So far they've never failed me. When I can't find something elsewhere I can usually find it at O'Reilly's. Employees are always knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. Very friendly customer service. At least that's my experiences there.

This particular O'Reilly's auto parts store is a little out of my way but their availability and ability to get the auto parts I need fast are second to none. I would recommend this O'Reilly's to all of my friends and the staff is very patient, knowledgeable and friendly.

Great staff that seem to know exactly where the parts you need are located. If you're not sure if a certain part will fit your car, van or truck, they're more then happy to help you figure it out and solve problems you may have. Super knowledgeable team. Thanks guys!!

We got pulled for a headlight being out. O Reilly was the only place open at 9:45 at night. The guys in there were so nice, and Brad even landed a hand on putting the new headlight in. That guy was brad. I m so grateful for the help.

I can always find what I need and keep my car running perfectly with O'Reilly's if for some reason I buy something that I don't need their willing to always take it back.

Tried buying sra-bilt at this place & employee tried charging me 25.00 dollars for a small bottle. I went to Wal-Mart & got it for 5 & some change. I feel like that boy was trying to put 20 in his pocket. So I don't trust this store anymore.

I stopped by to get my diagnostics checked on my 2005 dodge truck. I found out they hand it to you to do yourself ! The attendant gave me suggestions to what may be causing my concern.Earlier in the week, I d purchased new wiper blades. The polite attendant replaced my wiper blades very quickly. He was proficient and professional .

I am a commercial customer, so getting fast service and parts availability are important to me. The folks here will find your parts or order them and have them to you in a timely manner.

Never had an issue with service, just the PRICES! They are really expensive compared to online. If you are in a pinch and need a part, these guys will go out of their way to make sure you get it fast....most cases same day. Look, the customer service is undoubtedly the absolute best when compared to other auto stores......and to be fair ALL auto stores are expensive compared to online...so if you have to choose an auto store...go with O'Reilly. 4 stars.

Nice people .nice store but they were out of both items I was after but willing to prefer them. To me they are a higher end parts supply that seem to carry a wider selection of parts for a bit higher price..so worth it. I would not go to them for motor oil but for a higher quality brake pad ( for instance) yes.

Employees were helpful and answering my questions on the items needing information on for future reference. However, when came before on a previous visit was still greeted friendly and was able to get help to make the decision needed on items purchased both of the previous times.

Very pleased with the service they did an engine scan, searched the part guarenteed if I found a cheaper part they would match it. Not only did they order the part they took time to answer my questions so I could understand what the mechanic will have to do to replace the part. I left knowing that I could be confident getting quotes knowing which mechanic was being strait forward.

Oriellys auto parts employees have always been very knowledgeable even about bmw...my car limped in and I tried to fix it but it got late and they actually gave me permission to leave it and come back the next evening....very helpful and I have never went there without the parts and any extra knowledge that I may need to fix my own vehicle....

Very disappointed that they advertise that they analyze your check engine light, but when you get there they hand you the computer and you do it yourself. No instructions, no guidance. Glad Advance Auto Parts on Walnut Lane is still in the customer service business.

Fast, helpful, knowledgeable, and cheap! The staff knew what kind of oil and filter i needed and didnt waste time filling my order. There was even an oil change special for 25.99! 1 gallon of oil and a filter :)

I have seen quite a few people come and go over time through this store. This place works really well against the competition if you have people who not only sell the parts, but also understand and repair their own cars. when asking a question this will help towards the repair or getting the right part.

In my experience, this is the best auto parts store on North Augusta. The people working there will actually go out of their way to help you. And the great thing is, some of them actually know what they're taking about.

Employee was extremely helpful in selecting needed tools, reassured me of no hassle return if didn't allow me to complete my car repair, and even loaned me his vice-grip just in case. Finished my struts and ended up keeping the new tool sets!

Shifty,shady and most of all extremely rude and unknowable about parts in general . actually not very versed at use of the computer system. I have to say not the entire staff , North Augusta SC O'Reilly's should be flying a black panther flag
