Billy got me hooked up with a much needed new battery. As per store policy, he hustled out and got the batteries changed, and he was done in no time. My wife and I were so impressed and pleased!!! This guy gets an A+ for his service to us. He even asked if we were veterans, so we got 10% off!! How great is that??You can put us in the HAPPY CUSTOMER COLUMN for sure!!!

I had a check engine light come on after I had just put a new engine in my car a little over a month ago. They hooked it up to their device and told me what it was and turns out it wasn t a big deal which was such a relief and the guy that helped me was VERY PROFESSIONAL! He also helped me pick out a couple items I wanted to get and explained the differences in them and gave me full attention. In my opinion if you have an issue with your car or need windshield wipers or oil or high end flash lights, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! By the way when I started up my car and was pulling out the check engine light went off.

Had check engine light checked. Asked about tools to borrow. The gentleman helping me said they didn't have the tools I needed but offered up his own personal tools. He was also very knowledgeable about my veichle and the problems it was having as well as a quick way to check it out. Thank you Chad for your knowledge, kindness and assistance.

Last fellow flubbed up a thermostat I desperately needed, like usual.So I had to correct this by taxiing around costing me more time and money.The exchange for the correct part took a few minutes but it was amended in the end.Is it just me? or are there more incapable than capable customer service employees now than ever.

We have a Realtor who has used this business multiple times. He says he can always walk to the desk, explain what is needed, and they find it pretty quick. They tend to have things in stock. If they don't, they get it pretty quick.

The young man who assisted me was very helpful, very polite! I didn t catch his name, but he ran a diagnostic on my Honda Element on 09/06/2022. He wrote down the code for me, also recommended a garage. I took my car there (Smith s Auto Service on Poinsett) and got excellent service!

Don t believe everything posted on the windows. All 3 gentleman that were working the evening we went in for a new battery all said that what s posted on their windows (free battery check and installation, check engine light readings, etc.) they can NOT do. Don t use this advance. Your better off driving the extra miles to go to the little river location. They re amazing there, very welcoming, and beyond helpful!

The place to go. Always helpful and friendly. Will do a free diagnostic test on your car to tell you why the "check engine" light is on.They installed my windshield wipers without charging any extra. They offer help and suggestions, but never push it on you.They referred me to a mechanic who was both good and honest.

Once again the helpful staff come to the rescue, that free battery check service and helpful directions solved a nearly new car issue that other service centers had missed.Consistently great staff at every one of these establishments I've ever visited. Great people!

Walked in to get me a hose for my transmission line. one guy was being waited on by one man there was another man putting stuff on the shelf there was another guy playing on his phone there was another guy wandering around so I stood there for about a minute and waited and then I left. So if you're wanting customer service this is definitely not the place to go.

Unfortunately, they have a store policy that left me unable to pay with a credit card over the phone to replace a battery. When I asked for a recommendation of who could help, the manager wasn't able to be helpful. The associate who answered the phone was most polite, but unhelpful.

Tyler B was very nice. They were having computer problems when I was there so had a long wait to make purchase and to see if they could change my headlight bulb. I did manage to make the purchase,but unfortunately after waiting over an hour any other place that could have changed the bulb was now closed.There was another bearded guy on there that has a really bad attitude when it comes to his job. If he is new he needs to have that addressed by management ASAP. If he has been there a while,he needs to be gone.Will have to see if and where I can get this bulb changed. My purchase may need to go back.

Would have given 5 stars based on friendliness and knowledgeable staff but, the store at this address burned and has since been torn down. Would have saved me some time, effort and expense if they would have updated their site on Google Maps.

Awful! My Dad had to install his own part when there were 3 able guys. He is disabled and has a fused spine and neck! Not to mention the motorcycle accident leg that makes it difficult to get up and on from the ground! And when asked if he could borrow a flashlight, they didn't keep any? Huh! We will DEFINITELY not recommend Advanced Auto to ANYONE! Thank you SO very much for the concern of my father's well being! *sarcastic*
