The staff is friendly, helpful and confident in their recommendations.They took extra time to educate me on what i truly needed for my application; not the highest price item.It was above and beyond what I assumed I thought walking in.I actually left with Napa Know How

Slightly pricey but for a higher quality across the board. The staff is extremely helpful even though it's not set up with a bunch of fluff, glitter and lights like some of their competition. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Inept, low energy, unorganized, and down right confusing are some of the things that come to mind when placing a description on this out dated Napa location. I ve often wondered due to the lack of inventory, out dated location, and a much more modern store several miles north bound on rivers ave. How and better yet why is this Napa store profitable in comparison to the others throughout the southeast. IMO its mind boggling that a P/L, inventory turnover rate, or apparent negative gross margins at this establishment aren t an overwhelming hindrance towards the overall balance sheet of NAPA! Doesn t seem sustainable. Could it be a warehouse storing old and I mean very old merchandise that sells just enough motor oil, antifreeze, and batteries?

Rude and unwelcoming employees. Came up to the counter and asked about a product. The woman didn't acknowledge me or even look up to make eye contact. I went to find the cleaner and the did not have it. Went to purchase something else and another guy working asked me if I'm lost? Returned to the woman who continued to ignore me standing in front of her with no one else at the counter. I asked is this where i check out? No reply or acknowledge from her. Store sucks, go to a different one.

Went in to purchase a new battery for my key for my Kia, my battery was on its last legs and I barely made it to the store. Guys were very helpful and even gave me the battery out of their personal car because they were out. Thank y'all for being life savers!
