Visited the Interstate Battery Store in North Augusta, S.C. On April 6th. Purchased a set of golf cart batteries . These guys in here are a fine group of men that know how to treat a customer. Very professional , courteous , and knowledgeable. A pleasure to do business here ! 5 Stars !

I came in 2-5-2024. Brandon was my customer service person.He was super nice answered my questionsReplaced my battery cleaned my terminalsChecked everything took his time excellent service. I give him a 5 on every thingHighly recommend him.This is the go to place for a battery replacement.Great job Brandon !!!

Walk in guy named Ted didn t even speak or acknowledge me when I walked in. His head was down. Soon as he raised his head up he was more concerned about how I parked instead of helping me with my battery I needed for my alarm system at the store where I m General Manager. I have people pull in with trucks and trailers all day and not once have I parking lot patrol them for that. I ll take my business else where.

This location does not honor Interstate's warrantee. I brought in a battery with a mfg date code clearly marked and and still under warrantee. I did not have my receipt of purchase. The Interstate website clearly shows a receipt is not required. However this location stated it was "their policy" to require a receipt. I asked for them to show me the policy or warrantee showing I was not correct. They did not or could not produce any such document. They have made sure I will never again make the mistake of purchasing another Interstate Battery product. Very disappointed. I have seen several other complaints of the same nature. Buyer beware!

If you have any kind of problem with your car that you suspect to be electrical and you need a new battery, don't go to Advance Auto parts or AutoZone go to interstate batteries in North Augusta. These guys are the experts of batteries and many of our new cars have very sophisticated electronic control modules. Coded key fobs alarm systems and these guys have the special tools to make sure that not only will you get the best battery but all your codes and contacts and etc. Won't be lost from your computer system in your car. Or worse, yet you end up at the dealership getting your key fobs recoded for three or $400 after getting your battery swapped at Advanced Auto parts

I m less than 10 miles down the road and I called and asked to have four of their batteries delivered to replace four of their batteries that almost didn t make it a year and they wouldn t help me out. So much for my business and I ll make sure I tell the other truckers too!! Thanks for nothing! Keep on trucking soon as I get some non interstate batteries!

Highly Recommend. Best batteries and installation and testing service around hands down. Highest quality batteries I've ever found and the warranty they stand behind is unbeatable. Very helpfull to us during a wierd intermittent electrical charging issue we had. We will drive right past an Advance Auto , Autozone or O'Reilly's to go here. We get all our batteries here whenever we can. Only complaint would be that Interstate needs to have more full service battery service centers in more convenient locations especially in Augusta, Evans or Martinez areas.

This is the place for your replacement car battery. I can t overstate how, one, good their product is and, two, willingness to help you solve your battery problems. I called ahead and spoke with Raphael and got answers to my questions. Upon arrival, he happened to be the person to assist me with my battery. He was pleasant to speak with and thorough in his work. He was careful as he cleaned clamps and the hold-down then added corrosion inhibitors on the posts. I am thoroughly satisfied with the product, service and price. Thanks.

Brandy was so helpful and kind and Chris spent a while thoroughly cleaning off all my corrosion for me before changing my battery! I absolutely couldn t believe the charge for replacing my battery was only $5. It feels like a miracle!

Customer service is outstanding, but do not rent a storage building here! I had my belongings in a 12�10 unit for 16 months. In that time my things were ruined when I just got everything out a couple weeks ago. No ventilation at all which caused 90% of my belongings to have mold & mildew. Needless to say it was trash instead of coming to my new home.

Lets see if what he said is actually true or if its a money grab, 3 days to charge my battery or $80 today seems like a forced money grab rather then leading a customer in a accurate path. I will go charge my battery elsewhere. When a person talks to much seems like untrue information

Great place. Went there to buy the most expensive battery they sell for it's outstanding warranty. However, they checked my battery and told me that that it was just fine. They said that I just needed to run the car more often as I have multiple cars. I love their service and honesty. I will never buy a battery from anyone else!

I will always buy my batteries here. Why? Well they have high quality products and they back them up with a 6 year sliding scale warranty. Walmart can't touch that or even come close. And that means a lot in this economy.

100% Satisfaction. I've been buying refurbished car batteries from interstate for over 12 years and never had any issues. Never have had the need to use the 6 month warranty. The customer service skills are wonderful here as every one is nice and polite each time I visit. Looking for a decent reconditioned battery at a low price with a warranty guarantee? Come visit them!!!!!!
