Great selection of powersports with knowledgeable and friendly staff! I bought a 2024 Ninja ZX-6R from them and it was truly an enjoyable experience. Kyle, Matt, Greg, & Nikole were all very welcoming and personable to work with, so I will be back!Highly recommend. 10/10

Everyone including Greg, Kyle, Matt, and Nikole were all very welcoming and made us feel like home. They took the time to answer all of our questions. We didn t feel like a number and are so happy with the service provided. You all made my son very happy. Thank you!

Robert and Tom are the team leaders of that A-TEAM over there!! They are amazingly professional, knowledgeable, punctual and most importantly to me easy to communicate with, to which you don't find these days anymore!! THEY COME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND WILL GET MY VOTE AS BEING THE BEST MOTORCYCLE SERVICE SHOP HANDSDOWN IN THE STATE!!

I recently had to visit Velocity on Montague for some Polaris parts. I really enjoyed my interaction with everyone there. I didn't catch everyone's names, but I mainly delt with Sarah, the parts manager. Sarah was engaging and took time to talk to me.. I appreciate that! Courtesy is getting harder to find these days, but everyone at Velocity on Montague Ave had a friendly smile and cheerful attitude. A few weeks ago, I stopped by this same location to inquire about a used motorcycle. I met salesman Greg, and he was also courteous and engaging. I will keep these fine folks in mind for my future needs. I am responsible for a fairly large and frequently flogged fleet of ATV's, and I need knowledgeable people like Sarah to keep them moving. As for buying a bike, I appreciate the time Greg spent with me, and although the bike I was looking for had already been sold, I will continue to check the Velocity website and give him a call if I see another one I like. Thanks guys!

Velocity was a great company to work with when searching for our new ATV. Greg explained the process and was very informative and the sales manager (I'm horrible with names) was helpful in getting us where our budget expectations were. We would def recommend and will purchase again later down the line.

Salesman Kyle was great. Very knowledgeable about all the products they sell. Nikole in finance is great also. They took great care of me and explained all the features of the atv I purchased before I bought it. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Kyle is my guy!! Really easy to work with, super attentive, always willing to help!!! The rest of the staff were great as well. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!!

I am still in shock that I was able to purchase the motorcycle that I been looking forward to for months. Kyle and the team at Velocity really understood me as a customer. The communication was always quick and thorough. The professionalism was a 10. I was in and out of the shop in less than an hour. Highly recommend and will be returning for next purchase.

Team effort from Whitney, Matt and Kyle gave me the assistance and customer service that has been munch needed in today's day-and-age! Absolutely a pleasure working with the team! Happy 4th birthday, bud!!I was SO apprehensive about getting my 4 year old on a dirt bike, but since they re all he talks about, I figured I d check it out the whole sales department at Velocity Charleston was so helpful, they went out of their way to teach me everything I needed to know to keep my little guy safe and to ease my mind! I 100% recommend supporting this business. The friendliness, honesty, and knowledge can t be beat!

The search for the extraordinary rare Tenere 700After looking high and low for about 3 week on Cyctrader, I was about to give up all hope. Now mind you, I'd looked as far south as Florida and as far north as Virginia. Each dealership I contacted had the same story that they had the bike in stock but someone had already put a deposit on this unicorn of a bike. Something told me not to give up! A local dealer in Savannah explained that the wait for this bike could take up to 6 months with a $1k deposit with no guarantee that they would get one in stock.That's when I took a chance and called Velocity Powersports of Charleston. After tell Kyle what was looking for he gave me the best news ever, they had just received one in stock. And even better, nobody had put a deposit down on it. Klye not only put it on hold for me, he'd also sent me all the necessary paperwork to get a head start on the purchasing process. This was very much appreciated since I was making the drive from Savannah,GA to Charleston, SC.As soon as I walked through the door at Velocity I was immediately greeted and assisted. Kyle not only showed me the bike but went over key features and specifications as well. I was impressed with the help and support from the entire staff. The process of buying my bike was smooth, easy, and came with no pressure. Knowing that I was coming from out of town, they had me back on the road in time to beat rush hour traffic.I am truly grateful and appreciative for the team at Velocity Powersports of Charleston for making my dream come true.

I purchased my first motorcycle here and Kyle was my sales guy. He and the rest of the staff are more then happy to do what it takes to make a deal work and I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend these guys for those who don t like to mess around and appreciate employees who go above and beyond.

Professonal Staff! This is a smaller powesports dealership with large inventory. No pushy sales people and are very personable, go see Greg and enjoy the powersport owner experience!
