Jason was able to get everything taken care of in a timely manner and even helped me save some money. He was clearly knowledgeable and encouraged me to do some things during this visit as well as different things on my next visit rather than pushing a ton on me all at once and expecting me to pay a bunch of money for unnecessary expenses. I really appreciate the service I received!

This was a high pressure experience where I was made to feel like an idiot for not taking any recommendations for additional services. Quick in and out, which was appreciated, but $105 for an oil change? That dealer only charges $95. That s my fault for not asking in advance, but not only was I made to feel like an idiot by the advisor, when I got the bill I felt like a complete idiot. Rest assur3d I won t be back and I will do everything in my power to make sure no one else goes there, either.

This Jiffy Lube is great! I can stay in my car and they do the oil change and I am ready to go! They workers are all nice and they always have a coupon for me. Great spot for an oil change!

I've used Jiffy Lube both here in NMB and in Charlotte. They have always done an excellent job for me. I have a 2017 Honda Ridgeline with 282,000 miles ... that's right ... I drive a lot ... and I've taken it to Jiffy Lube from the beginning always using synthetic oil ... they have replaced struts, timing belts and some other maintenance items ... at a much more reasonable price than the dealership offered ... I'm very satisfied with service at Jiffy Lube and would recommend them to everyone.

The service advisor pointed out that the oil change would be $49 and showed me that on the card when I went to go pay my bill the gentleman said it was $147. No one came to me and said there would a price adjustment or any reason for the change, he explained to me that I use synthetic oil and I needed two additional quarts No one told me the difference in price and the gentleman trying to collect my money was a complete jerk. I offered a compromise splitting the difference and he reduced the bill by $35 which was not that I will never ever ever go back to Jiffy Lube. you misrepresented your product your price and your employees were jerks.

This place is a scam. I went earlier to get a synthetic oil change and was charged $190. That was for two headlights changed and the oil. He told me that he would give me a coupon that would be better than I had and it ended up costing me quite a bit more. Obviously The Weeknd crew is a joke.Jason B. Was the one in charge. I got dinged over the head for sure.

I go out of my way to take my cars to THIS location. Mgr Jason Bodine provides excellent customer service as well as all his staff. In addition to the Signature Service I had my radiator flushed and coolant exchanged along with wiper blades replaced. Today my exceptional service was provided by Amanda H, Gavin J, Bradley W, and Michael C along with Jason who made sure I was completely satisfied with everything before I drove out of the bay. Ok, I finally received a gift card from Jiffy Lube and an apology. I believe in second chances so I m updating this review to 4 and I hope it s better next time. If not then I ll update it again.I went in for a simple oil change. They said I needed new wipers (untrue) and a new air filter. I okayed the air filter bc I didn t know for certain about the need for it. They didn t reconnect the air hose and my car made it home, but wouldn t run properly and broke down the next morning. Luckily I checked before getting it towed and I saw the problem. They also were in so much of a rush the gave me the wrong discount. I specifically asked for either a coupon discount or a veteran discount. They applied the worst option. Also they were very expensive. I don t recommend the NMB location.I have been contacted by a representative and I am impressed by the prompt response. I will update this review pending any resolution, but I appreciate the prompt reply.

My husband took my car there for an oil change. The car had never leaked and when he took it back they said it was something we did. HORRIBLE customer service. Go to Valvoline - friendly helpful and honest

Great team! Thanks for everything! I came in for an oil change and they also was able to repair my air filter box so I can finally change the filter, AND they discovered my serpentine belt needed replaced. I leave tomorrow back to Colorado and they made sure my car was safe!Oh yeah...they do more than oil changes! Tires too!

They said they rotated my tires. I had them marked and they did not have the boats to take off the lug nuts. But ended up charging me. Got rear end breaks. My car now rattles when I come to a stop. A lot of fast talkers trying to upset. But not good mechanics.

Horrible customer service, they will NOT perform the best oil change for your vehicle. They are careless and unprofessional. My vehicle was serviced for an oil change, we brought it back a few days later as now it began leaking oil. We showed the staff our receipt and we were informed it s not their responsibility to fix the issue. The manager was very arrogant and rude.

