I called a head of time to be instructed on processing new tires and alignment on my MKS Lincoln. Which by the way has truck tires. Well I wasn't expecting to be blown away from customer service and quotes. Xavier is like a secret weapon moving in forward motion helping me while making sure the entire store and team members were helped. The entire team at RnR is 2 thumbs up... I'd stand tall on their business..I'm proud of y'all

Xavier is the guy to go to. He was extremely helpful in making sure I had the perfect tire fit and set up for my vehicle. He understood my vision and offered the perfect suggestions to help narrow down my choices. After I confirmed the wheels and tires that I wanted, he saw that everything was installed quickly and correctly. I will definitely return to use RNR services again.

Came here for the second time . I was well taken care of both times. Positive people with excellent service and support on picking out the right tires and wheels for the best price. I will be coming bk in a few weeks to put new tires and wheels on my sons truck as well. They are the best. If I could give 10 stars I would..Thank yall for everything

The hospitality that was given as I entered RNR was very genuine to say the least. Having Xavier is an asset to the tire and rim business as his knowledge of everything made me feel like I came to the right place from now on RNR is my tire and rim store. Thanks everyone including the mechanics.

Xavier had the best customer service he was super helpful and was able to have my paperwork ready to go after I applied online. Super quick, clean, friendly, and organized facility where I didn t feel like they were trying to sell me on products just to get a higher sale or talk down to me when I didn t understand questions they had about my tires cant recommend them and Xavier enough

I was in great need of tires and my Fianc�e call the store. The young man name Xavier was a great help. He related to him what was needed before we arrived to the establishment. Once we got there we was greeted by no other than, ( Xavier :) He took down all the information that was needed. It didn t take the wheel installers long. Everyone was very professional. Thanks RNR!

I true enjoy my new tires and rims.... My sales person was Zachary and he was amazing with helping me get the rims I wanted... He went the extra mile and checked to see if the rims I truly want for my Ford F150 was available. The rims I wanted was a Chevy rims. Outstanding customer service...

Blew 2 tires this morning, and really had NO clue what we were gonna do. Xavier at RNR literally saved the day with answers to all questions, and working out a deal that got us off the old wheels & spacers and onto a new set of the correct lug pattern wheels and brand new tires all the way around. Xavier was more than helpful, and all the guys along side him as well were helpful and polite and it was a great vibe all around in the showroom while waiting. Couldn t have asked for better customer service or support. Thanks guys very much!!! Moral of the review, if you re in a jam, call RNR and they will assist anyway you want and get you back on the road!!

Went here after a big issue with a different business in North Charles. After talking with Rado and him helping us figure out what we can do to fix my issue we got an awsome set of rims for my wife s car and they are perfect. Thank you very much for all you help I can say my wife s car now rides the way it is supposed too. I would recommend all my friend here without a doubt the best place to get awesome rims and tires.

There is this one staff member by the name of Jennifer who is unprofessional. While speaking with her I advice I was going to be making a payment on Wednesday. She advice me they WILL take two payments because I will have a payment due on Friday. I said no ma'am I am only going to make one payment since that's all that's due now. She said okay well we're going to take two payments. I'm not sure who trained her, but today I'm calling corporate and escalating this behavior because I've never had this experience with anyone. I would love for them to make an unauthorized charge on my card because I will be owning that shop.

Rado and the team are the absolute best to work with!! They each had a part in getting me in and out while I am still on the clock for work in an emergency for tires so fast!! checked all my references in a timely manner and had such great attitudes the whole time knowing it was a time pressing matter! it s a great environment!!

The sales team was helpful from the first phone call. They were friendly, helpful and professional. I wanted to thank David and Kevin for walking me through the process and getting me the right tires and a great price.If I need tires in the future, RNR will be the only place I will get my tires!

I am very disappointed in the this whole purchase. We will never purchase from RNR again. First we were told we had insurance after spending over $3000 on tires and rims. Come to find out the sales rep didnt put the insurance on. I was told it was in house financing and they sent us to a 3rd party. The tires are junk as we have had to replace two of them. Never would I have purchased these without the insurance. Then we are out of town and my son has to change a tire and they put locking lug nuts on but they didn't supply us with the lock. I called and they said we can purchase it at any auto parts store. I went to 3 auto parts stores and they do not have that size and they said it has to be ordered from the manufacturer. So we took the tire into and RNR in Iowa and they look at the rim and there were so much weight put on it was ridiculous. The tech said that much weight is never necessary. This location put on 3.5 ounces and it only needed 1.7. Which has caused other issues and now all the tires need to be rebalanced and they want $120. Not to mention they just threw the old lug nuts in the back of the truck and not in a bag. I have tried to call corporate multiple times but can not get through. I wouldn't recommend spending your hard earned money at this business.

I like coming to RNR. This is my second large purchase with them. The customer service is outstanding and you are made to feel more like family and not just a customer. I recommend then to all my friends and family.

R&r is the best place to go for rims and tires. I have been with them over a year. Paid off once set of rims and tires and got another set with no issues. They are professional and always willing to help when needed. I wouldn t recommend any other place besides them.Thank y all for being so great. From Russel to Chandler to all the amazing staff. I appreciate my service 100%

Very great help with no questions ask. I had a problem with my rims after I drove off came 4min before they close a still got great help. And they didn t leave till they fixed the problem

It wasn't as difficult as I thought it was Ronald he made it very easy and simple this wasn't my first time here but the first time it was seems to be a little bit difficult but deal with Ronaldo he made everything very easy simplified everything and I will continue doing business with r&r all right and are whoever is that

These people here is Charleston SC is not registered with BBB. I have l 3 days late and this is what this company does. But these company will call the people down at least 10-15 times a day. Which 7 is the most they can call someone in a week, they do 7 a day. Then this company did a statewide search on me. I never gave permission, they call people I have not spoke to in a very long time or they showed up at a friend's house and I have never lived there. I feel weird I feel like they hacked in my phone. What if I don't want some people in my business. The bottom is be careful with this company. Must have too much time on there hands.

Xavier was very helpful and patient when helping me, I told him the wrong tires at first and without hesitation ordered the right ones and was able to fit me in schedule before I had to go out of town. I d recommend this place to anyone looking for tires/rims. They will get you what you want! 10 out of 10.

Went back after 2 years to buy another set of wheels and they wanted $50 per wheel to install after I'd paid for them so we agreed I would have them installed elsewhere the new wheels didn't come with lugs which I wasn't informed of so I had to pay $60 for a set of 20 went back to ask why Would you let me leave the shop and not inform me of that the old lugs wouldn't fit the new wheels I'm not a professional then the assistant manager was rude and told me they don't need my business I'll never ever buy from them again "out the door see you no more screw you very much"... Was the attitude. And charged me $60 for a 2 wheel alignment that was never done. Stay away from them at all costs...

I came to RnR with an emergency. The young man behind the counter seized. The opportunity and guided me till the problem was fixed. He's a great customer service guy and works in Operations as well
