I had the pleasure of visiting this tire shop recently, and I was thoroughly impressed. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Not only was the work completed swiftly, but the pricing was also incredibly fair. What truly stood out was the expertise and professionalism of the assistant manager, John, and associate Terry. Their attention to detail and dedication ensured that my experience was seamless and stress-free. I have no doubt that I'll be returning for all my automotive needs in the future. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful experience when coming in! This was my first time visiting but will definitely not be my last! The staff was super friendly and helpful. John was the person that I dealt when when I first arrived. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He told me what he was going to do on my vehicle. I decided to leave while they worked on it. John made sure I was aware of every detail by keeping me updated me throughout the entire process! The customer service was very profound from beginning to end! Overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

My car was making a terrible noise. John checked everything, removed the piece that was making the noise, and made sure my car was drivable while I wait to get into the dealership to have the undercarriage replaced. He did not charge me, what a wonderful surprise! He was so kind, professional, and thorough and I would have gladly paid for his time and expertise. I've gotten tires here before and been very happy. I will definitely go back for all my car needs. Thank you so much for your kindness John!

Took my car to NTB today to have my tire repaired. John, the service manager and Devin, the tire tech, provided exceptional customer service! The work was completed in a short period of time. They were so friendly, took their time to explain and the cost was unexpectedly low! Thank You for the Great Service!

Always a great experience, recently moved to Aiken but still come to this location since they ve always done right by my family and me. I have a trip this week and decided to get an oil change last minute and John was able to get me in the same day! Then, Chris took the time to answer all my questions about my brakes since I was considering changing them soon. The mechanic checked them out and they re only 30% worn, I know a lot of other places that would have taken advantage, but these guys are good people. Thanks Mavis (NTB)

I was very pleased with my experience today. As a busy mom, it was a huge plus to be able to make an appointment, then be in and out in 20 minutes!! The employees were professional and pleasant. All around, it was an A++ experience!

First and foremost Outstanding Customer Service from everyone, especially John (Manager) and Cole!!! As a Veteran, I have lived in many different locations and experience a wide variety of auto shops for major services to routine preventive maintenance. Without a doubt, I can say the service I received is top notch. The prices are reasonable, but they are willing to work with anyone s situation! I go here for all my tire needs. Balancing, rotations, mounting... they do it all. Was slightly bummed they couldn't align my 4runner with a lift kit, but did recommend a reputable shop that could do it. Staff are always friendly and respectful every time I've been in the shop, and are willing to help to their fullest ability.

Y'all........ I just went in thinking I had to get a new tire but before I could leave, after dropping it off, they came and got me to tell me that I only need it patched!!! They just saved me like $100!!! We always go here for oil changes and tires. And we've always gotten great service but it was just extra nice that they also saved me money too. 100% recommend!

I took my Nissan Sentra for a small repair and I was satisfied with the service Chris provided he kept on me up to date with everything when I was there and the repair was done in a short time frame so I was satisfied when they finished and again Chris was very much helpful

Came to the store 30 minutes before closing time on a Sunday hoping they could patch my daughter s tire. John (employee) stopped what he was doing and got it done for us in 15 minutes.

Let s me start by saying I ll always be a customer after my day. I came by to see John and I could see he was busy, but I had a check engine light and he told me it might be at least an hour before he could get to me but I was willing to wait. About 15 minutes later he came out with his computer and told me all the codes my car was reading and what I needed to do to get them fixed. He was honest, on point with his information and very hospitable. I ll always bring my cars to him.

We had a flat tire at the end of the business day during a holiday weekend, and NTB fit us in and had us back on the road in less than 30 minutes! Chris and his team offered superlative service, at a reasonable price, and having a working vehicle bought priceless peace of mind. We will definitely return to our North Augusta NTB in the future!

I went in to change a tire because I thought there was a nail in it and John informed me that it was just a stem valve. Literally saved me from paying a $149.00. Service was quick and I will be coming back for an oil change in the future! Ended up only paying $16.19 for the repair. Highly recommended.

The guys here a very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I was helped by John and he was very detailed in explaining everything that I needed done to my car in a way that I was able to understand with no questions! 10/10 would definitely recommend and will definitely return for any additional services that I may need in the future. Came in to diagnose a leaking tire. Jacob had a replacement ordered and my spare swapped in 15 minutes, with an appointment to have the new tire installed as soon as it was delivered. Excellent customer service, went from panicking about my tire to everything squared away and going about my day in no time.

I have always gone to NTB for my oil changes and tire needs and had a great experience and with them now being owned by Mavis I continue to get great service. Chris and John are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and got me in and out quickly with my damaged tire.

John is a very patient & knowledgeable mechanic. He thoroughly explained everything to the point where I had absolutely no questions. They couldn't find the issue with my car so I'm a little bummed out about that but I wouldn't hesitate to return

I had both my driver s side tires blow out on I20 this morning after hitting some foreign object in the road. They were so very kind to me. As I was visibly shaken. They had the tires and replaced them as soon as they were able. I did not have an appointment, of course, but they did work me in. Thank you to all who helped me this morning.

Amazing and fast service. I was told by a different company that I needed an alignment however NTB check it in less than 30 minutes and told me I did not need one. They helped me save money. Thanks Jacob!

As I was leaving work and getting on the interstate, my tire blew out. Not being familiar with the area, I searched for nearby tire places and came across NTB Tire Center. John at NTB was very helpful over the phone and encouraged me to bring in my car despite it being 10 minutes before closing; luckily, I was only six minutes away. Thanks again to John and the NTB Team for their hard work and dedication

We have been going to NTB for many years, having taken 6 vehicles to them for tires, oil, brakes etc when we lived in Myrtle Beach. We moved to North Augusta and started going to the NTB ON Knox Ave. Always great service.Had an issue with our recently replaced brakes and Jacob took great care of us. Turned out a part had a factory defect. Jacob replaced everything under warranty. NTB is a great choice if you travel as they have locations all across the US.

I have no complaints. They were able perform an alignment without an appointment, within 10 minutes of my arrival.