Bait and Switch!!! So my wife called and spoke with the Manager Mike about getting our transmission fluid drained and replaced, we went and purchased the new filter and gasket. They quoted about an hour at a price of $199. Then upon arrival the next day, we were told it was going to take three hours and cost $600. Both encounters, people were given the same information about our vehicle. This place is ripping people off. Avoid this place at all costs.

Been going here for years. Seen the change in management and techs. This time around, all new people, and awful CSR. Manager took it upon himself to apply my coupon and the wrong dollar amount without looking at what I had. Claimed I informed him of how much it was. Incorrect. I've been going their long enough to know you must present your coupon. He didn't even apply my 10% off in addition to my oil change. Did not clean my windows or top off any fluids. Didn't get the full rundown and was being pushed for upcharge services. Long time customer you have now lost and I'm sure many others will follow suit.

From the greeters, to techs to service available, the customer service and quality are unmatched. They do everything from brakes to oil changes with a mechanic on-site. The best place on the beach! I'm traveling out of town between two cities and 8 days ago, while in Myrtle Beach) we had to get all new brakes and rotors replaced, at this location. We also had some oil stuff done. After leaving and headed on our vacation I noticed that one of our brakes was smelling pretty bad. Traveling back to Tennessee over a mountain was becoming increasingly scary and my brakes were hot. My back brake completely seized. It's been 8 days and I am at another Jiffy Lube in Columbia South Carolina. They literally put my brake pad on backwards. Then they pulled the brake pad off and showed me and were astonished to see that they used the wrong brake pad.After working with a separate Jiffy Lube in Columbia, it turns out that The North Myrtle Beach location not only put the wrong brake pads on my rear brakes, but installed them backwards. This is what caused both of my brakes to seize up and got into my brand new rotors that I paid for.I did speak the MB store manager first thing this morning and he was very concerned and cordial in trying to make sure everything was taken care of. JD has been kind to work with all along, it's discouraging that the actual mechanic or tech that did the brake pad change is comfortable not checking their work.

VERY NASTY TOWARDS ME WHEN I TOLD HIM I WANTED THE CHEAPEST OIL CAUSE I DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH MONEY FOR THE HIGHER OIL MIND YOU I ALWAYS COME HERE AND THEY GIVE ME JUST WHAT I ASK FOR THE ONLY THING THAT COULD HAPPEN TO MY CAR IS THE OIL WILL NOT LAST LONG BECAUSE ITS CHEAP IM VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THEM VERYYY....HE HAD A ATTITUDE TO ONLY TELL ME IN A SNOBISH WAY OF YOUR MOTOR BLOWS IM NOT RESPONSIBLE........WILL NEVEEERRR COME BACK HERE AGAIN IF IM NOT MISTAKEN IT WAS THE GUY WITH THE MACO BLACK AND WHITE MITT HAT

I can not remember the names but the 3 employees I interacted with were great. They were very knowledgeable & spoke with me before anything else they did that wasn't the actual oil change. They cleaned my battery & set me up with what was needed for my next visit. It was the quickest oil change, tire rotation, filter change, engine & battery clean that I've ever experienced. Thank You!(My visit was on Sept. 20th around 1:30/2:00)

My bill went from 119 to 178 dollars. The salesperson wouldn't even make eye contact with me at the end. Is not jiffy lube. it is this particular location. I'm not coming back.

We were in from out of town (South Carolina), had work done on our vehicle before leaving home, heard a thumping noise and I had to call our SC Jiffy Lube to get them to help out. We had warranty on the work we just had done, and the warranty center was closed. David at the Newark location was very thorough and helpful and I really appreciate him taking the time to double and triple check that we were all set to drive back.

Arrived 11:45 , Jordan greeted us and took our vehicle information he was nice! Andrew came by a few minutes later and popped the hood and check on something with flash light. Then we pulled forward and stayed in the car while Ulysses hooked up the oil evac. Next Greg started putting the oil in the car. They changed my oil filter, oil, and replaced my windshield wipers. Guys were nice , but if you are wanting quick service not sure I would recommend this one. Left store at 12:55. But maybe it was an off day. I d probably give them another shot.
