That was a great service! I got there a little bit early and in about an hour, they were able to install my new windshield. So far so good! I had to make sure that they put back my 2 stickers on my windshield. I recommend this shop! Everyone was nice!

Auto Glass Now was readily available when we needed a full windshield replacement on our Cadillac XT6. They called to schedule the appointment promptly and got it done on our schedule in about an hour. The technician was very courteous and great to talk to, and he was able to get all our window decals moved over without issue. All around great job! My passenger side window regulator failed, and it sounded like the window shattered. I called them, and was told they would need to order window, but got an appointment the next day. The receptionist was very polite, and the technician was waiting as I walked in the door and took my van right away. Was done very quickly, when I went to pay was told the window did not shatter, and they only charger me to replace the regulator. They could have charged me for a window too, and I would have never known. Honest and reliable service, gets 5 stars from me, will definitely do business with them again if needed.

Dealing with Auto Glass Now was a breeze! Scheduling was simple and the service rep was pleasant and helpful. Brandon, the installer, kept me apprised of his arrival and was prompt, pleasant, and professional! He had my new MOPAR windshield installed in less than 30 minutes and cleaned everything up nicely. I'd give them 10 stars, if I could!

Scheduling a windshield replacement through Auto Glass Now was very easy. Ongoing communication to set up replacement was great, even when things had to be rescheduled due to weather. The repair tech was friendly, punctual and communicative. The actual work performed was done quickly, and I'm satisfied with the finished product. Auto Glass Now made things convenient for me and did a great job!

I can't even express how happy I am to have been able to find this place. We were traveling during the holidays, (Literally on Christmas)..back home and had our window shattered in bad weather and got stranded!!!! Without them, not only were our holidays not ruined, but neither were our travels home to get our kids back in school. Promptly:)Professional and very understanding of the urgency of our situation. We had very quick & plesent experience, even in horrible weather!Highly recommended. Thank you so much!

Being my first time ever having to replace a windshield I came here and the windshield looks like it was installed correctly. But I have aftermarket wheels and the people who installed the windshield stepped in them and scratched alone the inside of it. 1 week old rims and they are already scratched up. If you have any aftermarket work done and have nice wheels, save yourself some pain and go somewhere else

Easy and simple process! Filed claim with GEICO on a Friday evening, picked Auto Glass Now because I ve seen their shop and heard they were the pros.. by Monday I had an automated text to call and schedule my appointment. Next day a tech came out while I was at work and took care of the replacement of my front windshield, he did a 100% professional job, and even called to let me know when he was on the way and was finished up! Highly recommend! Professionals.

I was serviced by Joee !! Very fast , & friendly . After been given the run around with other places . I got my front windshield and side window replaced within the next hour . HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ! I went there because there s a good reviews and medium price ($480) comparing to other shops. Also they have windshield ready in the same day. Was it worth? Not so sure.I have had windshields replacement somewhere else before and I never had these issues. My Windshield was dirty inside out. I had to clean them afterwards. There are 2 tiny dents on brand new windshield. Not only that. They scratches my airbag area. I knew it was not just dirty.Biggest thing for me is the visible glue on both sides! How did they leave it like that? Or they did not check or clean it afterwards. It s messy. Also how they attached my mirror back to windshield. I can see there s a white gap in between black frame. I would not recommend or come back to this place.Service: Auto windshield replacement

WOW! I usually leave pros & cons in my reviews, but I have no cons this time.Back story - I busted my windshield the evening of July 1st in Atlanta. I started calling for quotes the next day in Atlanta & Charleston since I was moving on July 6th.Of the 7 places I called, Autoglass Now:- responded to my quote request the fastest- could get me in the soonest (on July 6th if I had wanted!)- had the lowest quoteThey told me it would take 45 min to 1 hr for a replacement (which I thought was quick).I was out the door in .When they called day of to confirm the appointment, they even asked if I'd like to come in sooner that day. Love it.Cindy was also enjoyable to talk to during my very short wait

Malcom was fantastic! He arrived exactly when he said he would. And within an hour (all while answering my questions too) he had my windshield replaced and all my sensors hooked back up and calibrated. Thank you!!

I wish I could be leaving a good review. However, the initial dealings with the lady who does the scheduling was a bit obtuse. My first contact was to replace the glass where the truck sat and was given a price. I agreed and she said that they would contact me in about 10 days to schedule the glass replacement. Received a text message today at 10:45am saying that my glass appointment was at 8am today. When I called to find out what was going on, the lady was very rude that I missed my appointment and that we never spoke about a mobile service. I cannot stress enough, as a man who has been in business for over two decades, that the amount of backend unprofessionalism did not go unnoticed and my potential future business with them was instantly terminated. Take my advice and just pass them by.

I initially came in just to replace a rear view mirror that I bought on amazon. The Incompetent installer used a prying tool to remove my rear view mirror and cracked the glass. Then stated, just make a claim with your insurance company. Wth??? One star!! Always take your glass needs to safelite, they know not to pry on glass!

Service by the tech was great but the front desk lady had an attitude. Wouldn't let me use the restroom while waiting and Wouldn't let me talk to the tech. I can understand if I was in the shop but I was outside.
