The representative was very kind. She helped me file my claim and was very patient. I usually know how to do things but Angela made it so simple for me. My appointment was the next day so that was also a huge plus. The technician beat me to my appointment and all. He was very fast and very efficient. I will definitely return again if my windshield goes out. Thank you Glass Doctor

I got a chip in my windshield on my way into town and called and got an appointment scheduled for 3-5 the nest day ( Friday) at 3.01 they called and said they could not get to me and if the next days was ok, said tech would call me in the morning to let me know what time, at 12 I never received a call and called them , no answer. I have not heard from them yet.

I had my car broken into and my front passenger window shattered while on vacation, so I called Glass Doctor and they were able to book me an appointment for the next day. My appointment was set for 8-10am, but they did not show up to our address or reach out by 12pm. So, I ended up calling at 12pm and again at 12:30, when they told me that they would finally be there within 30 minutes. We were only on vacation for 2 days, so having to spend half a day waiting for the technicians to arrive was very frustrating. After arriving, they told me that they would vacuum the glass out of my car to the best of their ability, but that they would not be able to get all of the tiny particles. After they spent less than 20 minutes in my car, they left without saying a word and called to let us know that they were finished. When we went out to my car there were still large pieces of glass on the front floor, in the passenger door, in the cup holders, on the passenger and driver seat, and all over the back floor board. There was also glue smeared on the new window, scratches on the window, and glass fragments left on the inside of the window pane.

My car was broken into, and after calling 3 other companies with long timelines and expensive pricing, I called Glass Doctor. They were kind, easy to work with, and were able to squeeze me in 3 days after the incident. Pricing was the cheapest option, too. Installers were super nice and explained every step. After my appointment, someone called me to ensure everything went well. I absolutely recommend them!

I had an emergency windshield replacement on a Friday afternoon around 3 p.m., and they were able to get my windshield replaced before 5 p.m. at my job. Great service and great customer service experience!!

Didn't show for first appointment. Wasn't notified until I called that the glass wasn't in yet. Didn't show for second appointment and received call asking if I can wait until the tech does another job. Other than that the installation went well.

Glass Doctor is the absolute best! They went above and beyond working with me to get a factory windshield for my somewhat unique car including going and picking it up from the dealership themselves. They gave me an excellent price, much lower than several other shops in the Charleston area and they scheduled me in immediately. Their location is easy to find and their waiting area is a cheerfully decorated large area with a big screen TV and free snacks and beverages. It is a large comfortable area where you can work or lounge and watch tv. The owner and staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable and explained things to me in-depth. I learned so much about my car and glass installation in general. And everyone s smiling faces and greetings when you walk in the door is so inviting and welcoming! You can tell they love their customers and go above and beyond in service to them. I have been to several other Glass Doctors in other towns before but this is by far my favorite and best experience ever! My car looks exactly like it did before the windshield got broken and everything works perfectly! Thank you Glass Doctor!!

I had a rock hit my windshield on the last day of my vacation in Charleston. After calling around to multiple places, Glass Doctor Auto was the shop that agreed to help me out. They agreed to fix our windshield the next day. Service was fast, customer service was top notch, and they were good at answering questions. Five stars!

I called for an appointment was told to come in. Took my car in for a chip in my windshield. 30 minutes all fixed and looking great. Very pleasant experience.

Fantastic customer service, Shane listened to the issue I had (leaking window seal) and had the issue fixed in seemingly record time. At the end he came out and explained the fix and made sure I was happy with everything. I would highly recommend Glass Doctor.

great response to a not so common problem. Had to replace a window in my 5th wheel camper and the glass replacement had to be made because it was not a stock item. Glass Dr did what had to be done to make sure our needs were taken care of.
