Excellent service. I saved $150 on same work quoted from another shop. Car came back on time and runs great.Three days later I had a different problem and called the shop and was advised to take my car to Paul's Care that was just 1/2 mile from my location and good thing I did it broke down in parking lot and would not move, transmission went out. It was Friday afternoon so glad you were kind enough to send me there even though I know you would have gladly done the work.Saved me! Broke down Friday afternoon on Ashley Phosphate would have been ugly!!!You guys ROCK! Kind, compassionate and caring service every time. God bless you!!

just wanted to reach out and tell you how wonderful this place is.my daughter is five hours from home and has had the greatest experience with this shop. water pump replaced in one day at a very reasonable price. after words she had some codes come up and a check engine light pop up, she came by and seen Bobby he took care of everything and assured her that all is well.thank you Bobby for being respectful, kind mannered, and professional.Concerned Dad in NC

They were able to get my wife s car in Monday and out Tuesday! They were very kind and worked really well with my wife. They sent pictures to us to see what was wrong with the car and they called with updates every single time. I definitely recommend Paul s Car Care Center!

Bobby at the Dorchester Rd location has helped me out tremendously in the last month. I had just moved here when I had to have my car towed for repair and I am so glad it ended up here. The shop was able to finish my repair by the next day! I communicated with Bobby over the phone several times as he clarified everything with me and I was able to pay over the phone as well. When I had a check engine light come on two weeks later, Bobby had me come in to make sure everything was okay and helped to give me peace of mind. Really grateful to have had such a positive experience.

Excellent customer service! Bobby is AWESOME! No matter what the problem with our vehicles, they always work us in. Prices are good. Very happy with them. I Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Bobby provides exceptional customer service. He was our Holiday Hero getting our driverside window fixed last minute before the Holiday! Also, hats off to the technician who has done an incredible job when we took our other vehicle there just a month ago. This is my go-to shop for all my car care needs, I trust them and know my vehicles are in good hands.

Very happy with my experience. Met with two friendly, experienced, and thoughtful professionals who both displayed great knowledge and a willingness to explain the details and answer all my questions. I would be willing to return to this shop anytime. Their performance was a great credit to the Paul's Car Care Center organization.

Holiday Heros. Paul's has been great every time we have used them. Bobby is wonderful to work with and tries his best to squeeze you in even when they are busy. This time around he got us in right before Thanksgiving. Can't say enough about him and the techs working behind the scenes. 10/10

Service is fine and fairly quick. Prices are 20-25% higher than market average. Tries their best to upsell on things you didn't ask for. May also try to tell you they CAN NOT give you your vehicle back unless you spend more money on something you didn't ask for. Haven't gotten an oil change from them but everything seems to cost at least $1000. They have a $150 "pre inspection" fee that is automatically added to the bill regardless of what's actually being done or if you already know what the issue is.

I don't often leave reviews but I walked out of this shop last week feeling so gracious and blessed. My power steering pump was going out for a while. I knew it was going to be pricey but they gave me the best price in town for replacement. They got the part quick and local. They were communicative and friendly! I got a clear explanation of what was done, what to look out for in the future. Nothing was pushed on me about adding extra services like some other shops do. They even offered free fluid checks if I ever am curious if my power steering was running low.I had to push back my drop off times a couple due to some scheduling conflicts and a family emergency involving my son getting hurt. They worked with me and my crazy schedule on getting it in the shop and we're still super speedy and got my car back in no time. They even checked in on how my son was doing when I came back to pick up my car.I don't think I'll go anywhere else again for my car needs. They treat you like family here.

I love it here!!! I have had all 3 of my vehicles serviced here! Not 1 complaint! Great friendly staff! They are also very quick at getting your car back to you!

Brought my company vehicle to this place and ran into guy named Bill. He exemplified great customer service and would have probably had my car serviced and back to me the same day if he was able to procure the parts Nonetheless the folks there serviced the vehicle and had it back to me in a timely fashion the very next day.. I m submitting this review weeks after the work was done to be sure that the issue was remedied so I can give an accurate assessment of the work performed on my car. Needless to say it s running better than ever. Running so well that the check engine light that was always on since I got the car has now been extinguished. Thanks

Honesty goes a long way! If, you are having car problems nk matter what they are; give them the opportunity to help you. They give you exact information, and from there it's up to you (customer) to pay for the excellent service they provided!!!! True Mechanics with Old Fashioned Values!!!!!
