They helped me find wheels that I liked for a car that wasn t easy to fit. Ordered the wheels and the tires and installed them within a few days. The only negative is that I had to wait a lot longer than expected beyond my appointment time for the actual installation.

Prices are not all that great but I thought the service was the reason I have bought all my tires from there. I ve never had any trouble with a tire, but I ran over a screw with only about 10,000 miles on this set, and had to put a plug in my tire to get back to the shop, it was in the direct center of the tread. They told me they could sell me a new tire because they weren t allowed to patch a tire?? So why do they patch any tires so it sounded kind of like a scam to me, I won t go back just because of that. I called three other tire stores, and they all said they would do it for under 20 bucks.

I just had a third visit to this location; one of my tires was repeatedly picking up nails. It was repaired the first two times at no cost, but after the third nail the only option was replacement. Justin and Michael both patiently listened to my concerns and an affordable solution was found. Service is always friendly and efficient. A family member sent me to this location after a similar positive experience and I will recommend as well.

Wasn't all that friendly. Didn't provide written estimates. Didn't appear all that anxious to sell me set of 4 tires. Wasn't bad but wasn't good either plus prices were higher than competitors.

Made an appointment for 9:45 for tire rotation/balance. It took more than an hour before my car was even moved into the bay.Appointments are advertised to save 30% on wait times. Ummm-NO.Should have been told wait time upfront or appointment schedule show have indicated different time availability.I love discount tire, but this was poor management of expectations.

Made an appointment a week ago and received a firm confirmation. Went to Discount Tire on the day and time.Got there to get checked and get the bigOops. We don't see your appointment.Funny, I pull out my phone and show the confirmation. Sorry to bad to sad.I wish there's a review for something less than one star. Typical incompetence in2024

I went in to see if I needed a tire repair I was losing air in my tire. I had to buy two tires but they were very nice and got me the best deal. The gentleman that helped me was very nice. I will be going back for the other two in a few weeks

Alex G was amazing! He was so helpful. I brought my nephew's car in and he regulated all the tires and replaced all the wipers. He was so patient and explained everything. Definitely 5 STARS

they have a few new crew members including one that had trouble getting my tire off the rim and was getting noticeable frustrated and yet she would NOT ask for help.I flagged one of the supervisors and ask him to help her. I was worried about my rim.I get all my tire work done here and was disappointed on my last visit

The guys run a great store and have an extreme amount of patients dealing with people. Fixed 2 tires full of nails for zero! Thats why I buy my tires from Discount Tire NMB!

Alex & his and his crew took great care of me. My new to me wheels and tires w/ my old tpms sensors are great, and now my old wheels and tires w/ new valve stems hold air and can now be used on my friends Jeep. Thank you all so much. I told Alex after the tread wears down on these and I'm ready for a bigger tire, I'll be back!

They are quick to take your money then you will wait all day until all their appointments are done to service you. I watched people walk in after me- their car gets new tires and I'm still waiting. That's not right.

Very impressed - professional and very knowledgeable - had an issue with my tire from a previous tire place- went to Discount Tire for the 1st time and won t go to anyplace else now- they were very helpful and made sure I was happy before I left - appreciate the way they handled the situation - now I realize why they are so busy and an appointment definitely reduces the wait time there!

I can not say enough about this store. The staff is great and they really excel in customer service. I had an issue that seemed to escalate as they got the tires off and they helped brainstorm the issue out at a reasonable price. I always come back here simply for the way the staff handles their customers situations. So if you are in need of tire care and service go see Alex, he will make sure your taken care of.

A tourist from Ohio worried about a screw sticking out of his tire. Well, I luckily picked this Discount Tire store to have it looked at. They were quick, thorough, and friendly. Ended up being nothing. They pulled out the screw, said it barely punctured the tread, and told me I was good to go. If I ever have tire issues visiting Myrtle Beach, I will definitely go back here.

These guys and gals are super. Trustworthy. Great advice at no charge. No hassles. No worries that you are being ripped off. Workmanship (and workwomenship) is impeccable. They have a great rhythm to how they work and maintain peak quality.

