Professional, Clean , fast ! Took one of my company trucks to get new brakes and literally it was ready in a few hours. Manager call me when it was ready they do care about customer service !

This is By Far the place of preference to bring my workhorse for work. From Rob The Manager, to Angel one of their road service guys (who has been there for ever) and the team members it is a pleasant place yo do business with!

So this is my first time leaving a review so that must say something haha! These guys are awesome. I was told by my mom and a few of her work friends recommended Mr. Rob and his crew to work on my vehicle. Had to get it towed in because it wasn t running at all and when it got there they were very helpful. Called whenever they had any updates and kept me in the loop and helped me out when I needed it quickly! These guys are honestly amazing and I d recommend them to anyone! They ll Definetly get my business again!

I get my work truck serviced here. These guys do a great job everytime. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They are very knowledgeable and have an eye for detail. They do an awesome job with identifying each and every issue with my vehicle. Price does not bother me because the company i work for pays for all the bills. I am gratefull they do a great job at maintaining my vehicle and keeping me on the road so i can continue doing my job and paying my bills. They are always quick with service. I would highly reccomend.

This place is absolutely wonderful! They are timely and kind, and I wish I had known about them sooner and saved myself headaches and money. They genuinely care about the safety and reliability of your vehicle and do everything they can to make sure you are satisfied. I'd like to personally mention and thank Don, who was incredibly sweet and made sure I was well taken care of. As a woman who knows zilch about auto mechanics, he treated me with dignity and respect.

Words cannot express how thankful I am for Frasier Tire Services! I needed a new tire quick. I called and they had the tire in stock. Promised me that it would be changed in fifteen minutes without need of an appointment. On a MONDAY I had my tire changed in less than fifteen minutes. Everyone was so cheerful and kind. I would definitely recommend Frasier Tire Services! Thanks guys!

When my wife first started taking her car there, they where great had great customer service, and get the car done in a reasonable time. I loved going here until today, i dropped my wife's car off at 8 this morning and came back at 10 to pick it up, before leaving the car that morning i was told it would cost 140$ to get new breaks, then when i came back they told me it would be 266$ because they had to add routers, they did not call me and tell me they where going to do this.... in my opinion this is EXTREMELY bad business practice, I did not have 266$ to give them and they acted as if they did not care.

I hit a curb which resulted in a tire issue. Frasier Tire resolved my issue in a timely and professional manner. Another couple came in while i was waiting. Their flat tire was repaired and they were back on the road in 15 minutes. That level of service is rare.

These guys always take car of my company vehicle. They let me know of any upgrades or anything else they find wrong or bad before they just go and do the work.. Reasonably priced for automotive repairs. Bring your Rig here too!

I am a single female with an old BMW that breaks down a lot...The staff at Frazier tires has ALWAYS taken care of me. They are fast, efficient, honest, and beyond friendly. They have never turned me away and have even fixed a few minor cosmetic issues free of charge. I don't know what my old beater/Beamer and I would do without them.

DO NOT PURCHASE GOODYEAR TIRES FROM THIS LOCATION! This location does not honor Goodyear s Free Tire Rotation. The Sumter SC location (owned by the same individual) does value their customers and abides by Goodyear s Lifetime Tire Rotation Warranty. I did find out that the owner actually leaves the decision to his managers. I went to the Sumter SC location, for over a year, and because of the service I received I went to them for everything. I also recommended them to everyone that needed tires/repairs. I would never set foot in the North Charleston location again.

My parents were visiting on vacation and had a blowout on one of their trailer tires. We were struggling to find a replacement that was the right size, we finally called frasier and the man on the phone was incredibly helpful and we got the tire replaced at 4:15 on a Friday afternoon.

Caught in a tight situation out of town, Frasier Tire really came through with exceptional customer care. My starter had been replace on my Lincoln navigator the week before at another shop in N. VA. Don was extremely helpful in making sure I understand what was wrong with my vehicle and even showed me exactly what the problem was (what the other guys missed). I would have loved to get the repair done at Frasier's but I had to get back on the road. The best part of this ordeal was that I ran the risk of my car not starting while traveling with my family back to VA...a nightmare with small children. Don and crew showed me a trick to get my car started in a pinch until I could get the vehicle repaired back home. Not only did 'it do the trick' when the car did start after getting gas on I95; but Frasier didn't even charge me the standard diagnostic fee. I love Charleston, and I would recommend anyone visit Frasier's for great and fair service. Thanks Guys!

These guys are Rockstars... Rob & his staff are very helpful & knowledgeable... They always get us fixed up & out the door for a fair price... Highly recommended for your car, truck, SUV, HD truck, R.V., Etc...

Well the guys behind the counter was pretty good I just think that the prices our little bit too steep I understand you got a business to run but my God I'm not paying everybody's paycheck in one tire I never seen such stuff in my life I work at a tire store for years and no way attires that much not for 15 inch tire that's the only thing that I have a complaint on as far as the business and the people working there everything went pretty good

Horrible experience I had them align my truck and balance my tires. When I picked my truck up I noticed that they had cut my inner fender wells due to my tires possibly rubbing and I asked them why they cut them without asking me first and they denied it the manager was very unprofessional and rude I will never use them again

Professional and very nice staff. I went in to get my tire replaced and I was only charged 10 dollars. I was in and out in 30 mins. I recommend this place to anyone.
