Greg was absolutely amazing! My car broke down in Orangeburg, almost 100 miles from home, and this company was dispatched by roadside assistance for a tow. Greg came out in the pouring rain, hooked the car up, and took it to the closest mechanic. Once we realized that shop was unsafe, he followed us to another shop that unfortunately couldn't assist. He then volunteered to hold on to my car overnight to ensure it's safe keeping until the next day when he was willing to deliver it the 100 miles back home. In less than 3 hours of reaching out the next day with the address of my local mechanic he had my car there for 1/3 of the price that my roadside assistance quoted me. He was polite, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help me out of a very sticky situation. Thanks so much, Greg!

Would absolutely recommend this company! Got a flat tire after hitting a pothole on 26 and had to wait for a tow through my insurance company. Ultimate Auto responded and I m so thankful they did. They called and updated me on time frame which I appreciated. This man took me to 3 tire stores (first of which had been torn down ), made 2 phone calls for me and stuck around at the 3rd tire store to make sure I was good. I so appreciated the patience and kindness of this man when I was far away from home and had no idea where I was.

OMGoodness - The correct tools in the right hands! Everything about our experience w/ Greg @ Ultimate Auto & Diesel Repair was positive!! After being stuck at a gas station overnite trying to be bilked by a less than honest mobile RV mechanic, we were happy w/ Ultimate from our 1st phone conversation. By the time our 35 ft. motorhome was towed to them it was dark. Greg met us at the entrance of the repair property to guide us in safely. He ran a computer diagnosis on the spot despite the late hour, which the previous mechanic would / could not do despite our repeated requests, knowing it was what we needed. Thus Greg knew immediately what our problem was & then allowed us & our cats to boondock on site overnite. He ordered our repair part 1st thing the next morning, which we were luckily able to pick up at a discount cost to compensate for our gas & time, while Greg was otherwise working on our rig. He had zero problems coordinating his services w/ our extended warranty company & once the new part was installed, had us fixed quickly. On top of all this, his labor prices were competitive, but affordable, & there were no hidden fees or surprises. Being a family operation, Greg's wife facilitated the electronic billing just as quickly & we were able to drive away by early afternoon. Not a small feat in this post-pandemic world of over-extended businesses w/ too few workers & unavailable parts. Definitely a 5 star review for Knowledgeability, Competency, Caring, Communication, & Fairness! Thank you!!

Gregory went above and beyond to help with all repairs. I arrived to get repairs done and left with a friendship. Very satisfied.
