Carolina Muffler and Brakes took care of the exhaust leak on my bronco, now there s no annoying ticking noise and it sounds smooth again. They explained the best solution for a fix and were very reasonable in price. I definitely recommend them for any exhaust work. Thanks again.

So thankful for Carolina Muffler & BrakesThey saved the day!After driving over some rough roads, my rusty tailpipe snapped loose and was about to fall off! But they were so kind to be able to help me out. They were able to install a brand new shiny exhaust pipe with a very strong bracket install. They even helped save my vintage exhaust tip to reuse. Amazing!Everyone was so kind and helpful. Thank ya ll!

Took my 2020 Chevy Trailboss to have my AWE catback exhaust system installed, they did a fantastic job and instead of using the clamps provided they recommended stainless steel welds. The welds came out great and will last a lifetime and I won't have to worry about the clamps coming loose. I highly recommend this shop for any custom exhaust work. Fantastic job!!

Travis and his crew are the best around. Nothing they can't do. I travel 2 hours for their work with any new vehicle and have for years. These are pics from my new truck where they built a muffler bypass, via electronic butterfly valve, which ties back into the exhaust piping behind the muffler. Flip a switch inside the cab to go from mild to wild. Amazing work!

Customer service is great. My muffler got disconnected from the pipe and I told them to look at it to make sure that all I needed was a weld and they went along and welded my muffler back on ($125) but after they did that the lady told me that I need a new muffler and it was going to be $200 just for a new muffler not happy at all with how they handled the situation.Service: Exhaust

Had a muffler deleted done. I called one morning, the next morning they said they could take care of what I needed. Sat and waited just over two and 1/2 hours, which is pretty quick for the job. Frankie set me up with a new set of mufflers and tips for my '85 Corvette. It sounds fantastic and looks great. They are friendly as hell, and it only took a few hours. The best part is, it only cost me half what I thought it would. Highly recommend!

I have emailed a lot of car places in my life but it is rare to find a place that actually responds to you within a reasonable amount of time. Carolina Muffler and Break will respond to you the next morning at 0800 if you reach out after hours and they will answer all of your questions. Communication was amazing with them... BETTER THAN ANY OTHER CAR PLACE YOU WILL EVER DEAL WITH. They did fantastic work for a very reasonable price and I would recommend them to anyone! Don't waste your time trying to do your own exhaust... give them a call or shoot them an email. You will not regret it! Just got my 2021 Honda Civic Sport serviced there and they did an amazing job! I emailed the night before asking if they had any availability for today and they responded immediately the morning of today to set up an appointment. I would definitely recommend them!

They Installed Flowmaster FlowFX mufflers along with quad 3.5" tips on my 2016 Jaguar XF-S recently. Due to it being a supercharged V6 I was worried that it could be too loud/obnoxious. Luckily they had the perfect solution for me with the FlowFx. The engine now has a more aggressive, deeper sound without being over-the-top. Will definitely have my car back in for other work in the future!Service: Exhaust

I took my car here because it was making a loud noise. They said nothing was wrong but a leak. Took it some where else. No my front end was bent. Almost cost me my car because my my oil pan was pushing against it. How they missed this was beyond me.

Frankie is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She answered every time I called for an update and updated me constantly throughout the day when i had my exhaust system replaced. As someone who works at a luxury vehicle dealership, I couldn't have asked for better customer service. The technician who worked on my vehicle couldn't have been more experienced and told me exactly what my options were. I couldn't ask for a better overall experience than what was provided to me. Carolina Muffler & Brakes did an outstanding job on my 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500. Highly recommend. I was not 100% sure what I wanted to do for an aftermarket exhaust but the staff thoroughly walked me through the process of choosing the right sound and tips. Very quick service, 3-3 1/2 hours and my truck was finished, welds and pipe work were very well done. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and great pricing. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back with any future trucks. Great Job Carolina Muffler & Brakes. Thank you for making my truck sound exactly how I wanted it to.

It can be hard to find a good, reliable place to take your vehicle, especially as a woman. I called around several places to get my muffler repaired, and I landed on Carolina Muffler because I was so impressed with how kind and friendly Frankie was when I called! She got me in the next day for what I thought was going to be a fairly expensive muffler replacement, but it ended up being a small, quick, affordable repair! I will definitely recommend this shop to all my friends and family.

Carolina Muffler and Brake did a great job making a custom exhaust for my 1978 Landcruiser with a 350 engine swap. I actually set out to go to another shop on Remount based on a recommendation from a friend. That shop was so rude, I would have preferred they just smile and tell me to go away. Instead the guy told me I had to leave the truck for 1-2 days and wouldn t even look at it or give me a ballpark estimate of cost until I had done so. They assured me no one else would do the exhaust that day. So, I looked at the next closest shop that had positive Google reviews and drove over to Carolina Muffler and Brake. I told them about my experience with the previous shop, Frankie looked at me in disbelief and told me they could have the truck on the rack in 5 minutes, would give me a price and if I liked it they could do the work that day. The price was not the cheapest, but the work was high quality. These guys are pros. I m really happy with how it turned out. If you want to be treated with respect and receive a quality job, Carolina Muffler and Brake is a great place to go.

Great honest people and fast service! Talked with Frankie at the front desk, she was so nice and happy to help also very informative! We lifted my truck, and they walked me through everything listening to my input and suggesting their own. Very genuine. I'm very impressed with their fabrication work. 10 out of 10 would recommend! My truck feels brand new. Thanks!

After getting a $1500 estimate from Midas for a new cat converter I ended up stopping by Carolina muffler & brakes. The staff were very helpful and not only replaced my converter but also fixed an oil leak I had for under half the previous price. I highly recommend this place if you want quality work done at a fair and honest price! Frankie was super helpful and very knowledgeable about any questions I had. They definitely earned themselves a lifetime customer.

Carolina Muffler and brakes installed a Magnaflow muffler and dual exhausts on my '22 Silverado. They helped me pick out the muffler and the exhaust tips. I love their friendly service and attention to detail. I could not be more pleased with the results! I would recommend Carolina muffler and brake for any service they provide and I will continue to use them on my Silverado and other vehicles. What a great company!! Greeted us immediately and literally within minutes they were already puttin itg it on the lift..! I had ZERO luck trying to get my exhaust work done anywhere from Moncks Corner to downtown Charleston. I wasted so much time and gas find a business that is professional and not pull up too what looks like a graveyard of cars. ( And wanted nearly double than what I paid) Nice cooled waiting area! 2 bathrooms! Absolutely could not be more pleased with my experience with them!! 110% recommend this location!! I had a very positive experience getting my rattling and leaking muffler fixed today at Carolina Muffler & Brakes. I called yesterday and they were able to give me an appointment today to diagnose the problem. They accepted my vehicle on time, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and provided a price they expected along with some estimates if the work was more difficult than expected. They completed the work immediately, making a custom piece to replace only the portion of my exhaust system that was leaky and nothing extra. Highly recommend
