Had a fantastic experience with the team at Bernie s! I showed up with 4 tires I ordered online, and they happily mounted/balanced the set within 30 minutes! The employees are hospitable, you meet great locals while there, and you can tell they take great care while working on your car. Make sure you check these guys out for your next tire maintenance!

Do not go here, I had two tires replaced a month ago and while driving at a stop light going no more then 3mph my tire came clean off my car! I was on my way to the bridge this would have been a life threatening accident. I called them after it happened to ask for them to fix it and resolve the issue and they wanted nothing to do with it and tried to claim it wasn t their fault. Not only was it missing and entire lug as you can see two of them were completely shredded down. I had multiple people including police inform me this is entirely the fault of their company. Would give zero stars if I could. If only they could have helped after the fact but they were entirely unhelpful with the whole situation.

Bernie s continues to be my go to for anything tire related. I have been going to them for years and that won t change. The prices can t be beat and the service is the best in town. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Even on the busiest of days, you are basically in and out. From getting a tire replaced to just stopping by to get some air or a leak plugged, Bernie s is your best bet!

If you want fast, amazing, friendly help go here!! I had two bad tires and they worked with me and made sure I was safe to be on the road in less than 30 min. The prices were extremely within budget and the car feels great!! Can t thank them enough for being there in a time of need!!

Have used Bernie s twice for new tires and these guys are awesome. The whole team is polite, hardworking, helpful, and quick. And the prices are fair. 100% recommend.

Such an amazing place and people who work there. Don't let one bad experience from a Karen let you think they aren't amazing at what they do. Marked by excellence, experience, and actually caring about people this is the best place to go for all your tire needs. Open Sundays from10-3 (unlike Geralds) nothing against them but I've always gotten way better service ag Bernie's. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I have been coming to Bernie s tires on and off for years. Always recommended. Very helpful and great prices for tires. The staff is very open and honest with the process they need to do and explains everything. We will continue to come and recommend to friends and family.

Love this place they were the only ones that were open. The workers are very kind as well! Charlie, Aldo, and Bambino worked very hard and placed the tires on quickly and effectively. Bernie the owner is very humble as well. Highly recommended!

Incredibly helpful fast and easy service. Do not waste your time with the other fools on rivers. Go to Bernie's for a good honest tire shop with fair prices.

Very kind and generous. After staying at Walmart for five hours and couldn't get tire off, Bernie's got it off in minutes. Gave a good price and were Lifesavers for me right before the holidays. Thanks

Poor Communication skills. Fail to replace tire sensor when purchasing new tires. I address them because I didn't see the process of it being done an this is one of the main reasons that I gave service to them after calling to verify my situationSo it's more money out of pocket for a job that the pros them self couldn't do .so a waste of time an money for a lie they told me an I'm still stuckNever will they get money from me

Very friendly clean with a wide selection of tires unfortunately because of the common size of my tire they didn't have a used one for. They did recommend a couple other places.

Had the tire we needed, which other shops were unable to currently find, as it is apparently a non standard issue size.. They even held it for us the next day, and very affordably changed it for us. This will now be my place for sure. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The best place in town. We were visiting from out of town and tried 5 (yes 5) different tire places in Mt. Pleasant to get our tire fixed. Every location in Mt. Pleasant turned us down and wouldn't make an exception to help us out. We called Bernie's on the 4th of July and they were more than ready to help us and guaranteed us we wouldn't be turned away. Don't waste your time on all the other tire places just call or go straight to Bernie's. This place is the exception and the best in Charleston.

Worst service ever scratch my rims. And said nothing they can do about it if u have any thing other then a factory tire don t come here poor service

I got a flat on my last day of a Charleston vacation and needed a patch. It was a Sunday and the chain stores were either closed or not able to take appointments for 4-7 days. I called Bernie's and they got me in right away. Did a pro patch on my tire and got me on my way. They were attentive, kind and super fast! Bernie saved my vacay!

Passing thru area from New Jersey and picked up metal in my tire ..in a panic 800 miles from home .found Bernie s!!! In and out in 10 minutes and back in the road!!!!!

They will say there s no used tires available just so you can pay full price for a New tire. They also charge $5 to add air to your tires. As much as the black community is loyal to their services, this is how they do them.

Great service with no fluff or sale pitches I'm guessing the tires range in price depending on the tread. I was able to get a used tire that matched the current three in tread and more importantly, size. Somewhat rare tire size. Balanced and removal and install placing my spare back was 40.00 even. Wow, you can't beat that! Definitely recommend for new and used after that experience.
