Julie and the whole staff were amazing helping me get a new car battery! Cant say enough great things!! In a world where bad service is normal, it was nice to have AMAZING service and care. I DEFINITELY will be back!!

I enjoyed my visit on today. However, I was skeptical of the parts being available, but the associate was able to help me find what I was looking for. The associate was patience and friendly. I am happy that I was able to get the parts that I needed on today. Overall the visit was pleasant and everyone assisted as needed. Greatly appreciate the service provided.

New Team inside us very educated unlike the staff from a few years ago. Had battery issue and with a warranty snafu the team took care of my issues. Ask for Gueri P and Julissa when you go..

I went to 3 different auto shops in order to get a new battery for my car. Every where I went I was met with resistance, either they didn t have the battery or I had to get it professionally installed.That was until I went to Advance Auto Parts and met Gueri. Not only was he friendly, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Gueri turned my day around and got me what I needed. I m beyond thankful for his help and will defiantly be returning if I need another car part.

I will never go back to this store for sure or any other Advance Auto Parts after the bad experiences I have had with them in the past!! The management at this store is rude as all get out and the employees treat certain demographic of customers with complete disrespect. I strongly recommend going to O Reilly auto parts for their outstanding customer service or Auto Zone for the best prices if you HAVE to shop for car parts in this area! The Advance Auto Parts stores everywhere are going downhill and their prices are skyrocketing!

Warning: This Advanced Auto Parts store will no longer lend tools to remove your battery. They will also not remove your battery if your battery is not a simple set up. They will also not remove your battery unless you are buying a brand new battery from them.Despite the warning this is not why I gave a 1 star review. I came in to this store because I had originally dropped by autozone to check if my battery was okay. The scan from autozone showed that my battery was bad and they told me to bring it back to Advance Auto Parts.After I came into the store there was a male worker with black hair and tan skin whom I did not get the name of who told me that he cannot test the battery unless it is fully charged by Advanced and I was unable to remove the battery because he stated I could not borrow any tools since people were stealing the tools. He also said he wouldn't help me take it out because I wasn't buying a new one even though this battery was bought from them and under warranty. Fine.So I had to drive home take out my battery and drive the battery back to Advanced and drop it off overnight so that they could charge it. They told me to come back the next day.I came back the next day and the same guy was there. I asked him if he could check the battery and he seemed kind of annoyed but he took the battery and put the tester on it and he was waiting for quite a while. After a long while it felt like 5 minutes or more he finally said the battery is in good condition and told me my electrical wires are probably bad. I asked to see the reading from the tester and he said he already cleared it. At this point I did not want to be around here and left.I drove to the next available Advanced Auto Parts in Ladson and asked them to test the battery. They showed me that the battery was no good and was able to exchange my battery.No complaints about the company but this specific location felt really shady and probably needs to be checked on. The Ladson location is great!

Got my battery checked and replaced and it was super fast and the kid was very respectful. Highly recommend this place.

Visited for possible battery issue was given the best customer service from a gentlemen named Ron I believe. Ron went above and beyond to help me he didn't have to take the time to help figure out what was wrong especially during these times of caution with the pandemic. I am giving 5 stars for his hard work and knock your socks off customer service!! Thank you Ron we need more people like you in thw world!

This place is a joke. When I walked in, there was an associate on the phone, on speaker. The caller was cursing and carrying on. This call lasted at least 10 minutes. Another associate tried to help me but the computers supposedly were down. Then they couldn't look up the part I needed. Finally the computers come back up (after I gave them the part number I looked up on my phone) and they said they don't have the part. I called the store before I went to verify they had the part and they said yes. I'm not done with advance, I'm just done with this location.

Excellent service and part pricing. I took my car to the Fiat Dealership and got a quote of $277 for new battery. I called Advance spoke the wonder manager to get a quote, jumped my car took it to him and got a battery installed for $93 including tax! Wow what a blessing to a guy poor as a church mouse!

Very helpful! I had to buy a battery for my car and they put it in for me. I really appreciated this as I didn't have tools to do the installation. I was going to go to Stokes Honda North but they told me they were to busy to do this on a Saturday morning. Too bad I couldn't plan the day for my battery to die.

Very unprofessional. Doesn't pay attention to customers standing at counter to be checked out. Stood there for a good ten minutes while the guy behind counter ignored us. He could of at least said something..like be right with you or hello or something. You need to school employees on proper way to act on a job.

I WANT TO SAY ALICE DID A GREAT JOB BE SIDES JOSE SHE WAS REALLY SWEET. AND I APPRECIATE JOSE GOING OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP ME. I THINK ADVANCE SHOULD GIVE THEM A PAY RAISE . CAUSE YOU COULDN'T ASK FOR NICER PEOPLE.

Ordered curbside for 2 sets of rainx lattitude wiper blades(4 blades total.) When picking up, the rep gave us the wrong blade and tried to say they were the correct ones. He gave us the much cheaper lower quality rainx blades when we asked for the blades we ordered he said they were out of stock, thats why he gave us the other ones. Which was shady in and of itself because of the price difference in blade models.Will not be back. Staff is rude and dismissive.

The guys at Advance Auto Parts were professional and extremely helpful. I initially went to Autozone to get a battery and they told me they could sell me the battery but couldn't install. I went to Advance and they took care of me. They have a customer for life! Thanks Advance Auto!

Craig and other employee with braces said I couldn't return loaner tools at their store. Internet says I could and I also done it before with other stores. The store I initially got it from, also my two immediate family members who work for advance also said i could..I don't know what their issue is as they seemed tense about me asking if they are sure. Their excuse was it'll mess up their inventory. Both of my said family members whom are managers said otherwise

They have good customer service when you asked them about parts for your truck they give you a good answer or walk outside to help you and they are always sending you coupons the one i like is located in Remount Road Charleston South Carolina
