Omg I went to auto zone for the first time in my life and my entire experience from stepping in and getting my battery change was superb all because of this one guy name Scott D. We need more people like him to serve customers his attitude was beyond great. This store is going to be my parts store moving forward. Scott D please make sure when I come there you re there. thank you, your awesome keep up the good work being a wonderful customer service and turning our frown in a laughter the entire time.

This review is something I take to heart.I want to start this by letting everyone know I love AutoZone. This is usually a place where I feel like I can get good advice on what to do next when I have issues with my car.But my first visit at this AutoZone was not pleasant at all. I had just gotten off a 12 hour shift at the hospital when my check engine light appeared. Just wanted to take it in to get a reading. I was then belittled by the man doing the reading on my car. He suggested that I have whatever male figure in my life take it somewhere to get it looked at as I would not understand the language that a car repairman would speak to me if I were to take it in. Also the silly thing was, he didn t even know what one of the diagnoses meant.While I am more than qualified to understand automotive repair language, I was baffled at his comment to me.Can we please normalize women getting car repairs without a toxic environment like this?All I was doing was getting a reading on my car. That s pretty ridiculous to me.

They went above and beyond to help me with my headlight. Yep it seems like suck a simple task, but it turned into a whole project for us. The gentlemen took their time and made sure everything was right. Those guys were awesome!!!

Scott at you service counter needs to be a professional trainer on the way to handle what's coming at you. He's spinning his wheels and your wasting time letting him or making him. He handle my issues with a credit and I was highly upset. He calmly explained what happened. Now I not only appreciate your policy but the people who take the time and care. Sorry so long winded.Thx.

Looked around trying to get a headlight at other stores and got looked past. Immediately when I walked into the store Mr. Scott greeted me and assisted me. Got a great price on the headlight, told some jokes and made my day. Thanks Mr. Scott just him having great customer service attitude makes shopping there a breeze.

After frustrating delivery services from other places, I was a little gun-shy on delivery but ordered some windshield wipers to be delivered from Auto Zone. I had them in hand within a few hours with zero issues and delivery fee didn't break the bank. This is how delivery is supposed to work. Small simple order, but they earned my future business.

The manager was too rude, I just went to get an order, I forgot my ID and I asked him the options himself and he was just rude, he threw the pieces aside and said he couldn't do anything, he was really very rude, I won't be coming back to this place again. store.

Scott at Store #1028 was very thorough and helpful in troubleshooting my engine starting issues. Through various diagnostics, he was able to narrow the problem to the battery which he replaced under warranty. I was very pleased with his service.

Scott at store 1028 was great. I saw him handle a customer complaint with a cool calm demeanor. Then Scott helps me out with my issue. He s an asset to the store and I ll come back because of him.

I had to get a new battery about 5 mins before they closed, and Erik went above and beyond to help me get that battery and use their tools to get it in. Never once complained even though I had them open a few minutes later than 9. Their employees care!

I had a battery issue. Battery is less than a year old. Because I could not prove my purchase I was told they would not warranty the battery. Of course it upset me, and the manager then proceeds to say that I'm assaulting him and hes going to call the police. Says I had a bad attitude because of my bad day., and it was not his problem, which only proceeded to upset me more. Instead of trying to help the situation, he would rather accuse me of "ASSAULTING HIM" which was absurd, and as I continued asking him how exactly I was "assaulting" him he was telling me to leave and that he was calling the police. Uncalled for, EXTREMELY poor management skills, instead of attempting to help a customer that was having an issue with there product, he would rather make an already bad situation worse by fueling the problems that were are ready fueled by a defective battery. I have over 10 vehicles. I own a Construction company, my people buy batteries for my trucks, with my money in 4 different states, so a cashier puts in the wrong information and now my warranty is voided, and I'm kicked out of a store? REALLY?? AND THREATENED BY THE POLICE TO!!MY COMPANY WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER ITEM FROM AUTO ZONE.

The young guy that was helping us had no knowledge of where the transmission dip stick was located on my Rouge . We were at AutoZone for about 27 minutes trying to figure it out. It used to be where you could put your hand on everything under the hood. Why are they making everything so difficult? I do give the guy props for trying

Scott is such a pleasure to work with! He replaced my fianc�s car battery in less than 15 minutes IN THE RAIN. Never complained and was nice as could be the entire time. AutoZone is blessed to have Scott on their team!

Scott D.... Is AWESOME. Went in for a replacement windshield for my ford focus. It was a time trying to find the correct one. But Mr. Scott put on his "I can solve it" cap and found the correct windshield since the one i bought didn't fit my car.... He gave me a refund but the replacement was a lil more than what i purchased. Mr. Scott comes in to save my day and paid the difference out of his pocket . It wasnt much but being that i am dead broke until payday it made a big difference and set the tone for how of my day is going to play out..... Thank you Mr. Scott you put a smile on my face with your awesome customer service. Need more ppl like you in this world. Thanks

I went to another auto part place and it was ridiculously expensive for headlights. I came to auto zone and the price was so affordable! Not only that Morris was very helpful! He had a lot of patience when it came to answering my questions and installing my headlights. Thank you Morris for being awesome !

Went in to get replacement battery for my 2015 Ford explorer. Christian helped me. He rang up my order and put the battery in for me. I have a hernia and can not lift anything over 10 lbs. He did everything qui c kly and with a big smile. Very friendly guy and he provided excellent customer service. With employees like this representing auto zone with such courtesy and friendliness I don't see myself going anywhere else for car parts.

My boyfriend and I received exceptional customer service at this location. Jennie and Manny went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of yesterday. They were extremely pleasant and did not hesitate to get their hands dirty to help us. Would definitely recommend attending this location. We just had to tip.
