Aaron does not know how to communicate. It's either the mechanic had to leave early. Today is my anniversary or him and the mechanic are in court. Ok whatever. Simple to call a customer and let them know it'll be another day til truck is looked at. Took 4 working days . Maybe his earring affects his brain. Idiot.

It has been a challenge to find a team willing to work on our Food Truck considering the age and additionally be able to execute what they say can be provided at a high level. Up front and transparently, Aaron discussed the challenges we could face with parts and the time it may take to diagnose all the issues that needed to be addressed. With that being said, the General Diesel team took on the project and although it took a couple more weeks than initially thought, it was communicated to us every step of the way. All of the information and furthermore our options/decisions were well thought out by their team and our team collectively. This type of process is all anyone can ask for when looking for a partner to help maintain its capital investment and grow a business in its infancy. We only had one follow up issue on this massive project and they addressed it immediately with a speedy resolution. We are very thankful to find this type of partner within a very difficult climate to navigate in the service industry. We will definitely continue working with the General Diesel team for the maintenance on our Food Truck in the future!Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

none of the mechanics seem to know what they re doing. came up to pick up my truck that they ve had for 5 months now trying to figure out what s wrong with it and i get there and i see everyone walking around aimlessly as if they need something to do. charged me almost $15,000 more than they quoted me after having my truck for 5 months and after paying a down payment and it not going towards to the price we agreed on. management is only concerned about how much money they can make versus actually providing good service. if i would ve known this is how my experience was going to go i would have NEVER trusted them with the my time, money, and most importantly the vehicle that puts food on my table. please save yourself the heartache and headache and avoid this place at all costs!!!

I have been taking my truck to these guys since I purchased it 3 years ago and they always do a fantastic job they do not sale your parts or perform work you do not need they will take you into the shop and show you exactly what's going on and they get the job done right every time. The absolute worst experience. The manager has repeatedly told me for over 9 months that they were working on my RV next. My RV has been left unlocked with keys in the ignition. They have destroyed the carpet and seats. One of my brand new rooftop air-conditioned was stolen and they left the hole open for atleast a month while rain poured into the rv. The manager is rude and inconsiderate even though I was patient and understanding on the 9 months it has taken him. He told me that the damage was not from his staff and that the ac did not get stolen from his yard and then walked out got in his truck and left. This manager Aron is the worst manager I have come across in any field of business and should be fired. I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere before going to general diesel. There is no regards for your property and when you bring an issue to their attention Aron will deny their responsibility. I still don't have my rv back. If you would like to see the pictures of how they have treated my rv send me a message and I will send you the before and the now pics as it sits on their lot.

Nothing but great things to say about Aaron and his company. We always receive the best care with our daycare buses. Aaron The shop Manager has been up front with every step and we are in the process of seeing what he can do for us I'll keep you post it so far Real good. so my first experience was great but after the covid pandemic I wouldn't recommend this place at all they wanted to charge me over 5000 dollars to change a radiator and a heating core he told me that the radiator and heating core was 1500 and the rest was hours of labor stay away from this place if you don't want end up broke.

They are awesome, . They got us in and out, and back on the road, so we can deliver puppies that we have. Definitely recommend if you have a diesel, even a school bus like we have. Thanks Robbie, for getting us back on the road fast.

They told me it would be one week to fix my bus. It has been 7 weeks going on 8 and I still don't have it. We have been lied to and manipulated and we have no answers or solution. They charged $2800.00 and told us it was fixed, then when we picked it up to find out nothing was fixed. We then almost died driving it down the road, during this we called them repeatedly and they didn't return our phone call. We called them back repeatedly over and over to try and take our bus back, finally they returned our call and us the bus. They told us they would have it done in a couple days again. We are now being told that it is an entirely different problem and that we need to pay for more repairs. We are now being forced to seek legal remedies. Do not take your bus or diesel there if you expect honesty and good service. Arron is not to be trusted.

We were on the road heading back to Michigan when our motorhome just quit. We are Good Sam's roadside members and they hooked us up with this business General Deisel, to be towed to, ( unfortunately it was Saturday right at their closing time, and we weren't able to get a tow company, not connected with General Deisel, for several hours, ) My husband was able to talk with the manager, (a Super nice guy), who said to meet him their early on Monday and they'd take a look. He was true to his word! They took us right in and in a very short time, their mechanic figured out our problem, was able to get the part and had us back on the road! Greatful to General Deisel, their manager and mechanic's (Justin in particular), blessing's to all of you!! Truly Greatful, Randy and Robin Stewart

I brought my diesel-pusher motorhome in with the worst type of problem: an electrical issue that would prevent the engine from starting... and it was intermittent. Even though it was a busy Monday, Service Manager Aaron took me right in. Technician Nate probably spent two hours testing, but couldn't find the problem. To my amazement, Aaron wouldn't charge me anything because they hadn't been able to find and fix the issue. But thanks to Nate's excellent work ruling out what was NOT causing the problem, I was able to find and fix it a day later. Without General Diesel's excellent service, I would still be driving around in fear that my engine could just quit anytime, anywhere. Thank you!

Very poor communication. Price jumped much higher than expected for an oil change. I then had to stop 2 days later as there was too much oil added. I thought my Sprinter needed to be maintained by a Diesel specialist but this place is not it. I think they are good with school buses though...

i got stuck with a 45 ft motorhome because a brackt broke and the intakehose from the intercooler hose came ofnot only that they fixed everythin in a matter of 2 hours at a very fine pricei got invitet to their thanksgiving lunchvery good service and firendly boss and staffthank youcharles from germany

Fantastic service and customer service. The technicians are very knowledgeable in their field as a Diesel Mechanic. The parts department is just as great. If part is not on hand, the parts department can get it in timely manner.
