The staff at Mavis in Orangeburg SC was AMAZING! They got me in quickly and took care of my issue right away. They even helped me save some money by diagnosing the correct issue the first time! I ended up getting more done than expected. I will be back!

I was traveling with my teenage daughters 622 miles and about 1/3 of the way my low-tire pressure light came on. I stopped and added air to two tires, they were low but not flat, I thought all was good, but about 20 minutes later my pressure light came on again. I did the wrong thing and continued to drive another 3 hours. The next gas stop I made, I was still another 3 hours 200+ miles from home and not only was my right front tire nearly (but not totally) flat, but it had a huge goose egg. I knew that wasn't safe, and I needed to get a new tire before going much further. I bought a can of fix-a-flat (pro tip, keep a can in your trunk because that can was $20 at the gas station) and googled "new tires near me". The first place to pop up was this Mavis, and not only was the gentleman super-friendly over the phone, but they were waiting for me when I arrived and were able to get started right away. (It was not busy on this Sunday afternoon, we were the only customers at the time.) They advised replacing a second tire, which I did, at a price that was more reasonable than I expected. They had us on our way in about an hour. Very stressful time for me but these guys were so nice and helpful. This is a long story, but they deserved their 5 stars!

I visited here while on an errands from Summerville. On the way, my tire pressure light came on and I came to Mavis to fill up my tires and make sure my car was alright for the drive home. They greeted me with a smile and wonderful quick and happy service. Thank you to everyone here for making me feel safe!

Steve, Courtney and Leslie were amazing! My car needed brakes and a few other issues corrected and the team was able to get me back on the road in a little under 3 hours. Amazing customer service and hospitality! Thanks again!

The Orangeburg location was amazing. They had my size tire in stock, confirmed it on the phone before I came in, and had me back out the door within an hour of my initial call. They were professional, courteous, and fast. I will always recommend them. Thank you so much!

Courtney was very helpful. Despite not having the tire for my car he was concerned enough not to see me stranded and offered to locate the tire I needed to get me home safely.Very much appreciated, that s the kind of humanity we need to spread around.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Had a stressful tire blowout and they got me in right away. They were so kind and compassionate. As a single woman it s always stressful having car repairs. I moved here recently and it s lovely to find a place where you feel confident in their ethics and knowledge. I ll be back!

These last few weeks has been a TEST with my car but God never fails us. EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR reason. God allow things to happen so our life can continue to follow his plans and his connection.I just thank God for Wayne from Mavis in Orangeburg. He has really shown me that there are people like me who still exist!!!!Thanks again. I truly appreciate your EXCELLENT customer service which is such a rarity now days! Thanks to everyone there!!!

To my amazement Mavis personnel immediately addressed my issue when I pulled into the store's parking lot after an icon unexpectedly popped up indicating "tire maintenance" was required on my car. Service with a smile. I will return for other needed service.

Mr. Mavis was such a pleasant and surprising delight to take the time to personally drive my SUV into an empty bay, check all of my tires, and bring the air pressures to the specified levels. Such a pleasant atmosphere in the lobby and the bay areas. Thank you so much for your warmth and kindness to me and my family!

Service was great in a tough situation. Tire was busted on 95. They were able to help me get tire replaced in a quick manner so I could continue my trip! Highly recommend the group in Orangeburg.

Got a flat tire on a road trip and Mavis Orangeburg was able to accommodate us immediately. Given that it was New Year s Eve, I was expecting to wait for a long time. They were extremely friendly and really saved us in a pinch. Great experience!

I was a customer of this establishment years ago and had a bad experience management. I was told by someone that there was a new manager running the store and I should give them another try. I went in and met Steve who is the current manager. Steve was very helpful and courteous. Helps work is impeccable and you can tell he cares about his customers. This young man definitely earned my business from here on out. Thank you Steve. I recommend anyone to go see him

I m giving this place five stars. They have great customer service. Steve helped out a lot more than I can say for any other spot.. Also the team does a fantastic job at what they do. They get it done and in a timely manner, so I highly recommend coming here for car service.

Came in on a Sunday needing tires. Steve the store manager helped me out with choosing the right ones for my needs and also took the time to show me some things that my vehicle needed to have done as well. Overall I'm very satisfied with the customer service and professionalism shown by Steve. He went above and beyond what most would do. I will definitely be back to have all my vehicles serviced here as long as he's around. Mavis make sure you keep this man here

Had to stop in Mavis last minute on a road trip due to a tire losing air. Avis was able to get me in immediately and took care of the issues and got me back on the road in no time! The staff were friendly and personable also! Great experience for what i needed!

Traveling home and my tire went almost flat!!! The staff here were extremely helpful and got me in and out quickly!!! Repaired the tire within 30 minutes and had no issues!!! Couldn't recommend this place enough!!!
