I went here to get my car looked at for an issue with my front end. I scheduled my appointment and was met by slimm who checked me in promptly. Upon inspection my issue was found and I was given a quote and promptly they began work. Was kept updated on progress. Service was excellent and courteous. I would recommend them for any needs. A client for future work needs. Check out was prompt & easy , that s appreciated.

Awesome experience here today! On my way to work this morning something sharp in the road slashed my tire, thankfully I was close to home so my fianc� took the wheel off my car and we called around to see where could put a tire on the wheel, we weren t bringing the car just the wheel. Gerald s and discount tire both said it would be a 2-3 hour wait, we called NTB they said they had the tire (even gave us a better tire at a better rate than the other places) it would be about 45 minutes, so we drove here, greeted by Slimm, they immediately got the wheel and put the tire on. We were done within 10 minutes and on our way! If you re in a pinch this is the place to go! All the employees were friendly and helpful!

This place got me right in, and took care my car right away even though they looked pretty busy. It was unplanned, so I had my dog and cat with me, but both were allowed inside. Great, fast service. Great price! I will definitely recommend this place and come here in the future for any tires.

NTB on Dorchester rd is THE BEST!! I had 2 cars to take care of today and they made my experience sooo much better than i expected for both vehicles. Quick delivery on parts, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and the price was unbeatable compared to other shops i called. Its the holidays and they really showed the spirit. Our official car stop

Slimm has always provided my family with the upmost customer service! We came in today due to damage to one of my front tires and we received assistance immediately and got the car back within an hour. Highly recommend going here!

I have been using NTB at this location for a long time. The customer service is excellent. Ms. Read, customer service, is very knowledgeable about all maintenance issues. Her integrity is above reproach. I trust her opinion on any maintenance issue I have with my vehicle.

The absolute worst tire place in Charleston hence way two already has been shut down. They will not honor warranty on $800 set of tires when clearly only one tire had a malfunction. They tried to bamboozle me out of $280When I paid extra for a warranty...save yourself the headaches.

I had the best experience here. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back when it's time to get my brakes done. Highly recommend.

They managed to squeeze me in and help me with my serpentine belt and tensioner same day that I called. Karen was extremely helpful and helped explain everything. The price was very reasonable and the service was fast

Awesome service! Would highly recommend! I had a nail in my tire and needed it fixed quickly. They had me in and out in no time! Kenny was awesome and I will definitely be back for my oil changes and other service needs in the future!

Called NTB today to check on the price of a tire for my car as well as wait times and was greeted with excellent customer service by Kenny. It was a breath of fresh air as I had just left 2 other tire places for their lack of customer service, outrageous wait times and demeaning behavior. I may be a woman but I know exactly what I need and expect to be treated as paying customer, not an embasil. Arrived at the location 5 minutes later and the in person customer service was just as exceptional! Kenny Newl kept me in the loop the entire time my car was being serviced (even when the car through us a curve ball) and the entire process was quick and painless, including the price. Even the technician that brought my car around was kind and courteous. We will definitely be back for tires on our other 2 vehicles soon!

The staff is friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. These people are not out to rob you, they recommend what you need and put your cars most critical repairs first. No pressure environment, take care of your car with their recommendations and your car will take care of you. Good money for good labor and parts is all you'll find here. Will always service my cars here with Greg and Matt. Thanks a million guys!

Just taken over by Mavis. They dont answer phone. They dont notify when car ready. They closed early with out courtesy of phone call. Held overnight for oil change. No communication. Hung up on when finally got through. Used this location for 16 years, never again. Terrible experience!!

First off the staffing at NTB were beyond amazing!! I am an AD Military member stationed here in the Charleston Community. I called them because I was in a crunch and needed to be at work and they got me in patched my tire in no time. I honestly think the stuff there deserves a raise! I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you again Kenny/Neal! You guys are awesome #5Stars :)

Excellent customer service in all regards: scheduling an appointment; arrival and check-in; answering questions and updates on the service process; explanation of completed service at checkout. Greg, the store manager, runs a great operation. He goes out of his way to get the maintenance done right and in a timely manner. He obviously cares about his customers.

I was there for 4 new tires which were purchased online. I added a wheel alignment because it was reasonbly priced. The vehicle service was completed in a timely manner. Store Manager Greg was attentive and personable. Highly recommend.

Needed tires and not only did they have the best prices, but now I get free tire rotations! They searched for rebates and coupons for me too. Today, I got an oil change and the customer service was just as wonderful. Coupon for my oil change and no unnecessary trying to get me to purchase additional things I didn't need. They had me in and out. They have made me a return customer for sure!

This store location needs to get it together I've been here for over 2 hours with 1 vehicle ahead of me. I came in for an appointment at 10. What's the point of setting an appointment if the workers can't do the job in a timely fashion? Ntb needs to start paying people more money or something, seems to be a lack of staffing issue. There's always some.people from other store locations here trying to help. I love ntb for the prices but Jesus christ I shouldn't have to sit here for this long to get a tpms sensor screwed on.

I made an appointment when I made it I was told it would be 1 hour to change my tires. Go to check in and during that found out they have been bought out by Mavis. Still seemly to have same employees so kept appointment that I was told would be an hour and a half at check in. 3.5 hours later finally got my car. I had to cancel work for the first half of the day due to it taking way longer than it should have.

Michael was great. Very nice, thorough and professional. They were booked the whole week but he said he could get me in if I brought the car when the store opened. He did and then just a few hours later told me it was all done and in fact he was able to fix the tire instead of having to replace it. Very happy with the service and will take my other car there soon. By the way, I found out that they are affiliated with Michelin and Sumitomo and if you like those tires they have better prices than anywhere else including online
