Our daughter was on the way back to college in Ga. while we were out of town. She had a low tire indicator light come on, and stopped by there for them to check it. The young guy who helped her was polite, friendly, checked all the tires and topped off the air, and they did not charge her. Real customer service. Thank you so much Gibsons.

We were on our way to Charleston for a cruise when we hit a deer at 1:30am. Our insurance company was no help. Thankfully the state trooper called Gibson s. Even the trooper was going to leave us on the side of the road in the middle of no where but the tow trucker driver was awesome. He took us 30 miles out of his way to a hotel. I can not say enough about this company. They saved us. I m almost positive if there work is anything like their customer service it will be perfect. THANK YOU Gibson s for your help!!

Highly disappointed Was sold a car which now I know had fried piston rings , bad valves and bad spark plugs which led my engine to die within in 4 months of this vehicle being purchased! I know the pros and cons of purchasing a used vehicle but nowhere should an engine be giving out within 4 months! My payments are up to date . When asked for some/full refund I was told no and was told I'm looking at $2500 to $3000 for a new engine that I would have to pay out of pocket .. I can't speak for everyone but my experience was bad and I will be seeking a lawyer to get reimbursed with something!

Got two cars from them. We were late a few times because I got sick with Grave's Disease shortly afterwards. However, we did pay. I had a ten day period where the insurance coverage lapsed on my cars due to hospitalization. I rectified the situation within the time frame I was given and all. They took both cars anyway. I had the insurance and car payments, they wanted $3000 for each car. They also place GPS trackers on their vehicles but do not disclose this to customers which is a practice they can be sued for.The manager and assistant have very nasty attitudes. I tried to speak with the owner about the situation and they did not relay my messages or tell the man I called. I don't recommend them and will not use them again for my vehicle needs Even large dealerships don't put you through that kind of mess.Good riddance to shady dealers in my opinion.

I took my car to get looked at and it fell apart while the mechanic was trying to fix the serpentine belt. I have been trying to get in contact with Mr. Gibson his self but I keep getting told to leave a message without a call back. I have been making my payments on time and I don't think it's fair that I have to be without or car and have to come out the pocket hundreds of dollars when I haven't had the car for a full year. The mechanic said that whoever fixed on the car before I purchased it put the wrong bolt in the car which cause the belt and timing cover to tear up.

Wow so didn't know this place was even here. First off the people in the front desk are very nice and friendly. The only problem I had was that when I was told to take my car over to the work shop everyone was busy so I had to wait for 25 minutes, other than that super place.

I've purchased 2 Cadillac Escalades from these crooks & have had to have both transmissions rebuilt in both in a one year time span. Now, real time 11/2016 I'm having transmission issues AGAIN in my 2004 Cadillac Escalade. These crooks are stating I'm out of warranty & possibly will be having transmission work done once again. Who has multiple transmission issues like this. I'm seeking an attorney.

Well it's very hot outside I walked the car lot looking at several truck's I was interested in and no one sales person came out to greet or offer me any assistance so after 15 minutes I left. Carrying my business elsewhere.

Motor went out at 5 months asked could I get a trade in at the same price was told no and that I would have to pay 2,500 for a new motor . When I went to get my stuff out the car all my stuff was missing