I had low tire pressure and needed them checked before my long drive home in a couple of days. Talked to Alexis on the phone. He was super friendly and encouraged us to stop in. Grace took care of us. She was very thorough and very friendly. It took her no time to balance out my tires. Would recommend this place !

Very professional and helpful, needed a tire changed that was too tight to break loose with a 4 way lug wrench. They did it and had us back on the road in no time. Highly recommend them if you need any type of tire service.

I live in Ocean Isle Beach NC. There are a lot of tire places where I could go but none of them impress me. Surfing online for Continental Tires I found Discount Tires in North Myrtle Beach that had the tires I wanted in stock.I called and spoke to the manager, Alex Gonzales, who stated those Continentals are the exact ones I have on my car. So, you get the picture. I was up for a road trip. This store is only 25 miles from my home, one way. Alex was very attentive and helpful. He signed me up and the two Techs that mounted and balanced my new tires worked as a team. Thanks and a shout out to Malcolm and Hayden. I then stopped across the street for a Chic- Fil- A lunch. What's not to like.

Guys took great care and did a delicate job mounting new tires on new wheels on my new truck. Hand torqued lugs and cleaned/dressed tires...how it should be! Thanks

Quick and fast. Live in Florida, had a mail in the tire. They checked it and fixed it- NO CHARGE- done in 30 mins. Plus it is right next door to an amazing mini golf place to pass the time quicker. Absolutely awesome and super friendly.

Made appointment, repeat Discount Tire store customer just not this particular store. Still they had my service records and car details when I made the appointment. But when I arrived I was told they had no options for my vehicle in stock and it would be at least a week. My car was not safe to drive with the condition of my tire. We were told I would likely have to go to the dealership because no one would carry my type tires. Highly disappointed. Called 3 other local NMB tire places when I left. Guess what?! All three had them in stock. Not good to send business elsewhere, but I found what I needed with better prices. After my experience, I highly recommend shopping around.

Wow, way to go Bryce Westmoreland Mgr. Appreciate the way your store was ran. It's a refreshing change to see a business fire on all cylinders. Nice touch on the "Welcome Bryan McAlexander" sign when I arrived for my appointment. Your staff was methodical and I was sure I got a quality job done right. Love my new Nittos on the Challenger.

North Myrtle Discount Tire did a fantastic job for me today. I had specific tire needs and I was able to find the specific tire at a great price but thats just the start. Today was the first day I have ever walked into a Discount Tire. I was impressed with everything from the design of the building and use of cool AV tv's to the clean bathroom to the floor to ceiling windows in the lobby! The lobby gives a wide open light and bright feeling with plenty of space if one is worried about social distancing. I love the large windows looking into the shop as I am one who like to see what is being done to my car. I have had a $1,200 rim damage done at another local tire shop that was done behind closed doors.Its important to be able to see your car at all times but most "tire shops" would not want you to be able to see the shop! This place looked as clean as a operating room and the employees were working fast, like a well oiled machine! Just watching these guys work via the large shop windows is better than any TV or print commercial as you see this place and employees are simply better than any place else! Everything was so bright and clean, not even a oil drop on the shop floor! I was IMPRESSED! I have never seen a shop as clean as the Discount tire stores. The employees look professional and act professional. I can tell a system is in place from properly greeting the customer, to the tech handing me my key and paperwork at the end. I could tell everyone was trained on how to do it the right way! Some other tire stores are dirty, disorganized dark and some are scary places! I can truly appreciate the level of training the employees must have been given from corporate and management as it shows, even on the phone. These folks are happy to answer any questions and I found just happy in general! Back in the day some of us remember just what hard work and great, professional customer service is; I thought those days were gone but not with Discount Tire!The entire process from the first phone call to the clean bathroom to the tech thanking me made me feel comfortable and because of the level of service I witnessed today I feel Discount Tire earned my business! I could tell today during my visit that Discount Tire corporate "plan" or "culture " is designed to earn my business and give me zero reason to shop the competition. . What you are doing is working Discount Tire, The many tire store competitors have no idea what you are about to do with the marketshare as once someone experiences all I did today I simply can't shop any place else!Fantastic Job everyone!
