I called to inquire on the process to get a quote and was told that they were unwilling to look at my vehicle and provide me a quote. My understanding is that this is because it was not through insurance and would be paid out of pocket. Needless to say, this is highly disappointing.

Palmer's is absolutely the best body repair facility we have ever encountered. My wife and I have had three vehicles with varying amounts of body damage repaired and the quality of the work is top notch. Best mechanic in town! Jamie is very professional and kept wonderful communication during the entire process. Even washed and vacuumed my car. Handled the insurance claim process for me. My car was returned very quickly. Couldn't be more satisfied with the body work done.

Totally satisfied. Jamie is very competent, friendly, and customer oriented. He fixed my son's car just as promised. About a week after it was fixed we noticed a reflector lense was cracked, I offered to pay for the part if he'd install it. He said, no, I will take care of buying the part and installation. What a top-notch guy!!!

very flexible person. Highly knowledgeable in body work. And he try to save customer money though not loosing his labor. Major body work now a days replace and paint while this man put her expertise to fix. He use original paint no compromise.He is very good at quote.Also does small mechanical repairs on request to save trip to other shop.It s hard to find tech. Like him.Please trust me I am engineer since 40 years. Just go there and you be in good hands.

Brought in something minor (as far as body work goes) and these guys took care of me on the spot. He took something that could have been very aggravating and made it look easy. In other words, they know what they re doing! They also charged me very fairly. They were friendly and helpful people. I d highly recommend them to anyone.

I was in a car accident and wanted to go here, they werent able to help because of the insurance of the other party involved. But I just wanted to say these are the nicest people I have ever met, I got emotional parting with my baby and they were so nice and considerate of my feelings.
