I usually don t do this type of review but I was very disappointed with Classic Collision. I took my car to be repaired and gave my car key with my remote start. Got my car key back but no remote start. I asked about it and was told they weren t responsible for it and I should have taken it off but they would let me know if they find it. I called several days about it and asked to speak to a manager or the owner. I was told the manager wasn t in and she would have the manager call me back. I never received that call not even an apology. Classic Collision knew they were wrong. I will never bring my car for repairs or recommend them for anything. I wish I read the other bad reviews before trusting them with my property.

Owner was very kind. Looked at my truck that had a bent in frame, said he couldn't fix it himself and drove me to a guy who could. 10/10

Great collision repair center! Staff consistently provided updates and the repairs were completed before their estimated completion date. Rental vehicle can be dropped off with the front office when you pickup your car. Strongly recommend!

Thank you for fixing my car due to deer collision. I really appreciate how they responded and updated about the progress of the repair every 3days. They also finished my car a week earlier from the estimated date and that was undeniably incredible. The only things that I want you to improve are email replies and having empathy towards phone calls. But it is a 5 star for me. I will update you here after months on how the repairs will go. Thank you again CC!

I usually don t do reviews, but for this service I am. I took my car here a few months ago for a body repair from a accident. I got my car back and everything look good on the outside, but the inside was different. The radio did not work at all when I got it. I took it back and they didn t do nothing about it. They said they didn t know what was wrong and didn t even help me to see what else I could do. I finally took it to my dealership and they found that they just shoved the wires wherever. Just to make it more clear, I got hit on the drivers backside door. Like why was my wires even messed with. Not only that, but a few of my things were taken from my car as well. I will not be taking my car back here again. I just wanted to post to warn others about this. Be careful.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

To understand why Im giving them the rating. Isnt the quality of work. However i called them to see see if they would instal a simple body kit. Thats already painted no bidy work. Other then small stuff. People on ebay do it them selves. In there garage. I just want a professional shop to do it. So i called and asked. They only do insurance work. Id pay straight cash. Up front or pay with my debit card up front. Whatever they wouldnt even consider it. They do good work. However theres more work out there then just insurance checks they can milk for cash for extra stuff. But i cant make them do it. So Ive checked the other place in town. Ihave had my same car worked on twice. That was insurance work. Also payed a extra 500 cash for a deductible. Then on top of that payed another 450 cash for something i wamted done myself i thought needed to be fixed. Wasnt any trouble taking the money then. But they also declined the offer. Which ill be rating them next. If you follow my info. Youll catch it.

I absolutely love this place. My insurance company recommended Performance Collision to fix the body and tire damage on my car. Ms. Ashley would contact me each week just to inform me of parts being ordered and the expected date my car would be fixed. Not only was Zeus (my car) restored back to his handsome self, they also cleaned him up for me Thank you guys so much Services: Tires, Body & Trim

They were nice but when they fixed my car they didn t fix it completely. When I realized that my cars frame was still bent and the axles my tires are on are also bent, I brought it to their attention, they refused to fix it. They said it was my fault. I ended up having to pay for my car to get fixed for the second time from a dealership.

Had my car dropped off for a damaged rear quarter panel, door, side skirt on passenger side after an accident. The work done was not satisfactory. After taking forever to get the car back from the body shop, I had bring the car it back to fix what they did wrong. Even after all of that, I had to get another reputable body shop to fix what they messed down. The quarter panel they used had a couple small holes in it, but wasn't visible due to the rear trunk lid covering it when I picked it up. Lots of water would leak into my trunk on rainy days, which caused the bottom of the trunk to start rusting. The side skirt they installed wasn't flush and the paint job had some deficiencies. If you want to know what the status is on your vehicle, you have to call them every time, because they won't call you to give you updates. Poor communication with customers.

Brought my wifes Cadillac Srx in for a damaged front bumper, headlight and fender. Car returned on time, on budget and looking great. First class repair shop. Would highly recommend.

I have my vehicle service twice by Danny's and they are always professional, my truck was ready when they said it would be, they cleaned and vacuum the truck out. And their work is spot on.

This place is so terrible... So I waited after a white customer to get my hood looked at. I was told they had too much work to look at my car but didn't have too much work to look at the white gentleman's car in front of me... Not ever going back there... Seems to be a subtle hint of racism....
