The employees at this store, Shawn, Aiden, and Bill, were an amazing help. We had alternator problems and are from out of town, here for a work party, and they went above and beyond to help us in any way, shape, or form they could. Highly recommend these guys!

Shawn is one awesome dude. He is always friendly and eager to lend a hand when I venture in for my auto care needs. His continuous positive attitude, permanent smile and friendly sense of humor make you feel extremely welcome when shopping around. If you have auto mechanic needs, Shawn will always be quick to point you in the right direction. All in all he is a stand up dude with the best customer service I've come across in a long time. My husband and I were going to Mrytle Beach for vacation from Michigan. On our way we experienced car trouble. We made it Mrytle Beach and the first thing on our agenda was to take our car to a dealership. On our way to the dealership we stopped at OReilly s for a diagnostic test. Chris was our customer representative. He took the time to check the coil and change the spark plug that was causing the car to misfire.Thank you Chris! OReilly, this is greatest asset every company should have. Again thank you Chris for letting us continue to enjoy our vacation. God bless you!

On vacation staying in cherry grove and my moms car battery was dead. So I called and spoke to Shawn/Sean who was very helpful on the phone, sent my mom to his store. He was so polite and installed my moms new battery out in this hot weather no complaints. Great customer service! We truly appreciate it and definitely recommend their business.

My husband's truck battery died, he called O'Reilly on Hwy 17 North Myrtle Beach, he asked if they would bring him a battery since he had no other way to get there and they did. He said everyone was super nice. They had him a battery in no time. He gave a nice tip for the customer service he received.

Came in for new windshield wipers and my man Scott the manager hooked us up. Didn't even have to leave the counter. They grabbed everything and installed it. Easiest encounter at an autoparts store in my life.

My car had difficulty starting in the morning in the cold, but started okay when the weather was warmer. I asked the Assistant Store Manager Michael to test my battery. He was very professional and helpful. He tested my battery and the machine said "bad battery." He also tested my starter and alternator after that, which both were fine. I feel like that is going the extra mile and it made me feel good that my car is in good condition. He changed out my car battery at no additional cost and gave me the mail in rebate I asked for. He also signed me up for the rewards program. Very polite and quick service!

We had a good man helping us. He came out checked the codes on our car. Went back inside pulled the codes up on his computer. Then called a mechanic for us just 2 blocks away and we went there. We made it back home without any problems. So thankful for God's grace and good people.

Very help and knowledgeable staff..They go the extra mile, I've seen Johnny (former store manager) As well district manager Jim changing batteries and bulbs like everyone else. Rob,jordon,and Terry have been a great help to us. We really do appreciate all that you guys do thank you. Boss man is very happy with you guys

I had a really good experience here.I needed to have a battery tested, and not only were they able to do it, but it was free -- and, because they had to first charge the battery to test it, I ended up not needing a new one at all, without having to put out a dime. Plus: the store was clean and comfortable, and the guys who helped me were friendly and prompt (for which they both received tips, since I didn't have to put out for the battery, ha ha). All in all: a very pleasing transaction.Thank you very much for your service. Keep up the good work :-)

Great Customer Service. Mike was a blessing to me and my family. Stopped at O'Reilly's to get some oil for our Chrysler T&C van. The rear hatch got stuck open and would not close. Mike told me he would be able to get it close so that we could get back to (Atlanta Area) Decatur, GA. He took the time to look up some info online at AllData for us and was able to get the hatch closed for us. He told me right from the start that he would be able to get closed, without a doubt. Evidently he realigned the gears when he tweaked them with a screwdriver, because the hatch is working like nothing was wrong with it. I called back to the store when we got home to tell Mike thank you again for the patient help he gave. What a Godsend he was for us. Thanks again!Pastor Gary E. Jordan

Highly recommend this place. A young man by the name of Cody was very friendly, knowledgeable, swapped out my battery in minutes on my 2017 Yukon xl. Advanced Auto had told me that they couldn t do it and required professional installation but Cody had my new battery Installed in minutes. Ask for Cody if you need help. I am sure the other employees are good too but I can only speak for Cody

Just want to thank the team at O'Reilly store at 1807 Highway 17 in North Myrtle beach S.C. Well trained, and very customer focused. Iwas on vacation and had car troubles. Colby G checked out the issues and replaced the battery with the best battery they had . Installed the battery in no time and I was on my way . The best experience I had ever had at a auto part store. A new customer for life. Job well done.

After leaving work in Barefoot Landing my Wife needied a jump start for her 2015 Jeep Wrangler. We drove it to the closest Auto Parts Store, which was O'Reilly Auto Parts (About 1 mile). We were met at the counter by "Hunter", who was very cordial and professional. We explained what had happened, and he immediately offered to come out to test the battery. The test showed a bad battery. Hunter looked up to see what we needed for a comparable Battery, and offered his help to put in the new battery. He got the tools necessary, and proceeded to remove the old one, and put in the new one for us. All while engaging in good conversation and Friendly service. Within a very short time, we were off as good as new!! Thank you, Hunter, for the great service at O'Reillys Auto in North Myrtle Beach.

Check engine light came on the day before we were to head home. They diagnosed the issue and tried to fix but had to take my van up the road. All the guys that were working their tried helping and even used materials I never paid for. They called around to get me in for a service garage. Very thankful for their help and honesty. Highly recommend!!!!!

Very disappointed with the staff at this auto parts store. My mother and grandmother came into the store with 10 minutes before they closed needing a replacement battery for their car while they were on vacation. It died the last night they were there and were due to leave the following morning at 5am. What does this store do for these two older frail ladys? "We don't change batteries this close to closing time". But we will sell you an overpriced battery and even sell you a tool kit to change it yourself. Classy, really classy. Not only did you not change the battery, but now they have a core deposit they cant get back now because there isnt a store within 3 hours of their home..... I'm glad you couldnt spare the 5 minutes to change a battery for someone in need, especially for two older women. Despicable.

Cody was helpful and with deep knowledge on my vehicle. Cody was busy with other clients so Joe kept us engaged with conversation till Cody could take a reading of the check engine light. Very hspph with the prices but more importantly the customer service

Very helpful, communicative, and knowledgeable staff! I drove from Central NC (3 hours) with no passenger headlight, during the night and wondered the whole way why I struggled to see!! Fortunately, after stopping by NAPA, only to discover it was closed, O'Reillys was open and so very kind in helping me with my headlight!!
