I realize that many women don't work on their own vehicles,however I was a poor single mom for many years and know just a thing or two.So, when I come in an tell you that the wiper you sold me is "wrong",it's very rude to heave a sigh and take the wiper out of my hand(before you check the computer to even see if you in fact sold me the wrong part)go out to the car like you are going to magically put a hook type wiper into a snap type holder. Then,you blame my husband and insult his intelligence telling me that since he got the little one correct, he "probably pulled the wrong one." Did it occur to you that YOUR employee pulled these for him. I'm thinking that it was in the wrong place. Regardless, you should NEVER blame the customer.I can't even report you because apparently employees don't wear nametags at this location. I appreciate the service,however, I don't appreciate the attitude that went with it. I hope you learn that you will catch more flies with honey.

Great service with very friendly staff. Because I purchased the wrong size wiper on line he quickly changed my order to the correct larger size with no extra charge and installed my wiper in a minute. Based on my experience today, I recommend this Advanced Auto Parts highly.

Went here today 7/20/23 the little short new guy was great I can tell he was trying his best with a big beautiful smile keep up the good work he was willing to learn and help out that s what counts!

I went there with a bad altanator and it wouldn't start up again ,so I had to change it there without the proper tools the man at the counter help me purchase a rental tools then came out to assisted me with the installation.it still wouldn't start he came back with his brand new Ford pickup truck and jump started it and then went inside and returned my core charge never skipping a beat.the best people in the world I was in out with all of it in 20 minutes.thankyou for the help and great service beyond what you had to do.wish there were more stars .I forgot they were the only store with the altanator in stock that day.shop there you want be disappointed.

This Advanced was very helpful. Very nice associate from the beginning. I should up at 20 minutes till close after jumping off my wife's automobile and not sure of battery or alternator. He immediately said let's go outside and run diagnostics. After testing he said everything is fine just watch out for problems. Did not try to sell any thing and gave us a copy of the written diagnostics test.

They are by no means mechanics, but truly know what they sell! Super helpful when I was trying to make sure my alternator was the problem. After talking it over with the store manger (he was working the counter) I determined it was something I could do my self. I did run into some issues and he was able to talk me through them! Again, they don t claim to be car mechanics they just know what they sell! Very helpful and went above and beyond.I took back bad alternator to get my core and got windshield wipers. They put them on a nasty rainy night 30 min before closing. I think I found my new auto parts store.

I bought a battery and was not happy on how much it cost. However I was extremely satisfied when Lewis went out of his way to help me install it. Employees like Lewis are the reason I come to Advance

Only thing I don't care for is they wait till 10 people get backed up in line before they open another lane. They they try to push you out the door. Reasonable prices .

Stopped by Advance Auto Parts this afternoon to get a brand new window shield wiper and because of the outstanding integrity of the employee I learned I didn't need one. . .I just needed to clean the one on my Mercedes. WHAT HONESTY. I really appreciated this type of service. They were more concerned about me then selling me something that I did not need.If i ever need anything automotive in the future this location will be my first stop.#THANKYOU #TheFacesofAugusta project appreciates your service to the community.

I have a 22year old truck , my truck needed headlights , it being 22 years old it was not listed in the books and had to be looked up in the computer.The man hands me 2 BULBS costing me over 60$ . I get home pop my hoodI needed sealed beam headlights both costing me 15$ a piece , my advice is to know your needs because they will sell you the wrong part without hesitation

Bill was very helpful testing my battery when it wasn't charging properly and was able to help replace it when it was found to still be covered under warranty. Would reccomend highly!

Was in the store for a while. Couldn't see anyone, no hello or offer to help. Didn't find what I was looking for, left empty handed. Last visit for me.

This one is particularly friendly and the manager actually gave me solder paste, which I despartly needed, from his personal toolbox since they did not stock.
