Got a flat tire in Walmart's parking lot. Called 3 times, put on hold and hung up on. Couldn't drive car to see if they had a tire for my car. Will never attempt to give them business again. Towed by AAA. Walmart needs to learn customer service in general. Not even any shopping carts to be had. Greeter sitting in a chair doing nothing, not even greeting anyone!

Tried to buy 4 tires, only had 3 so they told me they would be in next week. Next week, no tires, try again next week. Goes on for two months, just horrible service, and when you call, it takes about ten tries to get through. When they do answer the phone, it s a yeah. This I guess is why there stock keeps dropping, bad customer service. Reflection of the managers there.

Don t trust this place with your vehicle. First got an oil change on one occasion and they for some reason unplugged my engines air intake tube causing it to stutter and violently shake. Don t know what that would have done. More recently I got all four tires replaced and unbeknownst to me, they apparently didn t tighten the lug nuts properly. I know this because I am currently sitting in a gas station parking lot after the tire almost snapped off the housing on the rotor while I was driving. I m two hours away from my hotel in the middle of no where and there s literally no one to repair it because it memorial day weekend and tow will cost about 1000 dollars. They literally could have killed me. Im now totaling several thousand in out of pocket cost, never mind almost killing me, and they refuse to reimburse me. They didn t even say sorry.

I made an appointment at this Walmart Service Center on June 10, 2023 for an oil change and was supposed to get four new tires all at the same time. The appointment was for today on June 16 at 11A. I was assured the tires would be in stock by today because when the appointment was made , there was only two in stock. The truck always runs on Wednesday or Thursday. Or so I was told! When I got to the service center today at 11A , I was checked in by a nice guy(unknown name). I was told the tires had not arrived at that time. I was disappointed, but I just told him to do the oil change since I was already there. I understand that things happen and run late at times. He took my number and was going to contact me when the vehicle was ready. After two hours and forty five minutes(1:45), I walk to the back and see my vehicle sitting in the spot where I parked it in the service lane. It had not even been looked at, but the other vehicles in front of mine when I arrived were already being serviced! I had an appointment!!! What is the point of an appointment? WTH???? I took half a day off of work to get the vehicle there at 11 and waited around all that time for nothing. Two hours and fifty minutes later I was telling the lady at the checkout counter to give me my key back and I left. I told her that was unacceptable and pathetic! She said Sorry about that! . Really???? I called back and this person who was supposedly the manager came on the phone and said he was new and unfamiliar with operations. He was useless and clueless!!!! He said he was sorry and hoped that I would come back to use them again. I bet he does! Never happening as gain! Half day off work, no oil change and no tires! Also , no justification or any reimbursement to hopefully bring you back. I gave one star because I could not give zero stars!!!! That service center SUCKS!!!!!! On the bright side, I had time to spend $300 inside the store on things I actually needed. Thanks for everything Walmart!!!!!!Service: Oil change

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. don't waste your time, ITS NOT WORTH IT. when I bought tires 4 months ago, I had an appt set up for 5 pm. My car wasn't lifted up until 7......they were not busy. I was there for over 3 hours and had an appt. Just called to get an oil change scheduled, only to talk w 8 people over a 26 min period w no one able to help or get a manager. I finally got automotive at min 27 only to be told no appts for oil changes, theyvare 1st come 1 st served. WHAT A JOKE

Got 4 new tires about 2 weeks ago. The guy at the register who looked up my tires, etc. was super nice. Price was good, done in a timely matter, and things went smoothly. The reason I gave 4 stars is because when I went to get my oil changed and oil leak fixed a week later (different place,) the mechanic noticed I needed brakes and rotors. They actually showed me the grooves in the rotors. I can t help but wonder how the person who put on my tires didn t notice. If he did notice, why didn t he tell me I barely had any back brakes left?

1. This team is wonderful. 2. They know what customer service is. 3. I would drive right by the closest Walmart Auto Care center in Coastal Grand to go to this one.My Grandmother needed a car battery and the team at this auto care center is by far the best I've ever encountered at a Walmart Auto Center. Hopefully a manager reads this and recognition is involved. All the other auto centers could learn a thing or two from this team.(I'm from out of town and I would even say the RVA/NOVA teams could learn something from them too!)Service: Auto battery replacement

Doesn t deserve a one star. Went in for an oil change and there was a 2hr wait which was fine. But when they got to my car they did not vacuum the inside, they left an oil bottle on the floor board of my car on the passenger side, there is an odor in my car now, my computer in my car says 18% oil life left after I just had it changed or did they really change my oil. The employees locked the door before they were finished with my car and told me to walk to the garden center to get to the back of the building to get my car. I told them I was a female by myself and didn t feel safe walking at night around the building to get to my car and they didn t care. I am completely disappointed in the customer service I received and will never use any Walmart auto service ever again. Called and spoke to Dave and he rushed me off the phone before I could finish telling him what happened. This was the North Myrtle Beach, SC Walmart in the Gator Hole Plaza.

We had flat while on vacation and they took very good care of us. Would recommend and price was a blessing. Very, very thankful from two Grandma's taking grandchildren to beach with no men along. Helped make a bad situation not so bad after all!!!

The staff was slow as molasses with no sense of urgency. They were also rude obnoxious and not very helpful. All I wanted was an all oil change which took an hour and twenty minutes.

Went on for oil change, guy entering data on car ahead, 2 other vehicles pull into line on the side, guy enters them before us, because they said "they" were ahead, guy says he's really sorry, but have to do them in the order entered, talked to Service area Mgr, and he says it's first come first serve. The Mgr was obviously to busy to check anything out, we all know Walmart has cameras everywhere. I guess customer service is too much of a hassle.

Sat for 3 hours and then they told me they couldn't get the lug nuts off the tire I wanted changed.Terrible service. I would try somewhere else if I was you.
