My husband and I have used this company in the past in Virginia and have always been pleased with our service. When they built one down here close to us we were EXCITED. We've been to this location several times and have always had an easy and very pleasant experience. Today I decided I needed new tires for my Mustang. I went down to make sure they were in stock like the website said they were and they were indeed in stock! I was able to get my new tires, mount and balance, all in just about an hour! Love this company, highly highly recommend!

My experience was really good from the beginning I call.. I told them I needed Michelin tires and they didn't had them in stock but he said that he can have them today meaning the same day and they call me and said they came in and I went down there. The only thing why I didn't give a 5 star because I had to wait for 3hrs. Over all I will recommend them. Thank you.

I will never go anywhere else for tires! These guys have been more than accommodating for a Goodyear warranty/ 60-day satisfaction return. I bought the Goodyear Steadfast for my 2021 Denali and had 12 hours, 3 locations, 3 balances, and an alignment into these tires before I called it quits. After speaking with Goodyear, they recommended Discount Tire to help with the warranty claim (not the original installer). No questions asked! Discount Tire handled the claim, ordered the new tires, and had them on 30 mins upon arrival. During the initial Inspection for the exchange, the tech found a lug nut about to fall off because it was never tightened by the previous location. Keen eye! Do yourself a favor and only deal with a Discount Tire if you want a friendly, reliable, and trustworthy tire dealer and installer!

Brandon is the best!!!! I came in with a flat tire,in a hurry to get my daughter from school. Brandon was very kind and attentive. He provided great,prompt customer service. He had me in and out in the time frame that he assured me I would be out the door. He is a great asset to the company. I really hope that his Superiors see this review and commend him for his hard work. I plan to tell all my social media about my experience today, in hopes that they all will support this location. Great experience here today. Ordered online for an install appointment and was welcomed as soon as I showed up. All the guys here were super professional and the shop is very clean. They took great care of my truck and checked in with me throughout the wait just to make sure I was doing well. My truck has specialty wheels which required them to do a little more and take extra time when installing and they seemed to really have a high attention to detail. Will definitely come back next time I need anything! Highly recommend

If you need a tire, and no one else in town has it, This place does!!They are the best damn tire shop in town. Great prices. Great work. GREAT INVENTORY!!This is the best place to get new tires than anywhere else in town!Period!!

Traveling from PA to SC, we encountered a flat tire. After the frustration of unloading roadside and placing a temporary tire, we contacted Discount Tire while continuing down the road. Ryan answered the phone and could not have been nicer to us. He was prompt and very polite. He got us right in to repair our flat. Bren handled the repair upon arrival at no charge and very efficiently. We were back on the road and enroute to our vacation within an hour. Thank you Discount Tire.

The only place I go for my vehicle needs. I have been doing business with them for over 3 years. They are punctual, stand by their word, and have great work ethic. All my warranty claims have gone smoothly. Their communication is amazing. If I could give them 20 stars I would.

I can t say enough about the customer service here. A well earned 5 star review. I mostly dealt with Jose, but no matter who picked up the phone while I was planning this one-off after market fitment the service was impeccable.While the job was being performed Jose was personally involved and the entire team treated my vehicle as their own.

I have a mechanic I go to regularly and trust, but I needed a tire repaired quickly on a day he is not open. I was disappointed to find out that Discount Tires couldn't plug my tire as the nail was too close to the shoulder, but they charged me the same price for a tire as I could have gotten at Walmart. I admit alarm bells were ringing when he began asking about my windshield wipers and telling me I'd be needing to replace my other tires soon due to the tread depth, but ultimately, I didn't pay but 20 bucks more than what my preferred place would have charged. They said my car would be done at 2:11 and it was done by 1:35. I am always wary of new mechanics trying to sell me things I don't need or overcharge, but this place has definitely earned repeat business from me.

The tire and the installation were awesome.The thing that kept the rating from 5 star is they tried hiding a $80+ feed for future air and tire rotations in the bill. I feel that as kind of shady.

