Exfil was a wonderful experience today! I was broken down on the side of the road and Exfil was there with the best customer service ever. I would recommend them to get the job done to anyone. There customer service was excellence!!! I have been in customer service for 40 years and with this experience I will have to say that Exfil diffently showed great service In every way today. They were there in a timely manner to deliver my car to its destination. I even received a courteous text from them after the delivery of my vehicle. This company doesn t take responsibility for their mistakes. Two lives could have been lost due to the negligence of one of their drivers. When mistakes are made, you should own them. Think twice before using this company !
