Conrad was very helpful. He towed my scooter to his business, got my scooter working again. He also helped me assemble my scooter carrier and load my scooter on it to transport it home in the rain.

I took my moped there to be repaired. My kick start was jammed and it has an electrical problem which is causing the push-start to not work. They were paid 205.00 to fix my bike. It lasted less than 48 hours. My kickstart box was not put back together properly so the gears are slipping and the push start is still not working.When I talked to him he argued with me saying that I should have asked him to do a diagnostics on my bike to figure out the electrical problem. Why should I need to te him how to fix my bike? If I knew how to fix it I would have fixed it myself. Now he's telling me he has to charge me more money to fix it. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be ripped off.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have a Bintelli motor scooter (Scout). I bought it at Bintelli's. I asked them to see why my scooter kept stalling and they simply said nothing was wrong with it. Then they charged me $50 for an oil change. So, I brought my scooter to KT and they properly serviced it so it is running smoothly. And when I asked him the cost of an oil change, he told me $20. So obviously, this is where I'll go next time.Services: Valve adjustment, General repairs & maintenance

Been dealing with Conrad since 2010. His shop is full service. I bought a motorcycle from him, and he's kept it running very well. Additionally he works on cars so I spend a lot of time with him.. And as if that wasn't enough he has a paint and body man on premise

Very poor customer service ,.I took my moped there 2 be repaired a week ago & it worked for about 10mins ,I was charged 125.00 for bike that worked. For 10mins .When called back & let them no that the bike had stop running,The owner told me that he was sending someone 2 me i had 2 wait 4hrs while he argued with me telling me that it's raining.Keep in mind I'm on a moped that i just paid him 2 fix. & to this day i still don't have my moped back .but I'm sure that he wants to charge me more money for something that should've been fixed right the time.& now I'm calling & getting nothing but the voice mail. I paid 125.00 to stand in a rain storm for 4 hrs .& to argue with a very inconsiderate owner that i feel robbed me .Can't wait 2 c what ly this company comes up with when i go to get my bike .Im thinking i may have 2 take my lawyer with me.Not pleased with this company owner or employee.Very bad business practices. I don't recommend this company 2 anyone .Chop shop with bad business practices

Though the service was fast and friendly. I was grossly over charged for a used part and the few minutes to put it on. I understand how things work but was sure the man in charge thought I was pretty ignorant. So say the least after this I will be going else where I needed the work then or else I would have waited. Do not use this company unless you are willing to pay double the price

They fix mopeds and owner is very helpful and caring. They sell used and new mopeds too and are trustworthy if something breaks on it they fix it

Do you not go to this place to buy a scooter or get repairs they overcharge and they sell Chinese scooters which are trash
