Well they are a family business fied with brothers. They are normally very busy and don't allow you to bring your vehicle after a certain time.. they will try their best to fix your vehicleBut sometimes the issues still there..I believe they are closing down now.

Went to Don's electric to fix my power window which only went up half way. Turned out to be the glass was off track. He took door panel off, put glass on track , put panel back on and charged me $90.00 which I believe is a rip off. I could see $20 or $30 dollars, but $90.00? I'll never go their again. I am a 69 year old woman on a fixed income. Shame on these people.Sandy Mair

Will never take a vehicle here again. Took my car there to have the skip fixed, told them everything I had done and replaced. Specified which cylinders were skipping. After a week of having it, they replaced the same part I replaced and charged me $200. Paid for the repair before they closed and made arrangements to pick it up after they closed. As soon as I put it in gear, it was obvious the skip was not fixed. Took it back this afternoon and gave them the opportunity to make it right. They gave me the run around and said they didn't know what it could be and did not offer to return any of the money. I have never seen such poor customer service and repair work. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau.

Nice friendly people who really knows their stuff when it comes to automobiles. Will take time to discuss the issue that you are having and the best solution in solving the issue.and they don't try to break the bank. I highly recommend them

Came off a bit rude. I drop by to ask if my car window could be checked on my visit 6/2. No we backed up til next week. REMEMBER IT'S NOT WHAT YOU SAY , BUT HOW YOU SAY IT.

Do not go here they have terrible service. I had my valve cover gasket replaced by them and a couple months later my check oil light wouldn't stop coming on. I took it back to have them fix it and turns out that they did not align the cover properly so they charged me to fix their own mistake. The lady claimed that they have a 3 months replacement policy yet nothing was replaced. Take your stuff somewhere else.

I took my radiator in and they told me that they could get right on it. After 2 day I started calling them to ask the status, they told me that they were working on it. After calling multiple times over the next few days, I told the that I needed to know when I could get my radiator back. We went to the shop after the 6th day and the gave it back to me and said that there was nothing that they could do. If they would have been straight with me in the first place I could have just purchased another radiator and went back to work.

There too busy and very hard to get on phone to get vehicle updates. Had car 5 days and didn't even get to it. I just took to the dealer. First and last time will go there. Only gave them 2 stars for fact that they were friendly

Son had work on the truck there, took 3 weeks! When he went to pick it up the first time he got in it to leave and all the lights were still on that he had asked them to fix. Had to leave it again , not even sure what they supposedly fixed the first time.

When it comes to rebuilding or buying alternators or starters I recommend and stand behind Don's Electric. They always have done quality work for me with reasonable prices.

Terrible customer service. Also, expect to get charged way to much for "diagnosis" of the problem...which was Wrong! I was told they couldn't fix the problem and it had to be taken to a dealer, which was also wrong. Take your stuff to Williams. A little high but they get it done Right!

Terrible place to do business with. Take your car elsewhere. They said they "fixed the problem" yet a week later the same problem came up again
