffing is down, but Bryan Warner and his team delivered the service my car needed, in a timely manner! I'm very pleased with not only how I was treated with great customer service but also the work performed on my car - wonderful! Keep up the great work and please don't ever lose that welcoming customer service, which btw, seems to be on it's way to becoming a lost art :-(

They did not tighten the jam nuts on my tie rod and now my tires are ruined. They would not pay for a new set of tires either. Never going back

The crew did an excellent job, got my car back on the road same day, no issues. The manager Bryan Warner is very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend to others and will frequent this business for my auto repairs.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the service given to me by the gentlemen who serviced my Benz on 10/23/2020: Derrick and Joe were AWESOME! The other gentleman were as well. Couldn't have asked for a better crew to service my car! Will definitely return for them to assist me and my vehicles!

Nathan, Jerome and Draven were great. Customer service is excellent as a woman they bought so such to my attention in regards to my vehicle. Obviously safety is important to these guys. Thanks for the awesome service guys! I will be back! And thanks for the discounts!

The staff was very friendly! Nice people there and very professional. We needed two tires on a Sunday and they were open! They did it so fast that I had them put two more tires on. Their prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Tire Choice Auto Service!

I really like the Tread Quarters Discount Tire shop. The prices are fair. Waiting lobby is clean and large in space. All of the employees are really nice. Keith, the Service Manager provides wonderful consumer services and advocates for all consumers. I will definitely be returning for all my tire needs.

Came in tonight at (past) closing time with tire light on and losing air, 10 hrs into a 12 hr drive home. Bryan was gracious enough to look at my tire and found a large screw. He spent his own time to repair my tire and get this mom and kids home safely! I am beyond grateful and highly recommend going to see him. His actions tonight speak volumes to the type of person and employee he is. Incredibly thankful we found him!

On our way down to Florida, we got a flat tire. Luckily, Tire Choice was open on Sunday! I called, they said they could get us in right away. We arrived 30 minutes later. They patched up our tire right away! It was the smoothest process I ve ever had with a car issue. The employees were all so nice and friendly. Thank you Tire choice!!
