The people here were very helpful. They noticed I needed help and walked up to me, instead of watching me struggle or waiting for me to come to them. I needed some sockets for a job I was stuck on and they got me out of there and back to work.

I purchased antifreeze for my car because it was low. I thought I had a funnel in my trunk and forgot that I left it in my shed at home. Because I was attempting to pour it in my reservoir the clerk let me borrow the store use funnel. That meant the world to me. Thanks Auto Zone. They also have self checkout

A young man named Scott gave me excellent customer service. I told him I needed screws for my license plate and he took one look at my car and knew exactly which screw I needed. He also applied the screws for me. I thank you so much Scott!

went to get items to change my oil and I didn't know what filter my car took. This lady asked me which 1 because the system shows 2. I said well u should tell me which 1 even with the VIN # she couldn't help. So why did u have this job? help me is ur job

Two ladies were working alone today and they were completely slammed. They stayed cool taking turns being outside because part of what they do is check/replace batteries and "check engine" lights. Customers were pouring in, the phone was ringing off the hook. And they kept everything under control with the greatest amount of aplomb. Highly recommended. Go Girls!!!!

The Staff are always friendly and helpful to you. They're eagerly waiting to help you with whatever you need. Whether it's a new battery or changing your windshield wipers. Or finding the many parts and tools for your car and loan you there tools for you to help yourself with car repairs.

Thank you! Professional! Fast! We were traveling from out of town. Issues with battery or alternator. Professional young man was outside immediately. He tested both. He diagnosed. He took care of our purchase quickly & instead of taking our money to purchase tools for installation, he put the battery on a cart, brought it out, installed it & took the old one. All we had to do was pop the hood. Total visit - 20 minutes. Price was in line. The service was above & beyond.

Tony D was extremely helpful in jump starting our car. We were staying in a house just down the street and when we went to leave the car battery was drained. We walked up the street to this store and he let us borrow their portable jumper. Sadly it didn t work, so we pushed the car to the store and he jumped our car with his own and sent us safely on our way. Exceptional service!!

I have never been met with such blatant disdain for a customers needs. Toby or Tory was at the counter when I walked in. I told him I needed to find out the specific oil needed for a vehicle. He immediately barked 5W-30! I have been here weekly and he s always a pill so I wasn t surprised that he was so dismissive. I said this is a European vehicle and needs something specific do you mind looking it up? He replied 5w- 30 is what is recommended for this climate.I am not interested in the basic climate accepted oil. Why is this guy even here if he can t assist customers?When I asked him to look up my Audi Q5 he said the system didn t have my car in it.. Clearly a power struggle was beginning. Why are we paying snarky customer service employees who have no interest in servicing customers. He then stalked me at the isle as I confirmed with my shop on the phone to select the right one further trying to insert his whack energy and authority.When I brought a different kind of oil to the counter he tries to backpeddle saying the system showed that option even though moments earlier the system didn t have my car Autozone may have more inventory then the place across the street but you ve lost reliable business. Unacceptable rude behavior. If you don t like working with people DONT.

Customer service wasn't great at all. Could use more organization in handling a long line of customers. I just needed to get the check engine light looked at and info on resetting it. Although I had already waited in line for awhile, when it was my turn at the counter, the clerk said I had to wait until he took care of everyone else behind me, which was 8-10 more ppl and growing. Then he said I could go to another location if I didn't want to wait.

I m from Houston but I travel for work, my truck started messing up on me on the way home the other day so I decided to swing in and see what they could do to help me, they were all wonderful employees, the guys in the front were savvy but not professionals, they called a guy out of the back that was wearing a weathered and stained shirt and I knew then that he was who I needed to help, he climbed all in the engine bay with me to find things and under the truck to point a few things out and was willing to get dirty, in the end we didn t figure it out and had to return some parts. I ve been to many stores across the country and it was by far the best experience at any autozone I ve ever been to,

I come here for convenience of the location and that's hit. Customer service is usually unsatisfactory. I almost feel like I am not welcome there. Almost like I am a bother for coming in and asking for the workers to do what they are there for. Not all employees suck but you will know immediately which ones do

I visit the Rivers Ave location quite frequently. I appreciate the staff that take the time to explain auto parts info that is foreign to me. No matter the question I always get help or a referral to someone or someplace.My disappointment is each time I enter the store, I m noticing more and more staff are not wearing masks. When I ve asked why, I ve gotten the I forgot answer.My question is, are autozone staff not required to follow the same cdc recommendations as the customers?I noticed a sign on the door asking the customers to please wear a mask? I ve also noticed customers run back to the car to retrieve their mask before entering.Statistics say that our area has a high transmission of COVID 19. It s real and I suggest Upper manage should address the staff on their customers personal safety concerns as well as their own. Let s work together against COVID!Thank youSean Malcolm Jr.

The entire crew was super helpful and super nice! Ryan went out of his way to assist with a rather challenging battery replacement. It was near the end of the day, really hot, and a tough situation. Ryan was patient and maintained his composure, making AutoZone look really good on a difficult day. Thanks to this awesome team on Rivers Ave.!!!!

i was there yesterday and service was poor at best the manager was busy hitting on women along with his employee two customers left they just got tired of waiting as i did, this is not the fist time this nor the fifth however this is the first store that i have ever written a review on a business and as a owner myself i would want to know if my workers behavior was this poor.

Triston was amazing. He changed my daughter s headlight bulbs. It was not an easy job! He was so kind to her. Her husband is deployed for the military. She had no headlights to make the drive for the move. Now she is safe! Thanks Triston!!

I am very disappointed with the service that I received here their employee Bryan who works there is very discourteous and is not worried about the customers or being a good face for the company, he provided me false pricing information and wasted my time and gas and would not honor the price he quoted me over the phone and would not price match with o'Reilly auto part's.