Wow, what a great experience! Tires were bought and paid for online and appointment setup. AJ met me as I walked in, and we walked out to the truck to discuss what we were doing. He suggested keeping an eye on a tire threat wasn't being changed this trip and mentioned a few other services they offer. No high-pressure sales or upselling :) . I found all the associates to be friendly and professional. They kept me updated on the status of my vehicle both in person and in text. In and out in less than an hour. Fair price. I'm not sure I could ask for much more. Thanks!

Efficient and friendly service. Explained options well. Patched tire and replaced wiper blade and got us on our way quickly. We'll be back for tires when it's time to replace them.

Bought 4 wheels today and Ryan was the best to work with. Had a bent and split rim and decided to replace all 4 on my Tesla 3. He explained everything and was very helpful explaining all options . Price was great. I will be back for all my tire/wheel needs. Thanks again Ryan!!

My husband and I set an appointment to get a new tire because our tread was non existent. Brandin met us in the parking lot as we pulled in and spoke to us about what we were getting done, he immediately took our car and looked at it then notified us we needed our passenger front done as well (and he showed us). Landon was assisting us at the desk and was just an absolute sweetheart. He quoted us 30 minutes and it was actually 15. Super smooth process. Best shop I ve been to in Charleston, even better staff.

I will never take my car anywhere else. Quality tires. Friendly and helpful employees. Most car places try to swindle or con women who come in alone but never this place. They have always been so kind and helpful and up front about what I need and have worked with my budget as best they could. Seriously great people. Thank you for the great work you do.

While on a trip, 2000 miles from home, we had trouble with the special steel valve stems on our 1 Ton RV.Discount Tire, (North Charleston on Ashley Phosphate) crew corrected all the issues.Took them 2 hours - which is absolutely okay. They spent the necessary time to correct and verify the installation.Service writer, shop foreman(?), tire man, all very professional and meticulous.Excellent job. Thank you

Just had these rims put on by this shop.. They put on lugs that were too long... So I had to grind them down.. Had to rethread my rotors in some spots.. It was hitting my parking brakes in the back and my wheel bearings in the front... Also I have vibrations while driving... So I did more research on that.. An come to find out my OEM hub bore was smaller than these hub bore..So I have to get hub rings..I'm very disappointed with this shop.. If I hadn't checked this out.. My car would have been ruined..

These guys deserve the high rating. Forget going to the dealership, go here. They are fast, priced far lower than dealerships and will investigate problems for you on the spot. 100% recommend

Got my tire patched for free here today, everyone was incredibly helpful! Bren checked me in and the mechanic was very nice. They got my car done sooner than they quoted and there seemed to be excellent communication between all the employees. I'll definitely be back when it's time to replace my tires.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I dropped my car off to receive a new set of tires a few hours before my appointment time, expecting to pick it up at the end of the day. To my surprise, my car was done 30 minutes later, way before my scheduled appointment time. AJ made the whole process very delightful. He was very prompt, had great communication, and answered all of my questions. This was the best experience I have ever had in the auto industry. Thank you!

The Discount Tire on Ashley Phosphate is phenomenal!! This is the second time I have bought tires from them and will continue to do so. The first time, I purchased the additional insurance that replaces any of the tires that need to be replaced due to road hazard. And boy was I glad I did. Today I got 2 new tires and only had to pay for one. And Jose could not have been any friendlier, professional or helpful if he tried. He made the whole experience so easy and stress free. And we had a few laughs as well. With the shortage of staffs so many businesses are experiencing, I hope this location realizes how lucky they are to have him. I highly recommend Discount Tire!

I visited this location and was very satisfied. Was greeted at the door with a friendly employee that got me in and out very quickly. I started using this tire store because of it being a national chain. I will continue to use this chain for here on. The employees here are knowledgeable and will help you anyway they can.

Brought my car here after some issues with wheel locks that the dealership couldn t solve. Took Jeremiah a total of 10 minutes to fix what the dealership couldn t in 1 hour. Can t recommend this place enough

If I could give no stars, honestly I would. The staff was very kind, however, had no pep in their step for anything. Walked in without an appointment for a tire plug in. Was promised to have my car back by 5:30. I got in at 2:45 and didn t get my car back until 6 pm!!! Absolutely ridiculous.
