Stopped in for an oil change and to have my brakes checked because I heard a grinding noise. Tech told me my brakes were good to go I was just carrying too much weight. Pulled the tire off when I got home to discover my brake pad completely gone.

Stopped in for an oil change on a Wednesday evening around 5:30 pm. About 3 customers ahead of me but was still in and out in about 30 minutes. Employees were friendly and helpful. Some areas of the waiting room were closed off due to a construction issue. I was a little disappointed that for a $100 oil change, they didn't clean the windows or vacuum or maybe that's not a service that is included anymore or not offered by this location. This was my first visit to this location, I typically use another location in the local area.

The first time I came to this Jiffy Lube I didn t feel welcomed at all. But I know people have bad days so I decided to give them another try. This time was totally different. Way better. Dylan and Kareem took the time to explain everything to me and the oil change was done in a timely manner. I will be returning to this establishment. Thanks

I have used this location several times and have been satisfied. With that being said, I have never been given the keyboard like I was this time and asked to enter my own information I am not a employee and my oil change was $131.97. I'm pretty sure that my oil change pays for a employee to take my information and check me in. On top of that, the crew had already drained my oil, replaced my filter and filled my vehicle with oil before I decided and paid for the most expensive oil available for my vehicle. I was pissed but maintained my temper. I asked the girl what oil they put in my vehicle and she said "this one, the one you chose". I said that's not possible, I watched him fill it and pull the nozzle out just as I chose it! I explained to her my issue but she acted clueless I don't think I will be back to this Jiffy Lube location and I recommend to everyone that does...PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! I am pretty sure they put a cheaper oil in my truck but I paid for the premium oil change. There was no way they could have known what oil to use because I had just decided myself.That is no way to do business.

Fast and friendly. The crew here are awesome people always nice always funny never any attitudes. They also well let you know if there is a major problem and if you like me lacking in knowledge of fixing a vehicle. They will give you the best advice and point you in the right direction.The products they carry are also good quality. I don't have to replace window wipers as often. The prices are worth the 20 mins to get what I need done.

With this being my 1st time at a Jiffy Lubeand new to the area the experience I had was like no other I've had at any automotive shop. The men at this place, along with the lady that was in training were all courteous and I like how they were able to answer my questions and break down what was wrong with my car as well as precautionary actions that I can take for the next time. The waiting area was clean and neat and I especially liked and somewhat shocked that after the gentleman finished with my transaction he opened the door, walked me out to my car, and even held and closed my door after I got into my car. So I will definitely be going back to this Jiffy Lube for my car care!

Excellent service with a smile! Checked all filters and fluids, let me decide what filters to changed based on the condition, and what grade of oil to use based on my driving habits. I would definitely use the service again.

I'm not happy with this location and will not be using this company again ever again. I will not encourage anyone else. I reasonly took my F -150 for an oil change. Afterwards, I've had a non stop oil leak, making huge puddles in my driveway. There were no proir issues with oil leaks beforehand. There were no issues noted during the mechanics pre trip inspection. Before leaving the shop, I was told to pull out of the garage and was immediately stop and was told to wait because the mechanic wasn't finished tightening the plug. I took my vechicle back a week later and the mechanics say that the oil plug/ pan is cranked and damaged.

This will be my last time going to this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. They quoted me a price of 77.00 upfront, then when they were through changing my oil told me it would be 98.02. What a sneaky way of running a business. I told them to please check over everything hence I was leaving to go out of town. They came back and told me I needed several expensive things done. Come to find out, none of these things were necessary. Wanted to charge 10.00 just to top off my antifreeze. Plus, I found a 10.00 coupon for a oil change on the Internet that no one ever had the courtesy to tell me about. Last time with you Jiffy Lube. And I will make sure coworkers and family are aware of your rip off practices. I could have gone to the local Ford/Lincoln dealership for less money and next time I will.Diane R. Lewis

There was a bunch of confusion between the 2 ladies working the front. Brittney must be relatively new, because I told her exactly what I wanted and the other front girl kept coming in and changing everything and was entirely trying to do Brittney's job, which she was doing great. Ultimately, I never got my tires rotated that I wanted done, I was told the incorrect final balance 3 different times. Waa charged someone else's bill, then they had to take even more of my time.

Very detailed. Changed my cabin air filter. Offered to rotate my tires but I declined that. Got an oil change! Super nice guys too! 10/10 recommend!

I had an experience I never had before. After I had left Jiffy Lube. I had got a oil change I discovered that my oil was still dirty brownish looking and it almost 2 qts low that evening. I went by the next day to show them the picture I had took before starting my vehicle the next morning. They refused to add any more to top the level should be at cold crank level. I thinking about not going to North Augusta location on Edgefeild Rd never again

Very knowledgeable technicians, and speedy service. They pulled me up to the bay, and got to work on my car right away for a rotor and brake job. I ordered the rotors and brakes a few days earlier, and they provided the right ones. After the work was done they took my vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything was good. Very satisfied with the service!

They do a good job, but you offered vacuuming our vehicles when we first started going there. When I asked the employees why they didn t do it anymore they said, the vacuum cleaner broke, and the owners chose to not fix it.

The person that checked me out, she was polite, curious, and friendly. It worried me she had a hurt leg and didn't have a place to sit but she said she preferred to stand. You can tell she's dedicated to get job.

I went in for oil change and to question about tire pressure lights being on. Tech said he filled tire with air light should go off sometime that day the following day I went to jiffy lube in Grovetown and tech filled all my tires with air ( they were all low) and tire pressure light went off immediately. MAYBE the tech THOUGHT someone put air in tire but their negligence and not so friendly atmosphere made me give 1 star

Was 5:22 and they close at 6:00. I was the only one there. They rushed my oil change, air filter needed changing and he acted like it would be a bother to have to go find the new one. Tires really needed rotating and didn't offer to rotate. No one greeted with a smile. I guess they all did not like me pulling in at 5:22.Sorry I will not be back.

The staff are not the friendliest I ve dealt with but weren t rude. They seem preoccupied with each other rather than socializing with the customers. Also jiffy lube used to check the fluids in everything but this trip I had to request checking the oil in my differentials. After three requests and being dismissed they finally sad the rear was full, at which time I asked what about the front one . I was told oh he didn t check that one. My vehicle had already been pulled out so I just left.Service: Oil change
