These are lazy people shoutout the one younger guy who actually helped me and help me identify the part of my car as a black female who knows my car and any Chevy made car you guys suck yall didn t want to help me at all I never asked not one staff member what part I needed all I asked was can yall hook the reader to my car so I myself can see the code the engine light was reading and yall didn t want to help me not only that to the guy who is walking around like and injured snail if I m parked in front of the store that should be more helpful to you you told me to park in a parking spot across the street in order for you to help me does that make sense either way you can hook the reader up to my car rather I m in a parking spot or not like the guys before you have done and it would ve helped you out considering your the one who can barely walk I don t see myself coming back here to a bunch of lazy workers I appreciate the guy who did help me with everything .. the current guys refused to help me with yall should find a new job if you can t do the current one correct i went to another store explained what just happened and the guys laughed at this locations behavior no one asked to identify the part once again I new I needed a purge valve I just wanted to make sure the code was still the same - A CODE AND YOU CAN TELL ME WHAT THE CODE MEANS

Awful customer service. Employees are rude and unhelpful. Won't be going to this location again.

Went there today needed new battery, talk to Jose to see if they could install battery he said yes another auto store wouldn't do It because could take 30 minutes Jose install the battery in 15 minutes did great job very knowledgeable

Visited today for battery, felt unwelcome.Seems I was disturbing the cashier.Next time will drive mile longer.
