My experience with McDaniels Ford in Orangeburg was more than a Blessing!! I went to several car lots prior to driving onto McDaniels lot, with no satisfaction. I was either ignored or given the run around with what I was looking for. At McDaniels Ford a sales representative, Mrs Chloe, actually walked up to me ( in the blazing heat) and asked me could she assist me. That alone was worth everything to me. I was listened to, treated like a person that was fixing to spend my money. With knowledge and professionalism Mrs.Chloe, her managers, and the financial team found me my awesome vehicle. To this day, I'm forever grateful for how the TEAM at McDaniels Ford worked endlessly to satisfy me as a customer. Take my word and take a trip to Orangeburg SC . McDaniels Ford will not disappoint!! Ask for Chloe, she's phenomenal.

I scheduled an appointment for 12/18/23 for a track bar ball joint and an alignment. It is now the end of the day on 12/26/23 and my vehicle hasn't even been touched. I understand falling behind. The problem is when you schedule an appointment and state exactly what needs to be done a normal customer would assume that a 1-2 hour job would be completed on the appointment date. I have reached out everyday for the status of my truck only to get the same response. I have called today to speak to a manager and never received a call back. I have been coming out of pocket for a week now to get to and from work because my vehicle has not been completed. This is absolutely outrageous. If the work couldn't be done on the appointment date the appointment should not have been set. At the very least the customer should be aware that the work is going to take over a week to complete. Had I known the work was going to take this long I would have had the part ordered ahead like it should have been already. I would have confirmed the part was at the dealership and then I would have confirmed a day they could actually start working on my truck. This way I could have continued to drive my truck and not lose out on the amount of money I have lost out on. This is the only time I have dealt with a situation like this where the dealership hasn't even reached out to tell me they are backed up and to offer a loaner. Instead I am expected to wait until they decide they are able to complete the job. When my truck is complete. I will not return for any future work and I will not purchase any future vehicles from this dealership. On the brighter side to this the staff is very respectful they are trying to do what they can I guess. A better plan needs to be implemented going forward.

I've been calling around for a specific part for my vehicle, and Sabrina in parts was on the job. She was very helpful and made sure it was the right and correct part for my engine. She went up and beyond in my eyes and very appreciative of what she did for me. Great customer service and now I'm getting all of my parts through this dealership. Thanks again Sabrina. I was told the pre-ownedvehicle had a diagnostictest completed, which wasa LIE. McDaniels do a pre-owned assessment whichis different from acomputer diagnostic test.Buyer beware of the salesprofessional wordingThe salesman & managerwere professional but justbeware of what is saidbecause it might not be thetruth.

This place could be just a little bit more professional....got there today to pick up my car from an oil change and tire rotation and didn't find out that I had a nail in the tire until I read it on their notes ...not mine but theirs...it would be appreciated if you would inform me of issues with my vehicle....

Eddie Brown & Randy Creech at McDaniels Ford were great to deal with. No pressure to buy but willing to work with me on the cost of the truck I wanted to buy. They honestly went the extra mile to help us out any way they could. We had a wonderful experience with them.
