We re passing through on our way from FL to PA. We stopped here when we noticed a flapping noise coming from under the hood that seemed directly relative to the speed we were driving. Stopped in for help, got absolutely none. Lots of shrugged shoulders, and were pointed to screws and screwdrivers when my husband thought perhaps it was a loose windshield. Washer container. Advance auto parts usually comes out and takes a look for us, and sometimes even helps with some minor repairs, but their computers were down. Got absolutely zilch from O Reillys, not even some suggestions.

Most of the people that work in this location are awesome great help. Others would rather stand behind the counter and watch you search for an item for hours than to ask if you need any help. The only reason for 3 stars is because the manager needs to do a better job of training employees in customer service or get rid of the dead weight that refuses to give good customer service.

Most of the time the people there except for the managers are kind of short like I'm bothering them. They've been out of stock things just not real happy with the place

I was having trouble with my truck cranking so I went to get my battery checked expecting to have someone try to sell me a battery whether I needed it or not. Ramoni came outside and checked my battery alternator and starter. Everything checked out good. No pressure to buy anything. An exceptionally friendly and professional person. Oreileys and the world needs more like her. Thank you Ramoni

Ordered a part two days ago. Was told to come to the store around 9:45. When I got there the female was rude and on a personal call so I had to wait when she final finished her call she stated I had wait. Then she was unable to find the part but had one. In the back for 30 more dollars plus. Tax I said It should be the same price as the other one . She said you want it or not. . I will never go back there again

Was able to get my son's ac fixed this weekend thank goodness. Went to the usual first 2 auto part stores and they either didn't have it in stock or didn't have a clue as to what we needed. Thank you O'Reillys for having that part in stock and a good price for it too

This was based on my last visit, the female employee was obnoxious and refused to refund my money for a battery less than 2 months old. Told me I had to drive across town to the other store where I bought it from. I won't support them anymore. Horrible attitude! Then expected me to apologize to her because I said it was b.s. that they were owned by the same people. I didn't expect her to act the way she did..very unprofessional.

Truly 5/5 service. We were on a 9 hour road trip and our battery started smoking around hour 6 - these guys were the closest shop to us at the time and told us to come on in, that they would do whatever they needed to help us. They got us in and out of there with a new battery in no time at all. And they did it all with a smile!! They were so helpful and kind. They made a frustrating situation easy and worry free. Thank you all so much!!

The lady working there is the nastiest acting person I believe Oriley's employees. Refused to give me money back even with receipt and told me I needed the box to return a core.

Average Orangeburg, they won't let you use the restroom anymore. Been shopping here for years. Time for me to find a new parts store.

the staff is like watching monkeys use tools for the first time.never have what you need.have little or no knowledge. staff was sitting on the counter just hanging out like it was no big deal....wow is all i can say...wow

They don't need anybody just working at the desk. Was not friendly, I walked in asking about an item and the young with an attitude reply well what happen to it then the man at the desk wasn't very helpful.. I never had a bad experience till today.

They have rude customer service when I told the lady what kind of car I have, she kept asking what type and I didn't understand her question so she got angry and started getting an attitude with me so I said never mind and I just left. That no way to treat a customer you don't let your feelings show at work when you get frustrated apparently I didn't know what she was talking about a better way to handle the situation was to say hey just point me to your car and see what type it is. BASICALLY IF YOU DON'T KNOW ALL THE ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS DON'T GO THERE. They won't help you and they will get an attitude with you for not knowing.

Every time that I go in there I get acknowledged right away with a smile and usually the part I need is in stock and if they don't have it they get it for me as soon as possible. Great store to deal with!!!!
