I got rear-ended February 13th, and called around to get quotes and dates. Everyone told me May. I called Mike at Palmetto Collision and he told me he could get me in March 15th. I believe in local small business so was not going with a national collision center.Mike and Palmetto collision went above beyond. He communicated every step of the way. Small, Family owned business, and they were amazing to work with. I hope I don't have to use them again, but you can guarantee I will recommend them to anyone.

They did a fabulous job on my car so much quicker than other shops were quoting and at a fabulous price. Their communication was great and they are very friendly. Would go there again in a heartbeat.....heaven forbid I need their services again! I recommend them to anyone!!!!

I've had to utilize their services twice now. I've had two Mustangs over the last 7 years, one Grabber Blue and one Velocity Blue. Both vehicles were paint matched as expertly as though it came straight from the factory. The damages that were repaired disappeared and you can't even tell anything ever happened. They'll give you a quote upfront and keep you updated if anything changes. In both of my experiences, the initial quote was what I paid. They work fast to get you back on the road in your vehicle. This is the one and only body shop I'll ever use.

Mike is a life saver! Been calling/going to him for all of our car problems. Even though we re not the most knowledgeable about cars, he still explains everything so throughly. Always tries to fit you in his busy schedule too. Best place!

My Toyota Prius was rear-ended, and Gerald s Tires and Brakes recommended that I take it to Mike and his team at Palmetto Collision in North Charleston. I am very glad that they did! Can t say enough great things about Mike, Jamie, and the rest of the guys down there! Had a run in with a deer on the road (unfortunately) and they completely redid the front of my Honda CRV, it looks brand new! They do fantastic work in a timely manner and are very professional. They do their best to give you great rates and their work is STELLAR! I cannot recommend them enough. Mike and his folks are always on the ball and provide excellent service at great pricing. This is THE body shop to use in the area if you want honesty and integrity in the repair of your car. If I could rate Palmetto Collision more than 5 stars, I would! John was very helpful and offered me an amazing price for the work that needed to be done. I was super nervous about the whole thing, but the customer service and timeliness exceeded my expectations entirely. My car looks brand new again and I couldn't be any happier. 10/10 would recommend.

Mike and his team are incredibly intelligent and talented! Mike went through my estimate with me step-by-step so I was clearly aware of the cost for each part and repair. He was transparent and honest through the entire process and stuck to his word. They did an INCREDIBLE job on my BMW making it look brand new. I highly recommend coming here if you need body work done and if you have any questions/concerns they will help you!

If I could give more than 5 stars to Mike and John, I certainly would. I had an issue with my insurance company and had to pay for repairs out of pocket. I explained my situation to Mike and he gave me a fair price, the repairs were done in a timely manner, and their work is flawless. These guys are genuine, courteous, professional, and they went above and beyond for me. It was already a stressful and upsetting situation for me, but they made the repair process seamless and I am eternally grateful. I hope that I won't have a need for their services any time soon, but if the need arises I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Thank you, John and Mike!

These guys did great work on my 08 Dakota! Had my front fender repaired, rear bumper touched up and a bed panel repair. They were very fast and easy to work with. I highly recommend and will be back if I need body work on any of my vehicles.

Top notch shop! I had bought a work van with a smashed up door (at a great price!) Mike, the owner, helped me out, finding me a used door and painting it. The paint match was spot-on. He also gave me some tips to remove the glue residue all over the sides. (The van had previously had decal signage). I got all the work done at an excellent price which still kept the van within my budget.Thanks, Mike! Customer for life.

I have had a couple of great experiences with this shop. Both were for minor issues, but I was treated as if I were spending a lot more money with them. These folks are straight-shooters, and I feel they are honest with their pricing and recommendations. Owner, Mike Stallings, is the best. Bonus, that you can enjoy a beer at Holy City Brewery's tap room, just across the alley, while they take an initial assessment of your vehicle. :-)

I HIGHLY recommend Palmetto Collision! Mike and John are extremely professional and approachable and Mike and his team does wonderful work. I found Palmetto Collision on Google and they have earned a customer for life. They were very fair with their estimate, very speedy with their repairs, and communicated the progress of the work along the way. I couldn't be happier with the service I received -- you can't go wrong with these guys!

I was referred by a guy at Gerald's. He was not wrong. What a great experience. They did an amazing job fixing the disaster that was the front end of my car. Very reasonable pricing and quality service. They even stayed after hours to make sure my rental car arrived, and Mike Sr. drove me to Enterprise to drop my rental back off in a pinch. Great small business!

I had some minor damage to the paint on a nearly new car. These guys handled the job very professionally, for a reasonable price, and the results are perfect! I hope that I don't have to use them again, but if I do, I am confident in the level of work that they perform.

After side swiping my Tundra along a parking garage entry, I was so distraught! I then googled body shops and found Palmetto Collision. I liked that they had a way to upload photos to try to get an estimate for repairs. I worked with Mike and John who made the whole experience seamless. Work was beautifully done - couldn't tell there had been a problem. Cost to repair was fair and work done in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

I am surprised this place doesn't have any reviews. The guys are Firestone suggested I go here, and I was not disappointed. The area is a little shady, but it is right near Holy City brewery, so the area isn't so bad.The prices were more than fair, and the guys that work there seem extremely honest. (And really easy going)Would recommend.
